Great service done in a quick and professional manner at reasonable price. Zach took care of the breakdown right away. We had to wait for parts for a day but this is the new norm everywhere now. Definitely recommend this shop. We need more of those around .

Needed a nox sensor and filter cleaned. Told them to look at first get back to me before they do anything That didn't work they ordered 2 nox sensors would not give me a price on them so I decided to go somewhere else. They decided to make me wait two hours to get my truck back and they out a password word on my ecm. Do not use these guys!

Phil is the best parts contact I've found in the United States for UD Truck parts. His knowledge and skill in locating parts fast has helped me out in many tough situations. I wish I had discovered Chattanooga Truck Center years ago... my life would've been a lot easier. Parts ship fast and my company is based in Wisconsin. Thanks CTC!

How does this company stay in business? I'm so lost on how someone can get a repair and then need a 2nd repair from the first repair? I would use caution with using this shop,you may end up in a worse situation than you were before the visit. Brakes are defiantly NOT a strong point , I'm not sure if they have a strong point really..

Every experience with the parts department at Chattanooga Truck Center has been positive. Their parts department is knowledgable, efficient, and helpful. They are very up to date on UD.
