Took my vehicle to this shop after filing a claim with my insurance when I discovered my vehicle was damaged in a Home Depot parking lot. The body behind the rear driver side passenger wonder was slightly cracked open. My insurance sent a check to me to cover the repair. I had to wait 3 weeks before classic collision would look at it. Then I get a call from my insurance carrier saying that the mechanic from Classic Collision told my insurance carrier my vehicle wasn t damage but that moisture got inside the body and caused it to fail. My insurance immediately cancelled my check and rental car and it was Friday at 4:30 pm when I found out about all this. How the hell was this determination made???? The damage caused a crack in the vehicle body which allowed water to seep into it for over three damn weeks because Classic Collision would not take the vehicle in sooner. For three weeks my cracked vehicle body was exposed to heavy rain and extreme cold/warm temperatures before getting into the shop. No one from Classic Collision bothered to call me to discuss what they found, what the estimate is, and how they arrived to that determination. Rather, they just flat out told my insurance it was not damaged . Piss poor communication and this shop made my life a living hell. Now my insurance will not cover the damage and I had to scramble to get my rental car back before being charged extra. Now I dont have a vehicle and have to get an Uber, costing me extra money and a lot of damn stress. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent communication with their customers.

They put me off to another body shop because they didn't want to do the work because my car was older I was not impressed not only will they never get any of my future business I will not send anybody that I know their way either. Thanks for showing your true colors right off the bat now I know who not to use it makes it easier in the future when you're trying to find the right Body Shop to use

I used classic collision once before in the past, had a good experience. I honestly don't know what happened this rime around the communication wasn't there from the beginning, they had my vehicle since July, and I got it back fully repaired a day before Thanksgiving. I've had to call to make sure what was the updates on my vehicle repairs. It got to a point that I had to step in and start calling to other deals for parts myself just to get the ball rolling. I've had to get my claim agent involved inorder to get the repairs done. The office staff was kind and accommodated me, but the service I had off the rip was not the best and very unacceptable. They need to do better on communication with the customer.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Classic Collision. My car was towed on my scheduled appointment day, December 8th. Despite having an emailed estimate from my insurance company, they claimed they were waiting on an estimate and later provided their own. The repair timeline kept extending, first three weeks, then another three, and now an additional three due to the technician s vacation. Communication and efficiency were severely lacking throughout the process.

Go to the building next to the Volkswagen Dealership and see Kevin Casey. Best experience ever. Auto body shops have a stigma of getting over customers, but this place was excellent. They do everything by the book.

Very good experience with this company. Kathy greeted me both on the phone and in person, Chris helped getting my car drivable until I took it in to get fixed. He answered all questions and the team of technicians made it look brand new. Tracy texted me routinely on progress reports. Highly recommend!!

I can't give them enough stars! Kind, thoughtful, professional, personable- AND MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW (and smells new too! With 2 toddlers- there was A LOT they had to work with, as far as the mess goes!) Thank you to everyone there! Naby, Kathy, and Tracy for all your updates, guidance, and help! They kept me updated throughout the few months they had my car. Which was great, because as everyone should know parts being delayed is far out of their control! They are a business that wants to keep moving cars too. I hope that I don't get re-ended again, let alone in any type of accident, however, if I do I know I'll ALWAYS use them. This place is absolutely outstanding! After Bambis mother decided to commit suicide using my Toyota as her method of death, I rolled into Classic Collision just as they were changing from Abra. I first met Ms Kathy and then CJ at my initial estimate, they won me over immediately with their professionalism and kindness. It was a bit of a wait before repairs began, which I completely understand. Once work began, I received constant updates throughout the repair process. My 4runner was brought back to brand new condition in no time. I absolutely recommend Classic Collision and thank the staff for their outstanding service!

This is the third time I have used Abra to service my Audi. Each time the needs varied from minor to extensive. Today the repair was fairly minor. Regardless, the technician was professional and attentive. After I paid he waited to inspect the work with me to ensure I was satisfied. Nothing but A plus service here!!! The Abra team did an awesome job servicing my vehicle. Despite delays on parts, they got my car back up and running in only a couple weeks. I was kept informed daily of the progress of my repair and was promptly called upon completion. This team did not hesitate to get me an answer to any of my questions. Great service. I was very impressed by the work and the personal updates every day concerning progress with my vehicle. I really enjoyed getting the regular text updates to keep me in the loop of the status of my vehicle without having to bug anyone. We were able to get a new windshield installed at our home within a couple of days. There was a small issue with the auto lights wiring after the install. After calling them they had someone out that day.

