I contacted Mr. Hill, Sales Mgr. and asked him questions regarding a 7 Series that was advertised. He politely answered all my questions before making a 400 mile round trip to see the car. He assigned Yon as the salesman to assist me. He also was very polite and professional in arranging a trade-in quote. We came to an agreement and the next day I made the trip. Everything was just as he had told me. When we went for the test drive, Yon took his time in showing us all the features and how they worked. He introduced me to John in finance to complete the paperwork. He, too, was very personable and professional. Everything was 5-Stars from the beginning to the end. Not to mention the car drove like a dream over the 200 mile trip back home.

I had an excellent experience working with Christine. I really wanted a car that I saw online in Atlanta and she was able to transfer the vehicle to Chattanooga seamlessly. She provided so much information to me throughout the process, was never pushy, and made things easier than I anticipated. I plan to keep this car until the wheels fall off, but when it is time to buy a new one, I hope to work with her again.

This dealership sold my mom a used Subaru Outback and told her it was safe to drive and was fully inspected just for the transmission to fail and leave her stranded hundreds of miles from her house as she was driving my little sister home. Might I add, she's only had it a month and put less than 1000 miles on it.Then they told her "that sucks, sold as is" when she called them and explained what happenedWhat a horrible excuse for a dealership, avoid at all costs and shop literally anywhere else.

I ve been searching for a BMW M3 without markups for a few months now. Fortunately, Chris at BMW of Chattanooga was able to secure an allocation for me. John was the salesperson who walked me through the rest of the process, He addressed all my questions and concerns about the car throughout the entire process (couple of months for the vehicle to be produced and delivered)On the day of picking up the car, the whole experience was seamless and easy. I showed up, signed some documents, and the team walked me through the car to show me all the features I didn t know.Thanks again to the entire team at BMW Chattanooga, especially John and Chris for the experience and the car. I included some pictures I took the day after as proof of 10/10 satisfaction :D

I bought an (almost new) used car. Price was good, service was great. It was one of the only times in the last 5 years of buying a new or used car at a dealer, that the dealer didn t play a ton of silly games. Straight forward and respectful.Erik and Phil were great. Appreciate you both.

Had a great experience at BMW of Chattanooga. I went in for some tires on my car and ended up getting a new car for my wife. We both left happy with the service. Ross in the service department got my 7series back in shape and Cody with Sales hooked us up with a new X7. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience purchasing from BMW of Chattanooga. I live in Atlanta, but happily made the drive up due to very aggressive pricing on a pre-owned car I was interested in. I couldn't find anything local that matched it. When I got there, the experience with Erik was friendly, easy, and transparent. I was given the posted price and felt no need to negotiate because of their aggressively low price approach.

This was my first purchase of a new BMW at BMW of Chattanooga, where I have been a service customer for the past 15 years. Once the car arrived at the dealership I was kept informed of all the details that needed to be completed prior to and during the delivery of the vehicle. Delivery day was exceptional. My car was ready-to-go in the indoor delivery bay, all the paperwork was handled in a matter of minutes and I was briefed on everything I needed to know prior to driving away. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE!! A friend of mine purchased a car from this location and they told her it was solid and just had an inspection done. It immediately started having issues and within a month it has a failed transmission! When she called originally they said it was sold as is and refuse to do anything about it. 0/5 stars. Not helpful people. Money hungry. Do NOT care customer satisfaction OR SAFETY AT ALL!!

This place is a class act! Everyone working here on both the sales and service sides are professional and caring. Nick in service always takes great care of us! He knows my name, keeps me posted on the status, and makes it as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

We did not appreciate the level of customer service that was provided by our service rep Chris. Additionally, we brought our car in for a few reasons, and one of the reasons was the engine light was on. Unfortunately, four days later the engine light is back on therefore, we have to return the vehicle for another service visit. Our car was there for three days. We had to call to follow up on our car every day. We have a warranty from the dealership (not BMW) that we purchased our car from and the dealership contacted us to let us know that the payment had been made and our vehicle was ready. However, we waited an additional hour to see if we would hear from Chris from the BMW dealership and we never heard from him. We had to call to verify we could come pick up our car. Lastly, our service rep Chris lied to us and told us that our car had been washed; which is a part of the service that you get. Unfortunately, our car was more dirty when we received it back on the exterior and the interior. We will continue to work with the local Chattanooga BMW because it is the only servicer in our area. However, we would prefer to work with a different service representative. Overall, this isn t a reflection of the local BMW itself. This is a reflection of the experience we had primarily from our assigned service representative (Chris).

Nicholas P. has been nothing but amazing since the first word! He has been very informative, thorough and kind! Every other worker has been just as kind and helpful too! Laid back environment with seemingly no type of salesmen hassle in any regards. Refreshing and will be back to this specific location for the above and beyond mentality and professionalism.

