First off I want to say that the people I worked with at classic collision were ultra nice and did their best to help. That is why I m writing this two stars review instead of zero. My car had roof damage that was caused during delivery to the dealership. We did not notice it until it started rusting And the general manager sent the car to classic collision. We had Cameron and Hayley look at the damage and the dealership paid to have it fixed. When I got the car back (it took them over a month to repair it, I was lucky that the dealership gave me a loaner car while the repairs were going on), I let the paint cure for around 30 days and while I was washing yet noticed that the repairs were not done very well (I did not notice this until I was on a ladder looking at the roof to wash it), and there was seam sealer accumulating on the areas that were repaired. Also, there were many scratches and swirls where they must have wash the car with a dirty rag. So I took it back and had them look at it. We set up an appointment for about a month later when I could drop off the car and I was told that I would have the car back the next day. This did not happen, and I was lucky that I was going on vacation when I got back a week and a half later I called them and they said it still wasn t ready. They told me it would be done later that day, and I asked them to drop it off at the dealership for the first oil change. By the way, my car only had 4200 miles on it at the time. When I got the vehicle, I noticed, a bunch of new dents and scratches all over the vehicle that were not there when the car was dropped off. Unfortunately I do not have time to leave my vehicle with them without a loaner vehicle. Like I said, the people that I talk to were really nice people and did their best but I think the quality is very amateur. I would suggest if you re looking at his company for repairs to make sure there s no damage after the work. If someone wants to call me from this company, please feel free. My RO number 189304238.

Took my vehicle to this shop after filing a claim with my insurance when I discovered my vehicle was damaged in a Home Depot parking lot. The body behind the rear driver side passenger wonder was slightly cracked open. My insurance sent a check to me to cover the repair. I had to wait 3 weeks before classic collision would look at it. Then I get a call from my insurance carrier saying that the mechanic from Classic Collision told my insurance carrier my vehicle wasn t damage but that moisture got inside the body and caused it to fail. My insurance immediately cancelled my check and rental car and it was Friday at 4:30 pm when I found out about all this. How the hell was this determination made???? The damage caused a crack in the vehicle body which allowed water to seep into it for over three damn weeks because Classic Collision would not take the vehicle in sooner. For three weeks my cracked vehicle body was exposed to heavy rain and extreme cold/warm temperatures before getting into the shop. No one from Classic Collision bothered to call me to discuss what they found, what the estimate is, and how they arrived to that determination. Rather, they just flat out told my insurance it was not damaged . Piss poor communication and this shop made my life a living hell. Now my insurance will not cover the damage and I had to scramble to get my rental car back before being charged extra. Now I dont have a vehicle and have to get an Uber, costing me extra money and a lot of damn stress. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent communication with their customers.UPDATE: 2/29/2024Still have not received a follow up from Classic Car Collision. I had to straighten out the claim mess with my insurance carrier due to Classic Car Collision s screwup and piss poor communication. Now my insurance will cover my claim and gave me the green light to work with another collision shop. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. Manager said he would call me back but never did.

The only issue was VW taking so long to send new grille but that was not Classic Collision's fault. The did great work & Brian was excellent to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did amazing on my car. They even cleaned it out, vacuumed and changed a headlight even though it wasn't part of the collision site. Good service and a beautiful vehicle that looks like new

tried to schedule a repair and they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. couldn't ask any questions like who did they... nothing. was just nope, sorry, bye click. which was sad cause they'd handled a repair for me once before and was great about it

Ask for a simple quote and they tell you it will be 2 weeks before they can even look at you. When I came in there was an estimator in the hallway not doing anything but complaining about another customer. Business must be great. But not for the customers.

This shop does A+ work and they do it in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend.