Brian, my service rep was extremely pleasant, as was the lady who worked in reception. I was told that Abra would take care of scheduling the rental car and it would be ready for me upon dropping off my car. Well, the only good part about this experience was the small repair to my front bumper looks good and they were able to get my car ready for me so I didn t have to wait the weekend to pick it up.Now for what didn t go well. They did not schedule a rental car for me. This added almost an hour to my quick drop off time. My bill was almost $1000 more than the estimate and I was never once told this. My insurance company and myself told them the deductible would be $200, yet I was still charged $500. They told me I could fix it with my insurance company and get a refund through them (it was closing time and I wanted to have the car so I could turn in the rental and stop incurring rental fees). The attitude of the women working with the service department (Tracy I believe) was rude and not friendly. She seemed put out that I was trying to make arrangements to get my car before closing.So overall, I would not recommend working with this Abra location.

Abra is who I trust for my car repair. I know that when they do the repair it will be done at a fair price, in a reasonable amount of time, and they keep my updated as to the progress of the repair. Had my vehicle repaired in May/June. I was happy with work but noticed detail work on my car that was defective. It was in the general area of the work that CC performed so I assumed that CC was responsible for the defective detail. When I showed it to John, he showed me how it was due to deterioration of the rubber around the part and he offered to replacement the part at cost with no labor charge. Great customer service they keep you updated daily through text messages about where your vehicle is in the repair process. The repair is completed in a timely manner, if they encounter a delay you are informed about the issue and when to expect your vehicle to be returned. Kathy was amazing and Christian was very easy to work with. I m thankful to have my car repaired and back. I do wish I had been better informed of everything that was being replaced on my car with out having to be advised of something different or additional each time I called was just noticed. I m happy with the service but unpleased with the unbalanced feel that my car did not have prior to the repair which I m gathering it s from replacing one tire on my car. I don t think all things were considered as far not replacing at a minimal two of my tires and properly balancing the tires bc once again my car was not like this prior to. I think the text message system is great but would be even better if what was actually taking place on the repair was advised. I would like to apologize for mentioning this to Tracy at check out as it seemed to have upset her and it was not my desire to do that. It s hard to get there before 5:30 when you receive the message at 5:02 that the car is ready and you have to drop off a rental of 30 plus days or get a ride plus get off work. I understand that it s very busy right now and I feel I patiently waited but there are a few things that I mentioned that would have made the wait and fight with the insurance companies a little more worth it on the rental. The ABRA employees were very professional and thorough -- from their detailed initial estimate to final estimate and completed repair. They texted me each day on the progress of my car's repair. When I picked up the car up it was as if the rear end collision never happened. Really remarkable work from start to finish. When I had my wreck the repair shops in town were 2-3 months til service of my car could be done. When I called Abra they worked it out and told me I could get it back in 2 weeks, afterwards I dropped it off at Abra North in Chattanooga. 7 days later it's ready! Wow! Great experience! Thank you for the excellent work. Looks like it did before the damage and the staff so nice, very helpful! Went beyond what they needed to do to get the job done. Ya'll go see um now! Ya hear!

Repairs took a long time for a scratch. Kenn, the person that handled my car was rude when I had a question about an estimated time of repairs when trying to coordinate with my rental service. I understand that it would be difficult to give a definite day but I was only asking for a rough estimate because my car rental was due back on the day I was inquiring and had no clue what to tell the rental service about how much longer I would need the rental (after already getting extensions multiple times on the rental prior to me speaking to Kenn). He told me (in a very unpleasant tone), "I don't know how long it will take, tell them 2 or 3 more days. We had to take your car apart and we have to put you car back together again!" I did not appreciate his attitude and I completely understand that it takes time for repairs but he was very quick tempered for a what I believed was a simple inquiry. I will not be using this company again.
