My 1st service appointment at the new location (I will add: I much prefer the Riverfront Pkwy site). Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by Alexis Patton (Lexi) as she checked me in and went over the service items I was there for. She then escorted me inside (it was a nice surprise to see Matt White at his desk -- Matt's been one of my main contacts since purchasing my Forester) and showed where the comfortable waiting area, well stocked snack station and restrooms were located. It wasn't long til Lexi appeared, advising status of my service being performed, as well as recommendations to assure my sweet little Forester continued to be in perfect running order. (I'll admit -- I had no idea my cabin filter was so nasty!). Lexi was kind enough to help me determine a good estimate of what my final cost would be, and I authorized the services I wanted to be executed. Little did I know that the date of my appointment just happened to be Solar Eclipse Day ... so that brought a bit of unexpected activity -- we were all interested in monitoring ... and turned out this Lee Hwy location was a pretty good place to view. During the entire servicing process, Lexi checked on me often and continued to update with progress being made, and in the end, she sat in my driver's seat to "re-configure" my displays to appear the way I like them (every time service is performed, my display monitor changes configuration ... and it takes me FOREVER to get it back ... Lexi had it re-set for me in less than 2 minutes!) I am 100% happy with the service received from Crown Subaru staff/technicians ... and even moreso happy with Lexi, as she provided excellent and professional service and guidance to me. Her kindness and jovial spirit were just the little "extras" that put her a step ahead ... and I see her as an asset to the Crown Subaru team.

Laura Montalvo was a pleasure, friendly and very knowledgeable. She kept up to date while my car was having my routine maintenance. She showed me where everything was in their new building, went over everything that the mechanic did line by line. It was just a great experience!!! I ve never been to a dealership where the interaction is so good, and the people working there show that they care about your experience!!! Thank you so much Laura, you were the best!!!

Had 30,000 mile service completed on my husband's car at the new Subaru location at Bonney Oaks. Very nice setup. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He assisted us at the counter, took information, described the work that would be done, gave us a ballpark estimate of costs, assuming no problems were found. None were. The work was performed while we went for a walk at Audubon Acres and they called upon completion for pickup. Price was as quoted. Car was washed and we went our merry way. There is tons of space in their waiting area with charging stations for your toys and electronics if needed. Very nice.

Alexis Patton took great care of me while having my Outback serviced. She showed me the air filter which needed to be replaced. Gave me prices on upcoming needed services. She was friendly, courteous, professional and seemed to enjoy her job.

I had a great experience at the new state of the art facility. I was greeted immediately as I pulled into the service dept. Matthew White was great to work with. He was very professional and thorough, explaining what all was included in the service. Highly recommend and ask for Matthew.

I came in to have my car serviced, and couldn't have been happier with the service. Felicia and Lexi were helpful from the time I pulled into the bay. Everyone there is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Desmond's team is fantastic.

Matthew White had the part ready to fix the car the day I had scheduled the repair. Therefore my car was ready that same day. He already had transportation ready to take me to and from my home. Matthew was efficient, professional and pleasant. He was recommended by the body shop a few years ago and I have worked with since that time. He goes above and beyond!

The new Crown Subaru facility at Bonnie Oaks and I-75 is outstanding. The service personnel have always been friendly and helpful, but the new facility gives them the space they deserve and need to do their job. Service representative Falicha Newton was very helpful in checking in my car, showing me the new facility and customer waiting areas and answering my questions. She made the whole service experience a pleasure instead of a headache.

I bought my 1st Subaru Outback in 2018. I have used their service department for each oil change since I purchased my car. I have worked with Matt White ever since my 1st visit. Matt has always been the most professional, knowledgeable & helpful service person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If the car didn t sell me on trading with Crown Subaru this young man certainly would. Matt White is tops

Matthew White was the Service Rep who managed my service appointment. He was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions, he provided an accurate estimated cost and time when the maintenance service would be complete. All in all Matthew White ensured a seamless and stress free experience. I plan to return to Crown for the next scheduled maintenance service as a result.

