Knowledge: 10/10Great group who truly know what they are doing. Furthermore, a company I trust.My car is more of a project , and they provided excellent service. Seth is a great guy, and every tech is quite knowledgeable.They got my BMW to stop leaking oil - I m convinced there is nothing these guys cannot do.

This place is terrible, they have kept my car for 2 yrs and lied about me waiting for 1 part which never came! I was told directly by the mechanic they weren't able to fix my car they should have told me this two yrs ago! I trusted this place to fix my car NEVER AGAIN! I PAID FOR A PART THAT WASN'T PART OF THE PROBLEM AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR THERE AND NOW IT'S NOT DRIVEABLE.

Had an intermittent ac problem & other items to get addressed. Seth did good on keeping me up to date on fixing AC problem. After a few weeks & several attempts, they managed to locate & fix the problem, a broken connector in the controller switch. Even though it took longer than expected, I was glad that they were able to track down such a tiny detail that was causing a major headache. Considering the amount of time it took, their pricing was very reasonable for the time they spent on it! I'm glad I have found a good shop for my German made vehicle.

Sorry, but this has to be one of the most untrustworthy place. I have caught them in lies TWICE. Everytime I bring my car and pick it up, maybe a week later something else happens to the car, they lie about prices and will overcharge you. I do not feel comfortable bringing my car back to this place again. Might as well take your car to the actual dealership. I feel like they will fix the problem and will purposely mess with something else on your car to get you back in there to take more money. I noticed that the same cars be sitting there for a very long time maybe because the owners of the cars can't afford this place ridiculous prices. Very sad. You have lost my business and most importantly you have lost my trust.

First time customer. I took my Land Rover here at the suggestion of a friend who had a good experience. I found the team at Bavarian to be prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Seth kept me updated daily and explained things in a way that I could easily understand. The cost of the service was less than I expected it would be, and I am very pleased with the performance of my transmission following their repairs. It is great to have an alternative to the dealership, and I will definitely continue to bring my car to Bavarian!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Dropped off my 2014 S7 for an oil change and suspension diagnostic. They were willing to use the oil I provided unlike a lot of maintenance locations. What made things even better, is when they confirmed my suspicion of a leak in the air suspension. In addition to notifying me of the height sensor being damaged from the leak, they were more than willing to reach out to my extended warranty provider to determine if coverage would be provided. Within a few short hours after my initial call and less than 24 hours for them to acquire the parts and install them, my car was ready for pickup. I highly recommend and appreciate the service the staff at Bavarian Auto.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

So disappointed. My son's car broke down on his drive from Knoxville back to Atlanta. Had the car towed to S&S based on reviews. Needed to replace the fuel pump okay fine. Pick up the car a week later and drive back to Atlanta. Next day, the entire house smells of gasoline. Rick says to bring the car 2 hours back to the shop. Asked if I could just take to my local mechanic and either split the cost of repairs or have S&S cover if it wasn't fixed properly. Turns out, the seal wasn't installed correctly and had been crimped so had to be replaced to the tune of another $300. Rick said he was working with his manager to resolve payment. Tried following up at least a dozen times via phone/email and never got another response. Very weak customer service and when you are spending $2000 to fix a fuel pump, you would hope it would be done correctly.

Bavarian Auto was great. They were able to get my car fixed a day earlier than expected by sourcing some parts locally and were able to fix two issues I had had looked at at my repair shop in Atlanta that were still ongoing. They will definitely be my go to!

Let me tell you what: I asked for a particular scheduled service on my car to be completed ahead of schedule, in addition to another maintenance item, only to have them come back and advise me that though they'd be happy to complete it, it really wasn't necessary. They said, "We'll inspect the brake fluid condition for you, and let's go from there." Well, they told me to come back in a year, as changing it now wouldn't be a good use of the money.That right there shows me these are good people, and are here to build long-term clients. Will certainly return.

Charged me $1000+ for parts that totaled roughly $150 and work that was 30 min- 1 hour. problem came back within a month. Might as well have done trial and error with a shade tree mechanic. Guess they have to make the money somewhere

Not the cheapest, but professional and got the job done. They have a nice facility. I got a catalytic converter replaced, since other shops couldn't do it. However, this shop was going to charge double to replace the brakes, and wanted to replace the rear rotors when another shop found that just the front rotors and all pads needed replacing.Furthermore, this shop didn't notice that my tires were wearing down quite a bit unevenly and were nearly worn through because it needed an alignment.Overall, good work, but expensive, and not the most transparent experience. They could certainly do better.

They did a great job of scheduling me in for an inspection for work that needed to be done. They provided a quote and were able to complete the work over the following days. The team was professional and did a quality job with no issues. I drove 1000+ miles over the two days after service and had no problems. Literally told them what was wrong with my son s car. They fixed something different. Took it back and they are now saying the same exact thing that they were asked to fix is wrong with it. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

What an awesome experience! The S&S Barvarian Auto team are rock stars. Brought my BMW X3 in for its schedules service and a couple minor issues. Very thorough and very honest! Didn t try to repair or sell me a bunch of parts I didn t need! In comparison to a previous quote from the dealership, they saved me thousands of dollars and my car is running great!

My family and I have used Bavarian Auto for almost 10 years! Very nice and honest people who know their European cars well. I called them recently for an oil change and they were able to fit me in within 24 hours! They also made me aware of unknown issue with my car and fixed it the same day! Always a great experience with Bavarian Auto! Would recommend to anyone who needs work done to their Mercedes, Lexus, bmw etc!Services: Tires, Oil change

Brought my vehicle for a diagnostic for loss of power. They told me the turbo had failed and suggested I scrap the car.I've since had two independent mechanics as well as the dealership tell me the turbo is fine, and all I needed was an EGR valve. My car works fine, and has been running with no issue after getting work done elsewhere. I feel pretty scammed to be charged for an incorrect diagnostic as well as being told to scrap my car.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great customer service!! Tim was awesome. He kept me informed every step of the way. They replaced/repaired the wheel bearing hubs on my 2009 VW rabbit and it s driving great now!! Tim also contacted me a week later to see how the car was driving. Definitely bringing my car back for all future repairs. Excellent Quality, Great Customer Service and Fair Prices. Tim and the rest of the team I dealt with as a first time customer were great. Good communication and good service. My older Mercedes was leaking oil and I suspected the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced. Tim and the team at Bavarian got me in the same day, confirmed the problem, and made the repairs. They also recommended new spark plugs due to the previous leak and the age of the vehicle. All prices were very reasonable. Car drives like new again.Very pleased with the entire experience. I had services done on August 20, I am very impressed on their customer service, especially Tim! He is amazing at communicating and getting the job done. My Audi S4 was fixed very fast compared to other auto shops near by. I was looking to buy a car and scheduled to have it checked out to see if it was a good find. Tim and his team did a wonderful job inspecting the car and providing a detailed list of current and potential problems, as well estimates for repairs, so I was fully informed before deciding whether or not to purchase the car. These guys are the ones keeping my quite old Jetta alive and running safely. I was able to make an appointment to get my brakes replaced just a few days in advance, and they took care of everything quickly at a reasonable price. These people are genuinely sweet and honest! I was dreading taking my car to Jaguar dealership and thank goodness I didn't! Bavarian Auto was amazing about everything and the pricing is affordable!
