This is strictly at service. The sales side was great. Now onto the service side. Took my Audi A8l in for simple oil change. Car only has 26k miles. Time was about an hour and arrived at 7:45. Bill is what was ridicules. Break down.charged 31.78 for oil filter. OEM from store 19.95charged 7.20 for crush washer. Pack of 10 4.95charged 95.68 for the drum oil. Most euro oil Bottle 70.00. (Bottle is better quality and drum oil)charged 25.51 for fuel additive I did not ask for. Fuel conditioner 5 bucks everywhere.Here is the fun Labor charge 145.00. Now this is not a tech doing oil changes its a lube tech making 17 bucks an hour. Nothing difficult to change oil on this car no special tools nothing.Then you have <MISC charges of 36.62 this is a rag, gloves and oil dispose fee.Grand total 373.42 for a simple oil change. Only reason I took my car to them was for the service record. Never again with these crooks. I'm not someone who doesn't know cars have extensive background automotive. From now on I will do it myself or go to any local place and have it done. Can't wait till stealerships are gone.

My daughter recently bought a car here that was falsely listed as certified pre owned, she did not find out until a couple of days later when she took the car in for a post sale repair and the service manager told her the car was not certified. The salesman that sold her the car knew the entire time that the car was not certified even though he presented the car as such. They ended up certifying the car after she went to the sales manager and made a complaint, however they were well aware they lied, not only in person, but on the paperwork when they sold her the car. We firmly believe the sales team had zero intentions of ever telling her the truth. Thankfully the service manager showed integrity by telling her the truth about the car. The fact they falsified the sales paperwork is another issue entirely that will be pursued further.....

Made a service appointment a week in advance and requested a vehicle to drive. Was informed when I arrived that they did not have any vehicles available. What is the point of waiting a week for an appointment and asking for a car to drive if they don t have any? Luxury car dealers should have loaners available or at least an enterprise rental service. Never had these issues with Lexus or BMW in Chattanooga. People that work can t sit there all day. Service also had no interest in the issue I was having with my SQ5 and made no attempt to resolve or even look at my vehicle. They acted like I was bothering them. I ll either make the drive to Knoxville for service or find a local garage.

We recently purchased our first Audi and so far have been very impressed. We took it to Audi of Chattanooga today for a software update and were very pleased with their Service Dept and Staff. They were very professional and friendly and completed the service timely. We highly recommend this dealership.

This is my first experience with Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga and it was by far one of the best! I live in Cookeville and most of the negotiation was done via email and phone. We finalized everything upon arrival at Village Volkswagen. Lynn Wood was fabulous and Jeff Newell made sure everything met my expectations. The 2017 Porsche Macan S I purchased was super clean and Lynn helped with getting the Porsche connect enabled so I don't have to come back to Porsche at Chattanooga. The Village Volkswagen Team is super friendly and I can't be happier. Thank you very much!

Parker, Lindsey and Chris at Audi provided an excellent sales experience for us. Their response time was quick, negotiating skills sharp, and overall customer service top notch. It was the best we have experienced while buying a car. The attention to detail went beyond expectations, and the ease at which they processed the sale made it painless. We highly recommend this dealership, so much so, that when it s time to buy another car we will make the two and a half hour drive back from Nashville to work with this team.

We had a very positive experience buying a new car at Audi Chattanooga. The internet response time was very quick and Joey was always available to answer questions and direct us to the GM. The sales specialist (Lindsay Reed) was a delight to work with, and due to some unusual circumstances on our end, she came to our house twice! Once to bring papers to sign and the next time to deliver the car! They worked with us on price and offered us a very good deal. The finance manager, Robert, was also very helpful and professional. Our customer experience was positive all the way through the process!

As someone who has purchased eight cars in the past seven years, I've been subjected to the gamut of car buying experiences. My purchase of a new Audi yesterday at Audi of Chattanooga ranks as the best overall. Philip Foster, my sales rep, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, to the time I drove my new car off the lot, Philip ensured that every question or concern I had was taken care of and not a second of my time was wasted. The entire process felt very well organized and was completed faster than online or internet only deals I've done in the past. But that speed did not come at the sacrifice of attention to detail or patience in explaining all the features I requested. I cannot think of one thing I would have changed to make this experience any better. If you're looking for an Audi, go see Philip. He'll ensure that you leave as happy as I did.

