Wonderful experience buying my new Honda accord yesterday. The staff were all so helpful and efficient. I was in and out from start to finish in less than 2 hours. Especially want to thank my sales person who took his time to explain all the functions on the car and show how they worked. His name is Danny Henry! 5 star rating for him!!

Drop off service was excellent, my technician and service advisors were remarkable. My car was kept overnight and the next day I received a text when my vehicle was ready for pick up.This is where I m a bit disappointed. At pick up, the service advisor was eating, got my car with dirty hands and then handed me the key with the same greasy hands.Before leaving the dealership, I parked in the lot and inspected my car. They left the wet mats in my trunk. The purpose of leaving my car overnight was to ensure that everything was dry, however I left the dealership with wet carpets. It then made the carpeting in my trunk wet. I could have just taken my car home and dried it myself instead of leaving it with them overnight.I m grateful that they were able to service my vehicle, but I m also use to a courtesy cleaning from the dealership. Looks like this Honda dealership doesn t provide that.I expect and deserve better!A few days later a representative called, I gave this exact complaint and was told that I would receive a call back I never did.

I had a hiccup with Honda but they made it right. I had expressed my concern twice in the past and it was dismissed and I kept having the same problem. I got upset about it at my most recent oil change and after that they took action. These screws under my car keep falling out and this metal plate covering the engine will scrape the road. I had to pay to replace it once ($500) and the screws keep falling out in between oil changes. I keep zip ties in my car just in case. Could be a product flaw or laziness with the workers replacing them after my oil change. I know there are people that do stupid things with their cars but it s not always the customers fault when there is an obvious flaw in the system or laziness involved. I just want ownership and fix it right. The first two times I complained was met with where else have you taken the vehicle for service. Uh, since the new plate only you guys. Thank you to the guy in the bay for being patient and addressing the issue and to those that replaced the screws this time.But oil changes come around every 3 months for me so hopefully this problem will stop.

I had an appointment at 9am for a software update on my accord. They took my car on time. At 12pm they still hadn't gotten my car in to even look at it. I couldn't waste the 2nd half of my day there.*Update. I took my car back again and it still doesn't have the update it has required since I bought the car. No one will return my calls to get this issue resolved. They love to sell you the cars but getting them to keep them up to date is a challenge.

If an automobile service experience can be called wonderful, it's the one we had at Economy Honda today. From the moment we were greeted until we left, we were kept informed and consulted when needed. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable, the service was efficient, and the entire place is freaking spotless.

I consistently have a good experience at Economy Honda for service on my vehicle. They are extremely professional and they offer input on upcoming issues with your vehicle. They do not push you to perform the repair, but they let you know what will happen in the long term if it not addressed. The waiting area is very clean, and spacious which allows you to stay in a pleasant environment while your car is being serviced.

Danny and Austin were knowledgeable and stayed late to close the deal. Danny took the time to show me various aspects about the car and connected my phone to the car which was above and beyond in my book. There is still an outstanding item but an overall positive experience.

I can always count on Economy Honda to do economical and prompt service. Kevin is absolutely the best and always goes above and beyond to make sure I m keeping up-to-date on any possible recalls, any other preventative service that will keep me on the road, and even takes the time to research so I don t pay for any redundancies. The diagnosis of the problem was fast, and the estimate of cost was accurate. During the repair, the service technician also found that the car battery was failing and took care of that problem, which prevented me from having to come back again later or possibly being stranded due to a bad battery. If needed, I could have gotten a free ride home while the car was being repaired, and a free pick up from home when the work was finished -- a nice benefit. The waiting room was pleasant and clean, with plenty of room to spread out, plus free coffee and the current USA Today newspaper.

Had a great experience at Economy Honda for service on my car. Service advisors (Jeff!) were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and transparent when it came to advising what needed to be done. I waited at the dealership but didn't have to wait too long before the car was ready to go - and freshly washed!

Avoid this dealer! Like every other, they lie to get you in the door. I was told there was no cost to have my SRS light scanned. Wasted my time and gas driving down there to be told it will cost $200, just to read the safety code. Best part, I was told the issue might be covered under warranty.. great warranty

I have not had a bad experience with them. They are always polite, friendly, helpful, and the location is always clean.I even called the day before and asked about getting an appt, prepared to not get one the next day and I would have to wait, and they got me in the next am to get my car fixed. They found issue and resolved it. It was initially going to take like 5 hrs to have everything done, but they were able to get me out of there in 3.5 hrs. They didn't have to do that and I would have waited because I needed to get me car fixed, but they did. I was so stressed that day, it was my first day off after working 3 12hr shifts, and I was tired, plus I ended up having to pay $1k to get my car fixed. The workers getting me out of there sooner literally meant the world to me that day.One time I ended up waiting longer than I should have for the service I was getting done on my car and they offered me a 10% discount on the service that day. They are great about communication with the customer and they always wash your car after each service.They have a comfortable and clean waiting area where they have complementary tea and coffee. They have always done right by me.

I have been a customer at Economy Honda since 2009 and have always been pleased with their service and attention to my vehicles. I recently purchased a new Pilot and Fred Newton was the sales rep. He did an outstanding job. He was very professional, knowledgeable , and friendly and was especially patient as I struggled to make a decision on which vehicle I wanted. Fred is a great sales rep and is very personable, and I trust Economy Honda to honestly and efficiently service my Pilot. I highly recommend Economy Honda as well as Fred Newton.

The absolute worst dealership a person could give business to. Extremely rude customer service in all departments, even all the way down to the maintenance department. Was not very helpful, or willing to work with us. Went 20 minutes down the road to Honda of Cleveland and had an awesome experience and purchased a new car with them.

I came in for an Oil Change/Transmission fluid change and Edwin took great care of me. He greeted me with a smile and made sure i knew all of my recommended services, but didn t try to force anything i know i didn t need. He had me in and out super quickly within 25 minutes.

We bought tires from a private seller. Even though our car was really old, the service team advisor, Edwin, assured us the Economy Honda Superstore service team would mount the tires on the car. They disposed of the old tires and also checked the alignment. We appreciate all you do to help us keep our old car going.

The service was awesome for our 2017 Ridgeline. I love that truck and it had a transmission clutch issue that caused a sensor to go off and when I took it in, they found the problem right away and before I even asked how much it was going to cost, Kevin told us that this was covered by Honda under an extended warranty on their transmission and it would not cost us anything. We had to leave the truck for a couple days to get parts and install and Kevin kept us informed as to when it would be completed and had all the paperwork ready so we just had to sign for it and pick it up. I highly recommend Economy Honda and their great customer service and mechanics who have serviced my truck for over 120,000 miles!!

We were looking for a quality vehicle for our primary family vehicle and we found that in the Odyssey. Darryl was knowledgeable but not pushy. all of the associates we worked with were friendly and efficient. Over all, it was a very positive experience.