Just a short thank you for the service I received March 25, 2024. My wife & I are visiting from NJ & found our car in need of repair. I met Mr. Matthew White, explained everything & he quickly had the car checked. It was determined a part required ordering. He was understanding, courteous & helpful. Unfortunately, I have to wait for the part, but he explained that all would be taken care of asap. So, again thank you for Mr White s attention to detail & professionalism of your organization. Crown's new Subaru Sales. & Service facility in Chattanooga, TN is first class. I took my '21 Subaru Ascent in for my 3 yr service. Felicha Newton did an excellent job from my arrival to my departure. My vehicle service appointment was easy to make. The service team had me in and out within 45 minutes. While waiting, I enjoyed complimentary refreshments in a comfortable waiting area.

Have been taking my car for oil changes and tire rotations here for the past 10 years. Their service has never let me down and they have always done a great job of being very hospitable and honest in their work. Matt White did an exceptional job and got me in and out very reasonably.

Please do not use my full name. When I arrived at Crown recently to have maintenance on my Subaru, I looked for Matt White. Matt has always been there to help me make sure my car is operating as it should. Now, I've done this 3-4 times, and he is always on track with helping the customers. I watch him; listen to how he treats others, and he is "across the board" excellent.

I had a very good experience this week at Crown Subaru in Chattanooga! I have a 2012 Subaru Outback that was having transmission issues. Falicha Newton, in the Service Department was very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed, kept me informed, answered all of my questions. My car was ready ahead of schedule, saving me money on my rental car! Everyone there was professional, friendly and helpful!

The scheduling department leaves something to be desired, but this is a top-notched dealership and the service department communicated well. They had to order a part to repair my Outback and kept me informed about its arrival. I am a happy customer and was treated well

I went in for my 60,000 mile check up. I was greeted by Matthew White. He explained exactly what they were going to be doing and the price that I was looking at paying. I appreciated his thoroughness very much. I was given a loaner car since it was a lengthy period of time to do the service. He called me to address more than one problem that needed to be addressed. He told me the price of each. He also explained that the brakes needed to be done but it was not something that I absolutely needed to do right now. He told me I could possibly wait till my next check up in 6,000 miles but to keep an eye on that and come in before then if I needed. I elected to put the brakes off until the beginning of next year 2025. I did appreciate very much Matthew going into detail what extras needed to be done. I would say Matthew did an exceptional good job and I was more than pleased with the service he gave me.

Matt at Crown Subaru in Chattanooga is an awesome service manger. He is extremely knowledgeable, and makes sure my car is always running perfectly. Matt White was super helpful as was the assistant service manager Laura Montalvo. I bought my first (used) Subaru and when it needed some sizable repairs and service, they helped me decide what needed to be done right away and the things that could wait until next time. They saved me a lot of money and were amazing to work with.

I took my car in for normal maintenance after having made an appointment. Matthew White took care of me and I couldn't be more delighted. He said he would call me when it was finished if I decided to explore the area and that it should be about an hour. They were definitely busy that day. I decided to wait it out at the dealership and I had to stand the entire time because there were no empty seats. Luckily it did not take an hour and I was on my way. Matthew even handed me a free car wash coupon. Great visit and Matthew was very respectful of me and my time.

I arrived early to the new dealership on Lee Hwy and was warmly welcomed by Matthew White. He made sure to tell me what work would be done on my Crosstrex and the cost and time estimate. He also made sure that Phillip took me to work and picked me up at a designated place and time. I have never had such a courteous and warm welcome at a dealership (unless they are trying to sell you a car). The new location is huge, clean and everyone is extremely nice. I can't say enough good things about Matthew, Phillip and the rest of the team. Thank you!

Car problems are never fun. The staff at Crown Subaru made this experience as pleasant as possible!The shop was clean, and I knew exactly where to pull up, park, etc.The staff - fantastic!!! All the gentlemen in the garage greeted me and made sure I knew where to go and offered to help.Felicha Newton was the absolute best!! When I dropped off my car, she gave some different scenarios of what the possible problem with my car could be. Regardless of the problem, she assured me they could handle the situation.I let her know I was stressed about getting to work and managing while my car was being worked on. Felicha assisted with getting me a rental car - total life saver!!!Over the next few days, Felicha texted me several times. She kept me updated on the status of my car and the repair cost. My car was ready when she said it was and the final bill actually came in a little under the estimate.When I picked up my car, there was a nice waiting area too.Again, car problems are not fun and often really stressful. Felicha made this process seamless! I appreciate her so much.You have a definite gem in her!!

Matthew White Was very professional and easy to work with, I appreciate his personality and would recommend him as your service writer for your future needs. I really enjoyed the new facility which is much more assessable than the previous location.
