Budget Brakes went the extra mile to help resolve my alignment issues even when my alignment warranty was expired. They didn t charge me for the service provided which was a real blessing. They treated me as if the warranty was still valid. They proved to me that they care more about customer satisfaction than a few bucks. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

I went to budget brakes last week and had them check out my brakes and rotors. They said that the only thing I needed to replace was my front brakes and to clean the drums on the back brakes. So I did this service, it was about $250. After getting the car back, it is still having a shaking issue while braking. I take it to another shop for them to say the truck needs rotors and I will need to replace the pads I just purchased because they were messed up from the warped rotor. I'm pretty upset because I went to budget brakes thinking they would be a great place to get my brakes serviced, and I was very disappointed.

The man that greeted me was friendly and awesome. I had a appointment and they got me right in. I am on a fixed income and needed more work than I could afford and he worked it out where I got what I needed most and could return at another time to get the rest of the work done.Most places would have pressured me into doing something I could not afford so I appreciated his understanding.

I will always take my car to Budget Brakes. Once the tech looks at your brakes, they will take you into the bay and show and explain everything down to the detail. It is so personable and as a consumer it makes me feel confident to know that my car is in good hands! Troy helped me and was so professional and understanding about my concerns. He answered all my questions! Thank you guys so much and I appreciate you!

These guys could have easily taken me for a ride. Instead, they tightened a fitting and bled the brakes for a fair price. I appreciate the honesty!

I went seeking an estimate on front and rear brakes and possibly front rotors if they could not be turned. I was told and I quote we can t turn the rotors because vw has certain specs for their cars and see that lip we can t because of that he proceeded to give me a $1100.00 estimate. Got the rotors turned and new brakes for $350 at another establishment that has earned my trust and business!!

Good people! I can appreciate their transparency. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to my friends. I left out with a lifetime warranty on break pads and a year warranty on my rotor. This isn't one of the those places that prey on women who don't have a clue.To the man who said his wife was a travel nurse (sorry I forgot your name) but you were very personable and have a really warm and welcoming personalty.

Had to wait 3 hours for what I was told was an hour job.When I left that night my car was worse than when I bought it. I was told to bring it back the next day. So I did at 8:30 am and was called around 2:30 pm informing me that it was ready. When I began to drive here the same noise and it was louder than before. Now I will have to take it to the dealer to get fix. I will never use Budget Brake for anything and will let my family and friends know what happened to my car.

Not only do you get funny commentary throughout your visit but you also get fast and efficient service. These guys are good people and they were all gracious enough to let me come in 30 minutes before close with no complaints. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes and it didn t cost me an arm and a leg! This is hands down the best shop I ve been to in Chattanooga! Budget Brakes> anywhere else. Thank yall!

The guy who helped me was very honest. He could have just did my alignment and let me go on a out my way but he made sure he told me there was other things needed before hand and he didn't want to wast my money.

The manager and the mechanic were both nice and knowledgeable -It cost $578 to repair my rear brakes , but I needed new rotors plus the pads -I didn t like the $29.99 shop fee that was added into that total, but it s their policy -They got me in and out in a short time

Took my car once to have it inspected because the pedal was soft. The tech said the wheel cylinders were leaking and the drums could stand to be replaced but everything else was in great shape. I had that work done and a few days later, had grinding and shaking from the back when I braked. Took it back and they reluctantly warrantied out the drums and said everything else is in great shape. Few days later, grinding and shaking from the back.Took it to a 2nd shop who said that the new parts had been installed improperly and caused damage to other parts. Rather than taking it back a 3rd time and hoping they finally admit to their mistake and fix the problem, I am waiting for payday so I can have someone else replace all of the damaged parts.

I had my pads and rotors replaced in 11/22. The front rotors went bad by 12/23. Even though they were slightly out of warranty, Budget Brakes worked with me and replaced the bad rotors without charging me. The guys in n there are good to work with.

I wish I d taken the time to do my own brakes. Dishonest price gouging at its finest! The markup is tremendous. I took a commercial truck in and was told there would be a lifetime warranty then was told the warranty was for 90 days once they were done. Johnthan and Alex was professional and the manager John helped out and had Johnthan drive with me to pick up my car from another place then after it's was done Johnthan also drove my wife's car back to drop it off at her work, they are very professional hard to find that these days.

They were able to quickly get my vehicle on the lift and troubleshoot the problem. After discussing the best repair method and approving the estimated cost, I was ready to go within 30 minutes.

I was planning on using this company to replace the front & rear brake pads, as well as resurfacing all four rotors. I was quoted a cheaper and incorrect price when I made my initial call, compared to the price that was given in person (much higher) when I already had our vehicle there. Then I received a call from the owner (Jerry) that he noticed damaged studs and lug nuts when taking off a wheel. He charged $99 just to replace those and damaged my backing plate in doing so. Firestone only charged me $12 to replace additional damaged studs and lug nuts. This place overcharges and needs better communication between the employees on pricing! This place is a scam. They say lifetime brakes when they charged you for everything. When last time I Had brand new rotors put on they say oh you gotta pay for this and that. Then say oh you have to have your rotors turn lol when they are brand new. Not mention they forget to hook stuff back up last time I left my brakes was smoking. I would highly recommend stand clear of this place.

I normally don t leave reviews but it was a must these guys was so friendly full of love , joy , compassion most places you go into as a woman I think guys try to get over but they where so truthfully honest made me feel like family (daughter, sister ) answered all my needs and not to mention I was in and out within a blink of a eye I just want to say I m thrilled and I m so grateful and appreciative of the experience I spent at this location and so honored for my lifetime brake pads continue to be great and a blessing to me and your future customers . Went in for a brake noise, was not told it would not fix the problem I was told that bring it back if it comes back. The noise came @ the second red light, it was then they offered to charge me an additional 700 + dollars.. this place seems to be a ripoff or they don t know what they re doingThis is a follow up, so I took my vehicle to a different business had a mechanic do a ride along. We heard the same noise the removed my brakes and determined they were dry behind the pads. They put some sort of brake paste on them it s been a week I have not heard the noise. I m doing this follow up for a few reasons, when I left Budget Brake got to the second red light called them the suggested I come back and spend 700.00 and said it MAY fix the problem, after spending 400 with BB , the other place charged me 40.00 that s right Fourty Dollars. I never got a follow call from BB who has a sign hanging in their store stating Customer Satisfaction . I have spoken with the 40.00 company.. C- mon

Nothing "budget" about this place. came to me with a HUGE price then before I left had dropped the price almost a THOUSAND dollars. If they had offered the final price at first, it was almost decent. Ended up spending even less at Maxi. And they only had one quote, didn't try to see what they could get.
