Definitely recommend for the best and fastest service. Super personable. best tire shop I have been to in Chattanooga proper! They can fix your tires when you are in a bind after hours and they also carry rare tires. Loved them! Convenient to the airport, planet fitness, 153, and the mall areas. Highly recommend. Life savers.

Very honest business! They towed my BMW to their shop, I was panicking because I didn t know why my car stalled out. They ran numerous test and pinpointed exactly what it was, and charged me a great rate for their time and work!

Super fast and the best pricing in Chattanooga had a Tesla Y model others wouldn t touch for less than $300 and my guy beat that by about 1/3 ! Super recommended great guy!

Had a slow leak at 5pm on a Sunday night.All my tires had low tread but was going to wait until I got back home from my road trip. Omar and his team were great.I got four second hand 19" tires with solid tread for a very reasonable price and with a quick turnaround.

Had radiator on my semi truck blown, was on 9 miles from the shop, they sent road service guys Omar and Daniel to get me and help make it to the shop, got there at 8pm on thursday, was back on the road by noon next day with new radiator!Since in trucking business time is money, time wise they did awesome, price wise 160$/h it could be cheaper. Overall good experience, friendly employees and meet their boss as well seems like a very nice legit guy!

I called them because my truck malfunctioned on my way to work in a very busy time of the day, and also kind of early. They arrived super fast, they took the vehicle to the repair shop, and it was fixed super quick. I recommend this place 100%.

Cortes s service was amazing! My car had dry rot tires and they came to my college and towed my car and changed the tires so fast. They were so personable and friendly, the prices were so reasonable, and it was done so quickly! Would highly recommend! :)Service: TiresService: Tires

What a great group of guys called Sunday afternoon with a broken fan belt on my rv 20 miles from their shop was expecting a much higher price than I paid VERY FAIR price for the work performed this day and time it s good to find a good and trustworthy team thanks again for the support

Stopped in and no one really understood English but everyone wants to listen, watch and be involved. I didn't see anyone in the office. Tried to give them business. Needed a tire plug. One guy says go in the office. Next thing I know a guy is using a grinder on the inside of the tire to prep for using rubber cement. Maybe this works but it just seemed like he took off way too much rubber off. No one told me this repair would be more than a regular repair. Took forever to get this done because some guys seemed inexperienced with the tire machine. They are advertising express service. I noticed unusual wear on the edge of the tire later on. Not sure if it was there already. The other tire on the car was just fine because these tires are fairly new. All of a sudden people come out of the office observing. One has on a GM shirt, I believe his name was Jim. He says the machine didn't do that. They had a very hard time getting tire on and off rim. They were using everything they could think of as a wedge. They knew they were gonna charge me $20 plus tax for the repair when the standard around town is $10. Some places free. For as long as it took it should've probably been free. I asked one guy the price and he said he didn't know then people kept hanging around in the office until I paid. Guilty GM says I was supposed to be directed into office before service for pricing. Sorry we're expensive. Even his own worker said we don't ever do that. I would've went somewhere else. Never will trust them with anything else. First impression is everything. You trying to make money off a tire plug?Service: Tires

Great group of guys. They helped me fix my motorcycle tire on a Sunday. Helped me a lot and went out of their way to help me immediately. Saturday night about 7:30 pm and having engine trouble on I-75, while driving from Florida to Michigan, we were given the phone number to Cortes by the local O'Reilly parts store. I called and setup service for 8:30 am on a Sunday, and this place was very busy by 8:30 Sunday morning! Manuel was very professional, attentive, and got our repair done by noon! AMAZING WORK! 11/10. Needed an oil change and small repair for my coolant leak and these guys know what they re doing. FORD quoted me at $270 and Cortes got it done for $135. They were very knowledgeable, and got the work done fast. I will 100% be coming back to this place for any auto issues I have because of the quality of service, price, and fast work they do!

Everytime I visit here I always get fantastic service. My family and myself are greatly appreciative to Cortes and all his crew. The office guy, wished I knew his name...has always been extremely patient, honest and helpful. Thank you for all you do. WE APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DO TO KEEP US RIDING IN SAFE VEHICLES.

My girlfriend had an issue with her jeep while we were driving through Chatanooga. This was one of the only shops open on a Sunday. They identified the problem quickly and got us back on the road within 2 hours. Great service!

They are totally bad at fixing things, really, that is not being a workshop, they do not know anything, they are just aversi, they hit things the day before yesterday, I took my car to have a short fixed that it had and they only changed the alternator and I did not have it again. take away and that it was something else the case that they never fixed it very bad option bad really a zero

First, I want to give a huge thank you to these guys for working on a Saturday evening in 90� weather. I called a few shops in the area and no one was open and or was about to close. I called this company not knowing who to call for auto service and a tow. I am from out of state and needed help after my car broke down. I called and in 20 minutes, here these guys are to tow us to the shop. They even gave us a ride with our two cats. The car had a failed harmonic balancer. These balancers are not the easiest part in the world to change out. They did not have that part on hand but they were able to locate and deliver a part in less than 30 minutes. Wow! When it was all said and done it only took a few hours to complete and we were able to get back on the road. They were completely honest and gave me a great price. I wish I had these mechanics in the city where I live! They are that good! Highly recommend them! Thanks again guys!!!

I Needed a airbag replaced on my W9. They repaired it and had it ready to roll in a matter of hrs. On a Saturday at that! The Best in Chattanooga if you ask me

Way overpriced for just an hour or so after the standard tire shops closed. Only 7 miles from the shop. This was for an F-150 truck tire, not a semi-truck.

Just moved to TN a few months back and didn't know who to call to tow my vehicle. I took a chance and called these guys and I'm glad I did!! We had a vehicle stuck in our backyard this past weekend - it had been raining and was too slippery to get it out ourselves. Called these guys on a Monday evening - after 5pm. They called me back, came out to my house, and got my vehicle towed to the front yard all in about 45 min. Very reasonable rates as well!! If you are looking for someone who is honest and capable give these guys a chance.
