Very thorough and proficient in their repairs. When I pick my vehicle up, I don t feel like I ll be making a u turn to go right back like some other places have left me in East Ridge. Well deserved 5 !!

These staffers are the best! Gary. He s the man. Made my long experience at the dealership worth the wait (we had a lot of little things done). I went to turn a lamp on in the exceptional waiting room, and 3/4 lamps weren t working. I swear to you, THREE of the guys were in there til they could figure it out. Southern hospitality at its finest . They were all so kind. And the car is great!

Oh let's take it back in time. Paid cash to have my motor rebuilt by the son (Doug) . Worst mistake I have made in my lif ! They kept my car for 7 months ! I had to call every week to get them started on it. 3500.00 dollars and my car was still broken. The mom treated me as if I was an burden . Nevermind the fact I apid 3500 up front (my mistake) . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS PLACE. Anytime I get the chance to leave a review , I swear it will ALWAYS be a bad one. Save your cash and time . Go to a honest repair shop. Not these crooksServices: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Oil change

4 different shops tried to get my VW drain plug out without success. Birkhead had it out within 30 minutes. Got me right in and right out. Great customer service. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll definitely trust them with my car from now on!

OK service. A little slow. Their hours are a little off, too. They will work with you on most things and do a good job explaining the problems to you. I'll give them that they're very friendly. As with all auto places, there are a few "extra things that need fixed" that will inevitably come up during the process. They fixed my head gasket, and for the price (and problems afterward, which are ongoing) I should've just gotten a new engine. Overall, decent but could be a lot cheaper.

These guys stayed late to fix my truck instead of being with their families, they went above and beyond all my expectations for not only mechanics but for humans. I'm so grateful, no mechanic has ever made me feel so reassured that I'd be able to get home safely. This has to be my best auto mechanic experience of my entire life. Thank you so much, thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!