I had a great experience working with Josh in sales! I would 100% buy my next car here, and I was very satisfied with both the sales and parts departments. Even when Travis in parts told me certain floor mats might take a little extra time to arrive, he was very communicative and promptly let me know when my pieces arrived.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing and financing my new Audi Q5. Both Lindsey Reed and Robert Rumfelt were enjoyable to work with. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the whole process went from start to finish. I will definitely recommended Audi of Chattanooga to anyone I know wanting a new vehicle and will use them again myself when the time arrives.

With the vehicle shortage every dealer I contacted in my area had either sold the vehicle we were interested in; or, was adding several thousand dollars of miscellaneous mark-ups or dealer packages. I found the Q3 we had been looking for online and spoke with the internet sales team. They were quick and friendly. We drove five and a half hours to get there. I was skeptical but it was worth the drive. These guys are great, no hidden charges or bogus fees! They did exactly what they said they would do and gave us a little more for our trade than any other dealer we had spoken with. Thanks Audi of Chattanooga: Joey, Parker, Lindsey, and Robert, you guys were terrific.

I have to say, this was one of the best experiences with purchasing a vehicle I have ever had, I also had me 5yr old with me!They were prepared, my trade in quote was Awesome, my New Vehicle was ready and they even had Audi matchbox cars for my son to choose from. Ms Reed, Joey and the whole Team was amazing. It was worth the drive from Clarksville to Chattanooga and I will be doing business with Audi of Chattanooga again!

I have not been pleased with this dealership! The two gentlemen at the service desk have always treated me like I was a nuisance. May last try with them I brought my Q5 in as my check engine light was on. The gentleman asked how he could help, I told him my light came on. He said the soonest he could get it in to look at it was in four weeks... I asked if it was safe to drive and not damaging and his reply back was It should be. Prior to getting my Q5 I had an A3. I wanted an SUV as well so I looked online and saw they had a Q5 on their site. A sales man asked how he could help and I told him I was interested in the Q5 and showed him my phone. He goes back for 10-15 minutes to return to tell me it wasn t ready for the lot. I said ok, I was just hoping to sit in it to see if I like the way it feels (I know I like the way Audi drives so wasn t overly concerned about driving it) I felt like he was blowing me off like I was a waste of time. Once I mentioned I am a customer here and I currently have an Audi, his whole demeanor changed. He asked which one was mine, I pointed it out to him and he then said let me get that Q5 pulled around here for you to look at. After that I went to Atlanta to purchase my Q5.I m not sure if because I m younger they think I m a waste of time, but I have definitely felt judged while here. I now take both of my Audi s to a mechanic that specializes in German vehicles and am treated way better!

Audi of Chattanooga was great! viewing wise. The service was terrible, no one attempted to to help us out at all. We had one lady who we talked to. Asked a couple questions that she had no answer to what so ever. When we got into the dealership she left and went to her office and sat there literally doing nothing else. We checked out a couple of cars for at least 30 minutes or more. The whole time we were in their we didn t speak to anyone else besides one guy who we thought was the sails manager and thought he would help after looking at a Audi RS7 on the show room floor which he didn t. He basically answered about 3-4 questions and after he just acted like we didn t exist. If anyone ever wants to purchase a car Audi to be exact, you are better off spending your money in Atlanta or Nashville. Good service is top line requirement especially in a dealership and we DID NOT GET THAT AT ALL.

Parker, who sold us a beautiful car, was super helpful and patient. We test drove 3 vehicles, some more than once, and he put no pressure on us to buy. Came back and bought one the next day. Very happy with all aspects of our experience.

This is a topnotch organization. Very knowledgeable of products, very gracious and courteous. I drove almost 200 miles round trip and am very glad i did. A very pleasant experience compared to other dealers i visited looking for my "perfect" last car! You will not be disappointed with Audi Chattanooga!!!

Great service department. Court was extremely helpful. We were traveling from Atlanta to Wisconsin, and had tire trouble in nearby Jasper, TN. Audi went above and beyond to get me replacement tires at a fair price. I will let my friends know in Chattanooga.

I searched high and low for a 2022 Audi SQ7. I looked at Audi Marietta, Audi Atlanta, literally everywhere in the state of Georgia. With the shortage of cars and microchips today, it is hard to find and get a new vehicle, especially how fast they are flying off the lot, but I finally found my cool mom car at Audi Chattanooga! Parker took my deposit to claim the car and a week later I am part of the Audi family! They did a wonderful and fair trade in for my Mercedes GLE as well. The service, the professionalism, how amicable they are, the quick response and easy to reach, how on top of it they are everything was amazing! Stacey was our sales agent and she is the absolute best! I even got a call from my insurance saying Stacey took care of everything and switched everything over! I can not recommend Audi Chattanooga enough.
