Great Service! I called in the morning around 8am to have my window regulator replaced. Ashley told me she was able to get me in at 3:00 the same day! They had little key tags with my name on it prepared when I came in. It is a calming environment, they offer refreshments, wifi and they are fast. It also smells so good! I was in and out in less than an hour. I would come back again for my future needs and would recommend 100% to someone needing their services.

I will begin my post by saying the glass looks wonderful other than don't charge me extra charges for a clean up fee when I still have glass all in the back of my vehicle so therefore I will be asking for a cleanup refund.

Dealing with windshield cracks or chips from debris from the road is NEVER pleasant, however, the wonderful people at Auto Glass Express make the experience so much better!!!! The staff and technicians are responsive, courteous, respectful and professional. The office staff goes above what is expected to help with scheduling and dealing with insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend Auto Glass Express. If the need arises, I will be back!!!!

I recently had my truck window replaced by Auto Glass Express, and I am very impressed with their professionalism. Just had the front windshield of my A4 replaced here. All of the staff were very pleasant & great to work with. My windshield was replaced & safety systems recalibrated & I was sent on my way in a timely manner! Will definitely use them again for any future auto glass needs.

The lady I dealt with was an absolute doll. She was patient with me. Dealt with multiple people because I was out of town. she called me by name the second I walked through the door. What a babe!!!Update .. these guys went above and beyond vacuuming all of the glass out of my truck even cleaning my sons car seat. This is the A+ standard shop for glass replacement.

I will never go anywhere else besides Auto Glass Express after my great experience today. From the friendly faces that greeted me upon walking into the lobby, to Chris who set me up with my appointment, and Chip who helped me with my repair and had me in and out in a very timely manner. Very professional, great communication, clean organized shop. You can wait with refreshments and watch them fix your vehicle thru their windows that look directly into the shop. If you need a windshield these folks will take care of you.

Had my windshield replaced today and couldn t be more happy. Communication was excellent. Ashley was great to work with. New windshield is great. My mom had her windshield repaired here and she was very happy with the results. Could not recommend Auto Glass Express more!! Simply the best.

The team at Auto Glass Express truly put the company name into practice today. I called them at 3pm to ask about a window replacement for my car that was broken into. Without hesitation they accommodated my request for same day service. The team replaced the glass with care and took extra time to clean and remove all broken shards of glass. Would highly recommend for your auto glass needs.

Auto Glass Express is excellent! I spent all summer trying to get Safelite autoglass to repair my windshield and they failed time and again. Within days of working with Auto Glass Express they had my windshield parts ordered and in plus the appointment scheduled for that same week. They were very professional and helpful all the way, and Ashley made sure I had updates for everything that came through. Very pleased with the experience overall and ecstatic to have my windshield replaced and my safety functions calibrated properly!
