Walked in and talked to some guy about working on my van. 2 mins later he's yelling at me and said No sorry I can't help you. So i said cool, i ll take my Money some place else. then he follows me outside in a threatening mannor.. JOKE OF A SO CALLED BUSINESS. be smart and just go to dealer for Real mechanics...

I didn't even use them, I was stuck in the middle of the street, in the morning with school busses and car dropping off kids everywhere, suv went died, walked over to this place to see if someone could come help me and got told no one was there to help me. Someone open the garage door, but couldn't help me even try to get the car out of the street. Not I would not recommend them to anyone.

My alternator died while driving through Chattanooga on the way to Kentucky. I was towed to East Ridge Auto just because they were close and they really came through for me. They had my truck up and running with a new alternator and charged battery in no time. They were honest and very friendly. They also have a real family atmosphere in the shop and I would recommend them to anyone. I was given incredible service and am very grateful for them.Services: Battery service, Electrical

My 1996 bronco 302 was there for a check engine light. My truck was there for three weeks without a single call from them. I called them twice the first week I called they said we haven t diagnosed it yet . The third week I called no answer so I went in person. They said they can t find anything wrong and need it gone. I can t believe a place being open as long as them not being able to find a problem with a 1996. I wouldn t recommend this folks if your looking for electrical work done on a vehicle.Service: Electrical

Jeremy and his staff have been hands down the most honest and dependable mechanic shop that I've worked with.I've had an extremely tough electrical problem with my truck which has cost me an alternator, two starters, two batteries and two throttle bodies.Jeremy has refused to charge me any money until he comes to a solution.His shops integrity and business ethics have far surpassed anyone's I've met. Not only in the mechanics field, but in business period.I am impressed.I don't give reviews or recommendations often but man this company deserves it.If you're looking for honesty, fairness, and reliability you have found your shop.

It must be a luxury to have so much work that you can just pick up the phone and hang up on a potential customer 5 calls in a row [ just now 1:10 PM 2-26-19] I have called five times today and each time was told "just call back Jeremy is busy" so I did and they just kept lifting the phone and hanging up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No one else there seems to be able to address new jobs for new clients. They actually didn't even want to take a message for him and had no issue at all saying he has three people here right now and he may or may not call you back. Hope your luck continues. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES , doesn't matter how good your work is if you fill the market with people who cant get in the door or at least get an "IM sorry we're very busy and might not be able to offer you timely service right now" eventually that will be your norm.

I want to give a big thanks to Jeremy Broome for finding the problem with my jeep. I do not understand the negative reviews. My visit was very pleasant. And the turn around was great. If you have any electrical problems with your vehicle go to Broomes.

My old mechanic said he fixed the wiring in my truck. It turned off while I was in the highway. The people over at East ridge fixed it within a few days and it hasn't given me any trouble and they charged me a third of the price. Thank you so much

Been here several times (2) different vehicles. Awesome work done , best prices I have found in this town for the 2 1/2 years I have lived here. Getting through on phone is tough , it's a busy shop.

I would give it less than 1 star if I can. Please do not deal with them. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL store in town. Don't answer phone, mail box is full. Such a nasty and disgusting business.

These people are so nice that its hard to leave a bad review. This review is only about the phone issue. The work is 5 star but PLEASE hire a full time employee to answer the phone! Its almost impossible, at times, to get someone to answer. There is no answering machine so it rings for over a minute and hangs up u. It took 24 unanswered calls until someone finally answered on the 25th call. Thats over 25 minutes of my day wasted on a phone ringing on the other end. There is no reason they can't have a better system and it will cause me to find a different shop next time because this is the second time ive dealt with them with the same result.

Took a bit longer than expected, with no calls other than the ones I made to check on the vehicle, so that's the only reason I put 4 stars.

Couldn't do the job i needed done and the place they told me to call i couldnt locate it was on line as a real buainess but thats the only issue if you gonna refer someone just make sure where you send them is real

Called twice and got hung up on while trying to get a quote on work for my car. It their customer service is that bad I don't even want them touching my car!
