First time buying my own car and it was a quick experience! Came in with a car in mind and Emily & Anthony were able to send me home with a new car the same day. My down payment was low even with challenged credit which was amazing. Emily had the best attitude and made sure to cover all of her bases. I am officially in my mom car era thanks to easy auto. Hands down the best experience & highly recommend!

This has been the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I've been a customer for a couple of years and when my first car broke down they put me into another with no down payment and even forgave almost all of the remaining balance from the first car which was a godsend for me. best of all, they have an amazing staff that are great to deal with. Victor who helped me transition to my second vehicle is a genuinely nice person and working with him made the whole process so much easier. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

The salesmen/women were all friendly and had great conversation. The location manager, MrCarl was on every move of my purchase and made sure my salesman had it all wrapped up with a neat bow.The good thing is he didn't have much work to do, because my salesman, Victor, was an absolute GEM and took care of everything, down to the bottles of water!I am a repeat customer of the company, as well as a repeat customer of Vic, and it will continue that way. I totally recommend anyone stop by and see him, if you're in the market for a new car!!!!!

April worked with me on down-payment and was very nice throughout the whole process. It would have been great if the truck I purchased would have has more fuel in it. But all in all I'm satisfied with the good folks at easy auto.

April was very helpful and patient with me and my husband! She got us in one of the best to hold all my babies and made sure we was happy with our experience! She is one of the best sales person at easy auto. I would highly recommend here to anyone! If you need your car needs met definitely call and ask for April!

This was by far the fastest and easiest car buying experience! If you would like to exchange a vehicle within 7 days you sure can!! LaBrisha was my salesperson and was a pleasure doing business with!! Love my Ford Explorer already.

Shout out Vic! I needed to get a car in a pinch with some pretty shoddy credit. We pulled up and he met us pretty quick. He got me pre-approved to make sure I wasn't wasting my time looking, let me take the car on a test drive by myself (definitely helps you not feel pressured), got me through the whole process and explained everything perfectly. Got me a 3 year extended warranty and GAP at probably the best price I could get. Even gave me his personal number to call him if I ever needed anything. Plus all the people there are hilarious. We all had a good time. If you're ever looking for a car don't pass this place up and ask for Victor. They'll work with your credit and get you into something.

Could not be happier with the staff at Easy Auto! I went there to help a buddy to get a car and I was really impressed how compassionate and understanding they were. They were open and honest with the numbers and showed us everything they did. They were never misleading or deceptive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I really needed a vehicle that day. Steve let me drive the car I liked and then done everything to get me in it. He was awesome. Very down to earth and all around nice guy. One of the girls asked me if I wanted something to drink. I got my Kia Soul that day. I recommend if you need a ride go to Easy Auto!!

Went in everything seemed good, came back denied me because of affordability. Went to carmart paid $1500 down and rode out clean. Easy auto go to hell !! Go to CAR MART ASK FOR CURTIS or MICHAEL

This is now the second time I ve gone through easy auto because the first vehicle I got back in February got t-boned and totaled and thanks to the gap coverage provided by easy auto and my insurance company it was completely paid off and I was even able to come back and Anthony, Steve and Emily were able to get us in another vehicle we absolutely love hassle and pain free! Super glad to be able to utilize a place like this that doesn t judge you completely off your credit and will take care of you in situations that aren t always in your control!

Easy Auto is a great place. For years they assisted my parents and now me and my children. They will work with you in just about any way possible to help you get transportation. I highly recommend them. Go in and ask for Emily, April, or Steve. Great people!!!

Bri was so awesome and stuck through it with me and my wife until the end, she and the rest of the staff bent over backwards to make things work and get us approved, and everyone really leveled with us on a personal note which made the experience feel very homey and welcoming, great job all the way around!! Excellent experience
