This is the nicest place I ve ever been too besides Mt. View Nissan . The dealership is so over priced for me any more to afford . This place is honest ,upfront, and has integrity. They don t mind if you want to ask lots of questions or if you want to show them what you re talking about. They answer you and help you understand. They don t rush you. They fix what you ask and don t keep finding things wrong. I believe they are fair and want to do a great job. They did more than was expected and I m happy to be one of their clients . I HIGHLY recommend them . I telling the world about them .( everyone in my world at least )

I love East Ridge Auto Alignment. I've been bringing my cars here for years. They do very good work. It does not take them long at all to fix your car. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to get my car checked & they found nothing wrong and said was ready to just get it. When I got the keys and went to drive off someone banged on the window for paying when none of that was discussed before dropping it off and after getting the keys. I can see if something was discussed with paying anything before or after but that's just terrible when none of that was expressed. The guy at the desk was very rude too talking about I should have known the price & pointed at a blurry rubbed out markered in thing at the wall to me. If I would have known at least before or after getting the keys that would have when waaaay better. Would have loved even knowing too even with the phone call in getting the car too... no need for someone to be so rude especially when you get the keys to someone and say you're good. Charge them first before you just give them the keys and let them go....

My name Is Elise. Will also plat a oictire or my receipt with daye,how mich i was charged for labor and parts .!! I called and spoke with David about a week later.He was very nice. Told me there were not to be making squeaking noise.Just paid about $470 on front and rear breaks.Told be to bring in next afternoon. I did afteri left work about 3:30.When arrived we both agreed ot had been raining and he wouldnt hear. Was asked ro call and beimg back with in next few days .One day after work he had left for the day .I decided to brimg back.Finaly David had someone put car in air .took a four tires off.sprayed some kind of oil on tore iron.Told me car was done.Evdrtkmg was on correctly. If k kept hearimg noise then next atep would be to have a rear alignmentWhich would come more money. Mind you j aid it is the breaks from day one.They said it was fine well here are to see for yourself .Service: Brakes

We have been treated fairly and everything explained in detail prior to repair every single time in different vehicles. Hard to find honest auto repair I really like this place. Highly recommend.

Some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with and don't ever question their high prices cuz they are high some of the most expensive rates I've seen in town even to have tires changed

Not sure but it feels like my front end is now loose on the driver side and it didn't feel that way before I took it in. And it pulls to the left now. I'm going to go back and see what they say or at least see if they will have a look at it. Maybe something they forgot to tighten up or I'm just crazy LOL wish me luck!

I have never been here before. First Great Impression! I got there at 11:am today (2/9/23) to get my tires aligned and left at 11:25am. All done. This is the place to go. The people are very nice, friendly and professional.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

They were able to work me in within an hour of closing to have a front end alignment and tire rotation. It was my first time coming here they seem like good people with good prices.

Freind brought vehicle in with multiple issues pertaining to the transmission, speed sensors and fuel sensor. They replaced the rear hubs only then to tell me the transmission is bad. This should have been diagnosed before doing other work, not afterwards.

I had my SUV sent here in hopes that the company would live up to their reputation. Paid over $1,000 for parts and labor AND a diagnostic .. It worked for less than 2 weeks and then wouldn t start again. I had it sent back and was told to pay more money. Got more repairs done just for it not to start AGAIN a few days later. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Absolutely professional. When they could have charged us for 2 separate services, they found where the two jobs overlapped, cut the cost and only charged for one service. Mr. Cash has a long established business and his work has always been good. I have no issues with him or the their work. I'm writing this review because of the most rude disrespectful way Brian spoke to me when I stopped in for service. I began to tell him why I was there and what I needed done. At my first sentence. He interrupted me, threw his hand out and said in a rude tone "get to the point"! I was taken back by his action. I asked him if I was rude or offended him he said no. He had no answer for why he spoke to me in that manner. I told him he was rude and I was sorry to have bothered him and I then left. Brian needs to learn how to speak to people, especially those of his senior.In closing, let me be clear, this is not the norm for East Ridge Auto Alignment. This is normally a good place.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

We have been having issues with our vehicle. We took our car in, in a rush, to get an oil change and an alignment cause we were going down to Florida.Unfortunately we came in slightly late for them to get the alignment done. They did an oil change and noticed our tires. Our tires were really bad. With concern, They highly recommended that we get those fixed before making that kind of trip.We came in the next day and Brian was very pleased to see us greeted us with much love and got us into the shop quickly. They changed our tires and gave us an alignment successfully.I highly recommend this place! And if you meet Brian you will definitely feel secure in his work and cared for regardless the situation! They are so friendly and kind! They are incredible fast! And have great prices!My wife and I thank you guys at East Ridge Auto Alignment!

I had an issue with a tire. They found a nail and the tire could not be fixed and found an used tirethat I could purchase. They were very helpful as I was out of town and needed a quick repair. The job was completed within a half hour. Great customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've been doing my own work on my cars for a while, but every now and then there's something I need the pros to take care of. The folks here have always taken care of me, and been great with pricing for piece work when I need it. I'd trust them with any and all of my vehicles.I even had an issue with damage caused by a faulty machine, and they took care of it immediately. They took ownership of the issue and had it corrected the same day. That's a rare quality and a sign of good people.

