Everyone at Crown was amazing! Alexander was so helpful and ready for any questions I had. He was also sure to give me his info to get in contact if I had any other questions. Even as simple as how do I open the trunk. Highly recommend Crown to anyone in the Chattanooga area.

What a pleasant surprise when I happened into the Crown Subaru parking lot on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. I had been next door at the Harley dealership ordering some parts and decided to stop in to look at the Crosstrek Wilderness. My plan was to lease a Crosstrek in about a year when my Jeep lease was complete. Kiana Brusett, a salesperson with Crown Subaru, who came out to talk to me in the parking lot, was able to figure out a way for me to terminate my lease and drive the Crosstrek home. Along with her manager Justin Standridge, they worked to put the deal together and within 24 hours I dropped off the Jeep and picked up the Crosstrek. Habib the finance manager made the transition effortless. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. That dealership and its employees are all about the customer. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them. Honestly, this is not my first rodeo and I have leased more than a dozen cars over the years but this experience is among the best I ve had.

Shaq was the best car salesman ever. I feel like he brought luck to cause I left with a 2024 subaru crosstrek wilderness! All other wilderness models and 2024 sports were sold already as well. The beauty I got just got there by a trailer so only 15 miles on it it. I think like Wisconsin to Chattanooga. In case no one knew the wilderness is different in the body style not all the trim and bumpers but the whole white part of the body and even the taillights and grill. Shout out to Shaq still waiting to give that great man a perfect review. He was honest laid back so if you go to crown subura ask for Shaq he will always do you good. I know I will be back. Crown subaru had great prices as well so shout out to them also. Recommend it to anyone buying a subaru.

The experience I had with Ryan at the Crown Subaru was top notch! Personally it was the best car buying experience I have ever had Ryan was a breath of fresh air during my car buying journey. He wasn t pushy AT ALL and actually listened to me regarding my budget, concerns, questions, etc. I can honestly say the next time I m looking for a vehicle I will start with Ryan and the team at Crown Subaru! Thanks again for the excellent customer service and friendly environment!! Oh and they gave me a great deal on a beautiful SUV!

Five stars just isn't enough!My husband and I purchased our new 2024 Impreza RS from Crown Subaru and the process couldn't have been any easier! Brandee was absolutely amazing! She communicated thoroughly with me every step of the way in my purchase of my new Subaru Outback and my trade in of my first car! She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure to communicate my needs to her manager. I have wanted a Subaru for as long as I can remember and she helped me reach that dream. Also, buying a car with a 2 year old is not for the faint of heart. They were very accommodating and patient with my little family during this adventure. Thank you Crown Subaru!

Ryan is amazing! This dealership is amazing too! Amazing deals on basically new cars! I bought a used Honda here and my experience was amazing! After being wrecked into in my Honda Pilot, I drove away thinking my car only needed some minor repairs. So it threw me for a loop to find out the framework was bent and my car was considered a total loss. I was almost out of the allotted car rental days and needed to find something quick but as luck would have it, a winter storm blew through town and everything shut down.I visited Crown Subaru while it was closed from the snow to browse the lot. When I went home, I inquired about the cars that caught my eye and instantly had detailed information packets on all of them sent to my email. Chuck Denham reached out to me when they reopened the next day to see if I would like to schedule a time to come by and test drive any of them. He wasn t pushy and was very understanding when I said I needed to wait for schools to reopen and come without my girls.When I showed up, I was relieved to be greeted by a smiling, familiar face. I hadn t realized it but Chuck had been the same person that sold me my previous Honda Pilot 5 years ago that had served me so well.Chuck Denham is the exact opposite of what you think of when you hear the word car salesman . He is genuinely kind, patient, personable and there is no hidden agenda or greediness with him. Chuck truly looked out for my best interest throughout the entire process of purchasing my car and you can rest assured that he means what he says.This being my first time buying a car without a trusted family member with me, I was alone and terrified to make big purchase decisions. Chuck took his time to put all of my fears to rest, he worked with me to get my payments to a place that made me comfortable, he helped answer all of my endless questions, and he even took the time to sit in my new car with me and show me some of the awesome features that came with my 2020 Subaru Ascent. To top it off, he also offered to help me get my rental car back to Enterprise.Chuck truly made the entire process a great experience for me. I left there knowing I had made the right decision and have fallen in love with the way my Ascent drives and feels. I am forever grateful for Chuck Denham s help and cannot recommend him enough . More car salesman should approach the way they do business by taking a page out of Chuck s book.

Mickey Dorsey was a phenomenal salesman. My aunt referred me to him (I am from Florida) and he worked out the PERFECT deal. Mickey was extremely patient, understanding and personable. Buying a car through Dwayne Pruitt of Crown Subaru was such a great experience! After shopping several dealerships it was refreshing to not be sold a car. Dwayne simply provided me with the facts and did not hold me hostage while I made my decision. He made the extra effort to work with my crazy schedule and time restraints as well. Mickey Dorsey IS THE MAN! If you or your family are looking for a nicer newer vehicle Mickey is the gentleman for the job! Another great experience with Ron Kwiatowski and the team at Crown Subaru. This is our third purchase from this dealership and we always get great service. The new building is so nice and so much more spacious than the old location. Ron is the most thorough sales person we have ever dealt with. He is very kind and helpful. He really knows all there is to know about the Subaru line of vehicles. He makes you feel comfortable and you can trust him to make the best deal for you. We love our new Impreza and appreciate his effort to get the specific color we wanted, it is a beautiful car.We just had our Forester in for service and it was easy and the new waiting area and great coffee were much appreciated.

Awesome buying experience at Crown Subaru! We love our Subaru Outback, especially in this snowy, icy weather. Hands down the best decision we ve ever made on purchasing for our needs, wants and desires. The Outback checked every box. Had a great experience working with Ryan McCurdy at Crown Subaru in Chattanooga! He helped me and my wife pick out the perfect car. Took us on about 4 different test drives, explained everything about the cars so well, and he was also a joy to be around! Talked with my family for the better part of the day and was very accommodating to all of us. So grateful for the experience we had with Ryan!!

What a great dealership. We have been contemplating a Subaru for a while now but haven t been able to find the exact one we wanted without ordering and having to wait. We are presently on vacation about an hour outside of town and happened to view the inventory online. The had the exact white 2022 Ascent Touring we wanted with all the options, ON THE LOT and not spoken for. We made the drive and were greeted by Dwayne. We explained our situation and what brought us in. We told them where we needed to be on numbers and after a quick valuation on our trade, we decided to make the deal. Everyone was friendly and there was no pressure, we got what we wanted for our trade and left to finish our vacation with our new Subaru. If you are in the market for one we HIGHLY recommend this dealer. It s a shame most other businesses don t offer this type of customer service, a true rarity in this day and time. This one is for the wife (birthday bonus) and I ve been considering an Outback for myself. If and when I make that decision, I WILL drive back 6 hours from the city I live in to buy here again!
