I absolutely LOVE these guys. They're knowledgeable and fast. They repaired my EVAP purge valve for me and will be doing all other work on my car. The prices are fair and They're really friendly. Great group of people. Especially Casey and Erica.

Automasters has worked with our vehicles several times at this point, and we've always left happy and satisfied as customers. They have some of the best rates for labor in all of Chattanooga, and definitely THE best rates for labor in the Highway 58 area. Most importantly, THEY ARE HONEST, FAIR, AND ETHICAL. They will not rip you off or attempt to upsell extra or unnecessary work. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well! We highly recommend Automasters Inc and will be back the next time we have an issue with a vehicle!

The customer service was A1. Great friendly people. But..I was charged a 600 dollar labor fee for a 40 dollar part. I was under the impression that I needed a thermostat, but instead they only changed the coolant sensor. On top of a 3.5 percent charge to use my debit card. I went on a Thursday and was told that I could come back Tuesday. I was there Tuesday at 8am and recieved a call at 11am verifying that I wanted the car fixed. I was like huh, that's what's you supposed to be working on so I didn't get my car back until Wednesday. Again spectacular customer service. I would advise, what I should have done, get a 2nd or 3rd opinion first.

This is the best shop I've been to. Great people. Very professional. They are not only a repair shop, they take the time out to get to know you. Prices are great and the time it takes to fix a major problem, like a collapsed lifter" is done quicker than I thought it could be done. That was a major job.I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I'll continue going to them as long as they enjoy working on my issues.

They were very nice, professional, and reasonably priced. They did all the work in about an hour. I had a leaky valve cover gasket. On the way there, my WS wiper fell off in the rain, and I blew a tire right after I got off 153. Auto Masters took care of everything! Thanks guys!

They were very upfront with me and gave me good advice. They could have charged me to fix what I had been told by another mechanic was in need of repair. Instead, they gave me sound advice and told me what really needed attention.

This place is THE PLACE to go!! I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience with a service shop! Service shops are kinda like dentists - you never want to have to go, but sometimes it's a necessary evil, and let me tell you, this was a joy. I have a Jeep Wrangler and I couldn't get it to start, so after having it jumped and still not working, had it towed to Automasters since the Jeep dealership had a ONE MONTH WAIT. What a blessing in disguise! Erica was awesome on the phone and kept in great communication with me. I was told I could be in and out easily within just a few hours (assuming it just needed a new battery, which it did), and they were good on their word. I've been told the same several times by several different shops in the past for similar things, but then somehow my car ends up having to be there FOR DAYS. They got my Jeep in immediately and within an hour or two it was fixed! They are honest and well priced. Thank you all for taking such good care of me and my car! I will never go anywhere else! This place is a game changer, trust me.

In an emergency situation when I had a flat tire with 5 kids in the van, they dropped everything they were doing to help me. I appreciate their kindness and quick service so much! I highly recommend them! God truly was watching over us when He lead us there today!

Really nice folks, I was referred to them by a buddy of mine"country boy"and I called them, told them our s.u.v was running hot, the guy over the phone was nice, he told me they would check it out,they had us up and going in less than 3hours.

Had an annoying light they took care of for me, along with tire rotation, oil change and new wipers. Got me taken care of while I was at an appointment across the street. Even provided a ride to and from my appointment while they took care of things. Excellent all around service! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

My husband have a F150; he took it to the dealership and the price was ridiculous. Took it to Automasters and Mr Casey and his staff took care of the problem and charge 1/2 of what the dealership was going to charge. My husband truck ride a lot better. Highly recommend Casey and crew.They ve done work on my jeep in the past when I was in a pinch and got me going quickly. Casey was fantastic to deal with, and got my 2010 RX 350 in and out same day on a water pump replacement. Very knowledgeable on Toyota/Lexus and just vehicles in general. He even went above and beyond and let me drive his personal truck to run a grab some lunch instead of just waiting in the waiting area. That's service you just don't see much of anymore. I will be taking my Lexus to him on any future repairs on the vehicle. A+

Great place for vehicle repair. Specialized with Lexus, Porsche, and other imports. Casey ensures quality work and customer satisfaction. Ask him to let you drive his Porsche. I couldn't convince him.
