My Ram 1500 was suddenly running rough and I was getting a misfire code. Took it to my regular mechanic but they couldn t sort out the problem so I had it towed to Crown. I was very impressed with the level of diagnostics they completed to sort out the issue, though that wasn t cheap. Once diagnosed, the needed parts were not available from Ram. They were diligent in calling other dealers to see if anyone had them in stock. Finally found them somewhere. By this time, they d had the truck for 5 days so they paid for next day shipping on the parts and I was back on the road the next day. Service associate, Michael, was excellent to deal with by keeping me well informed and was very responsive. I will be back, though hopefully not anytime soon!

Took my Jeep in for a scheduled routine service on a Saturday afternoon. My son and I were actually a few minutes early and the service advisor, Jason Floyd, got us checked in and started our service early. He gave us an estimate of about an hour and 50 minutes later our Jeep was back. All services done and they even rotated and balanced the tires. I was a bit hesitant about a Saturday appointment but this was great. Highly recommend.

Jason Floyd was my service representative recently and he communicated with me along the way. He made me aware of other items going on with my vehicle even though it would be something to think about as I am approaching 100k. I didn t feel rushed and I was in and out in 45 minutes. This is perfect as I was able to make the appointment and not have to wait in a long line. Will return as always for service.

Just bad all the way around. Avoid Ram trucks and this place. Will nickel and dime you all day long, charge multiple diagnostic fees for any little issue you ask about, and act as if they have no idea what could possibly be wrong . unless you pay a diagnostic fee. They do not stand by their product or services. However, they were nice and cordial while trying to take your money.

I was on time, was immediately greeted by Ryan and he was quick to get me checked in. Ryan got my truck to me in a prompt time and sooner than expected as I waited for the truck.Ryan made sure everything was complete and checked me out He also had my truck pulled up close to the building as he recognized I was on crutches from a previous injury.The level of detail and professional customer service approach is a reflection of why I decided to buy my truck from Crown in the first place. Ryan s a good man doing a awesome job for you all.

My overall experience was good. Ryan Lawrence was great. He was very nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was I had received a coupon in the mail from Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Service for a oil change and tire rotation with 3 different prices of service. I asked for the middle priced service and the response was we "we don't carry that kind of oil" they only had the oil for the highest price service. So to me full synthetic and premium synthetic oil sounds the same to me. But they said they didn't carry the full. Why are you sending out the coupons when you don't even offer it. I paid for the higher service and was told we'll its still half price.Roxanne Bretz

I had a few issues with having my Jeep Grand Cherokee worked on. The biggest problem was waiting 8 months for parts. The last service rep I had, David Mays, was wonderful to work with. During my time waiting I went through three reps who were hard to get any updates from. I was notified that my parts were in and I dropped off my Jeep to find out that the parts were not really there. The service manager never would contact me about my parts. So over all the communication really sucks and they can't get parts.

I have a Chrysler Pacifica converted for my electric wheelchair. Don't worry no special service for your wheelchair staying with the car.JAYSON the service contact person would not return emails, text or callsThe service department was so bad. It took 2 tows and and 1 drive in with the car running rough. The first time new key fobs were recommended and purchased for $500. The tow weeks later with the same problem and warnings on the dashboard was diagnosed as needing 2 new batteries for $1000. A third time the vehicle was towed after bottoming out. After a week, a seemingly unrelated part was named as the culprit. A thousand dollar bill was presented but we told them to check the warranty lowering the cost by more than half. Jason did not have the undercarriage checked or any of the systems that might have been immediately affected. So with a promise that he would have the tech check it first thing in the morning then call us with the results, we left it. He never phoned for another week...nor answered his phone, voicemail, ornotes from his own answering service.The service department and the car are such a disappointment. On a bright note, I have decided to buy a new car that is NOT A CHRYSLER OR Dodge

Hands down the best team to deal with is Malik and Will. I walked in at 1245, test drove a vehicle, got a trade in value and bought the vehicle and walked out of the dealership at 3:45. Fastest and best service ever! Malik and Will are amazing!

Excellent service from Jason Floyd in the Service Dept. for our '21 Chrysler Pacifica. We purchased a used '21 Pacifica Limited (still under Warranty) a month prior, and brought the vehicle in because the rear UConnect Theater screens would crash when you choose an App on the screen. We made an appointment in advance on Crown's website. Jason communicated clearly that the vehicle would need to be left for 24 - 48 hours for diagnosis and fix, and their Shuttle Service was happy to drive me back home. Jason kept me updated throughout the process via text message which was very convenient and the vehicle was actually ready by the end of the day I dropped it off. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, their Service Team was easy to check me out and send me on my way. Definitely recommend.

Gregg was very professional, understanding and nice regarding the service needed for my mother s vehicle. I was able to stay up to date with information regarding the findings and estimated time of repairs. I was able to decrease any worries or concerns my mother had and she got her vehicle back in a timely manner. David was excellent at his job, polite and professional. No complaints about customer service. However, waiting weeks and months for parts is ridiculous. Everything needing repaired has been factory born and then having to wait for parts puts people in a bind when they only have one vehicle. I expect more from RAM and they are not delivering!
