Kelsey and Nolan were so helpful and really nice!! I was in a huge panic today about my car having a flat, and the jack fell so my car was on the ground. I wanted to cry and Kelsey kept me calm and was very fast getting the truck out to me. Nolan was very helpful in getting my donut tire on the car and was super nice. 10/10 experience. Started out as needing a tow, ended up in a tire change. Thank you guys so much!

Fast and professional service from the moment they picked up the phone until the end with the drop -off. Good communication through the whole process, and Roy, the driver. was fantastic. Saved us on Easter Sunday. I highly recommend them!

Start to Finish, from 1st phone call to delivery, Excellent Communication and Customer Service! Kelsea was absolutely Tremendous, spot on with every detail! Driver Randy wasn't even phased by the power lines in his way when he arrived. Randy was Kind, Courteous, and Professional. Price was Excellent paying over the phone was a breeze! Almost felt like we had called a Family member. Never used American Tow & Recovery before this...but they are the only ones we will be using in the future.

Having to have your car towed is such a stressful situation at best but the service I just received with Rob from American Towing could not have been better. This gentleman arrived so quickly and was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him and will personally ask for him any other time I have to have my car towed. so grateful to find honest And hard-working people in this world . He s having to tow my car from Chattanooga to Huntsville Alabama and it s 10 PM . Hard worker and great work ethic.

They go above and beyond, Extremely good communication with dispatch and the driver. They are very knowledgeable and professional and consistent. Absolutely worth the price to go with American Tow and Recovery.

Called GM roadside service to take my vehicle to the local chevy dealership. They sent this company. My truck was picked up on a Saturday. I called the dealership the following Monday to see if they had a chance to look at my truck yet. I was told they didn't have the truck. So I check my chevy app to locate my vehicle. It's sitting in a fenced lot unlocked with the keys in it 1.5 miles from the dealership. I was given multiple different stories from the tow company as to why this happened. They eventually came and took it to the dealership. The owner apologized and said if I can make it up to you just let me know. Well when we got to the dealer come to find out they no longer had a diesel tech. They took my truck to another dealership free of charge. While I'm glad the owner did his best to make it right there is no excuse to leave a $55,000 truck in a horrible part of town secured by a bicycle cable lock.

Roy was absolutely the best!!! Another tow truck kept saying 30 minutes until 2 hours later and still did not come. We were at Pizza Hut window getting pizza on Hixson Pike when our truck would not go into gear. We called American Tow and Recovery and in 30 minutes he was there and figuring out how to help get us out of a very narrow place. He moved us to next parking lot and told my husband he could fix linkage for us to drive straight home. He was such a God Bless, and so nice. We would recommend him over and beyond. I was directed to this towing place through my AT&T roadside assistance. They quickly dispatched a rollback to safely transport my Rogue to the dealer. The dispatch person was helpful and friendly in getting the address where the pick up was coming from corrected as the online program was not easy to work with.Nolan, the tow truck driver, was helpful and friendly. Despite his youth, he obviously has a lot of experience with getting the rollback into and out of tight spots. He even tried to jump my car battery to see if we could eliminate the towing service and the dealership visit. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite; he really made my day despite the situation.

American Recovery rescued me today. I waited all day for another company who I called at 2:00pm (my estimated pickup time), just for them to let me know it would be another hour and a half maybe more. John arrived within 30 min, and everything went very smooth! Their communication is excellent and prices competitive with other towing. Thank you!!

I have to give high praise for American Recovery. I earlier made a negative review but Justin called me thereafter and told me the situation. Our fleet service recommended a garage for battery service and a new muffler, but the place they recommended only services 18 wheeler trucks. Justin called to tell me the sameAnd then offered to tow it to an automotive garage that can service our fleet vehicle. I think this kind of service is bar none the best. He could have just dropped it there at that one shop and been done with it. But, Justin took the initiative to contact me and took the vehicle to a different shop that can service the vehicle.I ve tried to delete my earlier negative review but I cannot figure out how to delete it. I give permission to the shop to delete the negative review.

If I were you do not ever call this place. I gave them a one because zero or negative number is not possible. they are a bunch of crooks and thieves. They have already had to fire one of their Mechanics for stealing he went through my entire truck all of my cabinets all of my compartments because he left handprints from the grease stains on his hands he look like a crime scene. they are very incompetent, when it comes to repairing diesel engines and semi trucks. they had my truck for over 8 weeks, to repair a clutch. American Recovery did not put the bolts back in the transmission housing. they left one bolt in the transmission housing and didn't put three back in. they did not put the seal back in the exhaust when they reinstalled it. so when my driver and his wife were riding black smoke was pouring in the truck. This was a very dangerous situation. they they did not tighten the bolts on the shifter. this could have been a life-threatening situation with the exhaust pouring in and no bolts in the housing. they also stole my floor mats out of my truck they cost me over $300. they charged me $5,800 to put a clutch in and I'm having to do this work all over again. I suggest you never ever bring your equipment to this shop. I dealt with Michael continue to lie to me every time I call him kept brushing me off every time I would ask questions about my truck and my custom mats and I dealt with Aaron. Aaron is inconsiderate he has a very serious anger problem and an unwillingness to take care of the customers. He is very inconsiderate an ignorant to this business. if you speak to a guy named Aaron who is in charge of he is incompetent. I cannot believe that this shop put him in charge. he was very defensive when I told him the issues that I was having. the work that was done by this shop was not satisfactory and instead of listening he got a very angry and thinking he could handle me with aggression. American Recovery I will be taking you to small claims court if this issue is not resolved you have my information give me a call let's resolve it. nolan best tow driver ive had with then many cars ive needed towed home . he got my car to me when i was told it be here and was able to park my van where i wanted even with how challenging my driveway would be for a tow truck to back into . i was really impressed how quickly he managed to figure out how to get parked and unloaded .id like him to become my personal tow driver if i can ill be requesting him the next time i get towed home.

We were in a pickle but American Towing and Recovery really provided great service! The alternator just went out on our Honda Pilot , the driver for American Towing was so kind and really knew how to do his job! The price was right but the attention to great customer service is why I would sing the praises of our tow truck operator and the kind lady that answers the phone!

1st experience was 2 weeks ago. Replaced 2 injectors. Extremely fast and did a great job. This round replacing a clutch. Again, Extremely fast and very happy with service. Labor rate is easily $50 an hour below average for the area. Will definitely keep using them. Great guys.
