This AutoZone on Dayton Blvd is great. Jeffrey help me today with antifreeze before the cold snap gets here! Many of their employees have helped me diagnose issues and have always been very helpful. Five stars!

Need help getting a new auxiliary battery for our car. The staff at AutoZone was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly help me with my problem. But highly recommend this AutoZone for any car related problems.

I ordered a part online and came in to return it in store. I had my email order confirmation and all of the paperwork that came in the box, which included 2 different order numbers. They told me I needed a 3rd number that was never provided to me, and that I would have to call the 1-800 number to talk to customer service myself to obtain this number. This was an unacceptable customer service process to me which should have been done by the employee since it is a problem with their system. There were 2, blunt, unhelpful employees in the store. I went to O'Reilly's to buy the part I actually needed, and there were at least 4 employees who helped me immediately before I even had to ask. I will not be returning.

My first visit to this location and they were able to find what I needed after another store O'.... Didn't have it. I've always had good luck at AZ for various items over the years. I especially like being able to 'barrow' certain specialty tools that aren't often needed.

They were great. They came out and did a test on my service engine light, told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it... Take it to maxi... lol. Really They were great.

Jessie was super helpful! Not only did he ask if I needed help as soon as I got in but he helped me find my ENTIRE LIST! Thank you so much Jessie. I have been using autozone for 20 years and have never had anybody as helpful as him! If he isn t the manager I recommend he should be!

Was in town for Christmas when my daughters car battery died. Jessie was a huge help in getting a new battery and changing it for us. With how much corrosion our battery had it required a longer time to be changed in the cold and Jessie was so kind and helpful the entire time. Will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone because of Jessie. Sadly, great customer service is hard to come by but Jessie is an example of great customer service that cares about the client! Thank you Jessie!

This location has been my go to for all auto part needs especially in a pinch. And it s employees like Etheridge and Adam that will keep me coming back. Both worked together to troubleshoot a very challenging install of the turn signal bulb on my Jeep Wrangler. Neither gave up and together they were able to figure out a way to finally get it installed correctly. And both completed the job with a smile and upmost positive attitude. KUDOS to both these guys for making my experience a memorable one and a loyal Auto Zone customer.

Excellent service excellent help Jesse made sense out of a problem that would take me a week to get fixed at a dealer or more for the simplest things AutoZone is a perfect companion to anybody with a car. Jesse is the man to see at that location

I had to get new wipers but accidentally bought the wrong ones for my car. Jessie helped me find the right ones and put them on my car for me! He was super helpful and told me to come back anytime.

An employee named Noe was by far one of the most helpful people I ve interacted with at any car shop. He helped me find the products I needed and helped me install the parts. He also went out of his way to share with me different advice about car parts/installation. He was also very friendly. Great job Noe!!

The staff here is wonderful! I showed up five minutes till closing with a dead battery in my key, and they were very kind and friendly while they fixed it for me. This is the second time I ve gone to this AutoZone with a car issue, and both times the service has been great. If I run into any trouble in the future, I m definitely going back to them!

Store 0149 in Red Bank stepped up when I came in with a bad battery and bad terminal. They stayed late and got me back on the road. Excellent customer service.

AWSOME!!I LOVE MY AUTOZONE!!The Manager and Assistant Manager are Excellent along with the other employees!!By far the most helpful Auto store I ve dealt with and that s why I keep coming back and the prices are competitive with other auto stores.These guys and gals are there for You!!I ve been to many auto parts stores in my life and there is always employee turnovers going on.Not at this store. No Sir!Every time I m here I see the same dedicated people with a big smiles on their faces(underneath their masks) here to help me if and when I need them.Keep up the good work!

We went there earlier in the week and the 2 workers there were amazing and incredibly helpful, but we went back on today and the store manager there had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude to us and even to the person she was on the phone with. We took our business elsewhere. We went to O'Reillys and before we could even explain what happen he mentioned how much business they get and complaints they get from customers who have gone to this auto zone just over this one specific employee, we didn't even have to describe her.

Just bought a new steering wheel cover here today. It was hard to find the right size as well as putting it on because it is very tight. Expert Sherman is the best employee at auto parts stores I have ever seen. from Finding the right size and installing it, he did literally everything for me. Very satisfied and will definitely visit this location if I need anything for my vehicle. Thank you

I had the absolute BEST experience here yesterday and I want to make sure that Matt M gets recognized for going above and beyond for helping me! I needed a tag light and he replaced it for me with the new one I purchased. The amazing part? He figured out he needed to not only take the covering off of my trunk, but there were 2 silver plates with 3 bolts before you could even get to the lights! He did it with a breeze and I really appreciate the time he took to help me out. I was pulled over the night before about my tag light and I've never had to purchase one before. He took 15-20 minutes out of his way to help me! Thank you Matt M!!

These guys were great. Had a bad alternator, they confirmed it was bad, and even pointed out it had a lifetime warranty from another store! The other store couldn't confirm my purchase, so I bought from these guys anyway. Very appreciative of them being honest and even more forthcoming than they had to be. Hard to find people like that anymore.