Very expensive for tune ups and lubing the chassis. 450 for a tune up that only changed spark plugs and boots which the boots were priced correctly but spark plugs were double of the normal retail value from the same brand and I was charged for 2 hours of labor for over 200 dollars. I could've done all this for a third of the price and only reason I didn't was to avoid the risk of havinga piece of the spark plug fall into the cylinder and force me to buy a kit to remove it. I wasn't told much on services that would've been provided, pricing, timing, and was not friendly at all. I received silent treatments when I asked for the information I'd say is a given whenever getting "professional " mechanical services like asking for the wait time and never gave them a limit to go by. They simply asked what I wanted and took my name and keys and tried to go on without saying much else.

This is a really great place. I have brought my suv in to have the transmission repair. They are quick, honest, and great at communication. They go above an beyond to help you and treat you like a human bean. All around awesome customer service. I brought my car in almost in tears a couple of weeks ago as it was overheating. They fixed the issue and sent me on my way within minutes. What a great team. Only suggestion that I have is the coffee stations needs coffee brewing (hint hint)

I had been to this establishment for several alignments over the years. Went in Saturday 5/21/16 for a 4-wheel alignment. About 20 minutes after they started I was told that the alignment couldn't be done since my car had a bad ball joint and inner tie rod end on the right side. They said they could do the repair for $535. That sounded outrageous to me and I said, "not today". I paid their $25 plus tax "diagnostic fee" and left. I took my car to two other shops that I knew were trustworthy and both confirmed that there was no damage to those parts whatsoever. I will NEVER do business with East Ridge Auto Alignment again. I had a few other repairs done over the years they said I needed (although I went elsewhere to have then done since their quotes seemed high) and I wonder how many of those were really necessary. Be extremely wary of this shop. I'd give it a zero rating if that were an option.

It took them over 2 and a half hours to simply change a tire.After running over glass on the interstate due to someone else's wreck, I needed to get the tire changed ASAP.Prices are a ripoff for how long I had to wait. No one even told me what was going on or that the wait would be so long, instead they left me to sit in a chair with a loud TV blaring (sign below the TV reads not to mess with it, so I couldn't even turn it down).Awful. I didn't even ask for a discount for my poor experience, I just took my keys and left. Way to make a bad day even worse in the middle of a long road trip.Service: Tires

Called this business today. And I can't believe how rude they were. They acted like it didn't matter if I brought my truck in or not. Very unprofessional and would never recommend this place to anyone .

It's a walk in only and you'll take a chance if they'll take you in on a daily basis. Called beforehand and was told to be here at 7:30AM when they open. Got there at 7:27AM and was told they can't do alignment that day because they're booked. That's all fine but many can't afford to bring their car in and not knowing if it's accepted or not.

By far the best auto repair garage my wife and I have ever been to. We will not hesitate to go back if we ever need another auto repair. If you're doing research to find an auto repair just stop now and go to Eastridge Auto alignment. Great people, great service, great prices and very kind and professional. They fixed our Honda Accord wagon that was having trouble with motor mounts after another auto repair got us for almost 300 dollars and we were about to have to start walking every where because of the mounts being messed up. Eastridge Auto Alignment fixed it the right way in a timely manner and charged a very reasonable price and now we can drive our car anywhere. We're so grateful for them fixing it and treating us like people and not a dollar sign. Thank y'all we'll definitely be coming back if we ever need anything done to the car again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Very unhappy with the way I was done over a fuel pump and battery that cost me over a thousand dollars and then when I needed for them to replace it 3 days before the 1 year warranty was going to be up they couldn't fit me in to fix when you would think warranty work would come first, now I am going to be out another $750.00for a fuel pump, !!!! And you would think ordering name brand from the factory has more than a one year warranty, but I was put off and put off until it became my problem now. In the reply from East Ridge Auto alignment is a total lie . I was told "we do not do appointments first come first served" if I could have made an appointment why was I told I couldn't?

Had my car towed here. I was given a quote. I said ok let me send my husband over we might add a few things to it like spark plugs etc. They gave in a new price ok fine. As he was about to leave the technician saw an error there desk person made..... Suddenly the price more than doubles because she made and quoted a mistake. They were not willing to negotiate any price difference and the owner Steve let me know he had plenty of work and wasn't going to eat a dime. Tow company is on its way. They will never get anymore of my business. And yes they still charged me over 80.00 for a diagnostic fee. Never again...Be warned.

I took my 2004 Yukon to this place to get a front end inspection bc it was wobbly when driving and i knew it was something more than a alignment but wanted to be sure. They supposedly did a front end inspection and visual inspection only to call bk to say my front end was ok but i needed front brakes and rotors which i knew not to be true being i had them done a week prior. I returned to get my truck and they charged me for the visual which they said would not be a charge. Took it somewhere else and come to find out it was the swaybar end links. So before i gave a review i wanted to give them a chance to make it right, needless to say they didn't. The owner Steve was put on the phone and i was polite and respectful in telling him what was going on but he was nothing but rude questioning me like he should have been questioning his employees. Luckily i was only screwed for $60 for 2 "inspections". Not trustworthy or accountable at all BEWARE!