I purchased a pre owned car from BMW of Chattanooga and had a very good experience. Their trade offer for my car came back lower than the other two I had but eventually they matched them. They added on extra fees like all car dealerships do but took them off with no hassle. Chris was my salesman. Very professional and followed through with what he said he would do. I would recommend BMW and Chris for a car purchase.

I live in the Knoxville area and made the short drive down to BMW of Chattanooga to look at some 5 series. Inventory and pricing vs local dealership options had me looking in surrounding markets. My salesman, John, was attentive to what I was looking for and we drove a couple cars. After a test drive, we had a smooth and quick settlement on a 530i. I have purchased several BMW s, and this was one the of the easiest and friendly car purchasing experiences I have had. John and the Sales Manager were fair and reasonable in working out a deal on the car. I would highly recommend anyone considering a BMW to give Chattanooga an opportunity to find your car. Big thanks to John and the team at BMW of Chatt. for a great purchasing experience.

Erik Comar was great. He told me exactly what I needed to purchase my (new to me) 330i. He worked hard to get me in the price range I wanted, and the sales agreement was very straightforward. I inquired about a BMW 428i Gran Coupe on the lot. I received a call from Christine and we scheduled a test drive. I thoroughly enjoyed driving the vehicle; therefore, we started the trade and purchase process, which went well as expected.After the sell, I did notice a couple of things that I should have observed upfront; however, I decided to reach out to the salesperson. The communication regarding my concerns was moved in the proper direction for discussion with the sales manager Phil Hill.The sales manager Phil Hill contacted me and we discussed the concerns I had. Mr. Hill was very pleasant, professional and requested that I bring the vehicle in for further evaluation. Mr. Hill provided communication during the process to keep me updated, and that was much appreciated. One of the concerns seemed to be well taken care of and I sincerely appreciate the service provided following the sell. One of the issues persists, and I do realize I purchased a used vehicle and I may have overlooked it when driving it.My overall experience was very good, and I would recommend and consider BMW of Chattanooga for future purchases.

I purchased a 2017 BMW X1 i28 in June 2023 .At the time of financing I purchased a service package for 36 months to have oil change . I took it to BMW of Chattanooga on March 9 at 10:00 AM for an oil change . (Chris) The service Manager showed me a oil pan leak ,it was visually leaking I advised Chris that I had the car nine months without service. The service manager stated that whoever did the last service stripped the screw into place and damaged the oil pan .I advised the service manager that if it had been leaking for nine months,, it would not have any oil in it :The oil level warning system never indicated a low oil level. I took the car to a certified BMW mechanic to change the oil .The screw and oil pan was inspected .They advise me that the screw and oil pan is not stripped .BMW Chattanooga gave me an estimate of $2700 for a new oil pan that I did not need ! The service department was deceptive . I lost confidence in having my car serviced atBmw of Chattanooga Tennessee.

I can t be objective writing about BMW, it s the 6th I bought in my life from a BMW Dealership.But I think I can be objective writing about BMW Chattanooga, there is a warmly welcome to the customer. I went there just checking if there could be a trade for the car I saw online after a few hours I drove home with it.Thanks Jonathan you made my (wife s) day!It says a trade is fair when both have a tear in the eye, I think the the trade was fair althoug my tears came from the happiness to drive a BMW again.

My experience with this dealership has always been great but this last time it was beyond amazing ! Gary was awesome. He went above and beyond to me get into my 2023 Ford Bronco after some issues with my insurance company. He was so patient , kind , helpful and an absolute rockstar!I ve also had experience with their service center for my bmw and everyone in service is so kind and will ensure you leave with all the information and knowledge about the visit along with informing you on other issues but never press or harass you to get it done with them like other companies do !!

Requested pictures of a car that I saw online. Was provided pretty blurry, rainy night pictures. Asked for better pictures, apparently, it wasn't a priority. Never received the pictures. The dealer sent me a text after my request stating, "Vehicle sold." That's it. Don't expect a high level of customer service.

I am happy with my experience with BMW. Seller, Jonathan was helpful. We negotiated to the point, I was satisfied with my trade in vehicle and monthly payments. Thanks!!! I am enjoying my new vehicle X7. Went for a second vehicle after 4 months and Jonathan took care of me since I send him a text that I was needing another car b/c my other car was totaled. He was helpful answering all my questions and called me as soon as my new car another X7 arrive at the dealership.Updates review 12/8/23. Went back to trade my new car X7 after I had some mechanical issues. Traded in for an X5. Offer for my trade in was fair. Jonathan and BMW took care of me. So far no issues with my X5, I am liking it.
