The positive reviews are great about Airport Brokers! I believe in promoting great experiences. Tia and James, the owners, are great folks and have excellent customer service. I worked with Tia today, she was very responsive when I requested info about a vehicle. I test drove, and ended up buying the vehicle within an hour. She was very patient and answered all questions. If you want a decent car@ decent prices, please visit Airport Autobrokers for your next vehicle. Thanks Tia, this was a great experience.

Mom purchased vehicle from here. It messed up in first week. She put more money in it. Within few months it Blowed up! They wanted her to fix it and resume paying less then 2k owed on it. If you want Junk go see Tia and James! Wasted. Money!! Stay away! Buyer Beware!! Yes he put a part on that you charged her for. I mean first week mechanical issues. Yes she put Over 1k to get it up and running. She paid you a total of 4k cash on that Junk for it to Blow up. Yes you got it back with new tires etc on it. These Vehicles are just Auction Junk People. Beware!! If they will treat a 70 yr old woman on fix income this way. Imagine how they will do you. So Watch out for a Kia Soul to show back up patched up. Buyer Beware! Run...

I was looking for a car for my daughter to drive and I found thier listing on marketplace. Outstanding is the word i would use to describe how my daughter and I were treated. Tia treated us like people and not just another sale. The communication, after the sale, was more than I expected. I felt like Tia and her husband actually cared that we had a good experience, and wanted to keep us informed of the title status. I, not only recommend, but would do business here again. 100 percent satisfied. Thank you for a stress free car buying experience.

I bought a car from this buisness and they went above and beyond. I'm from out of town so they actually met me there on a Sunday when they were closed. They had the Carfax and everything printed and ready for me to look at when I got there.. I highly recommend checking them out. I'm extremely happy with the Hyundai Elantra I bought from them. And very pleased with how extremely nice they were.THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND FOR MY CAR... I LOVE IT

Tia was an amazing person. You can tell when you first pull into there lot. That all of there vehicles are in great condition. I got a 2012 Nissan rouge and it has been nothing short of the best. I'll always check with Tia 1st when I ready to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks guys yall are amazing

I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from Tia Cruz, owner of Airport Auto Broker. I am totally pleased in every way. The car is exactly as Tia told me, nothing hidden. I found Tia to be a very good person: honest, trustworthy, attentive, and professional. She spent over half an hour telling me about the car. She made sure that I know how to operate all the buttons inside the car. She gave me personal references to get a backup key fob and to get the cracked windshield replaced which saved me quite a bit of money and time. I am very happy that I bought a very good car at a very good price from Tia. I would definitely go to Tia if I ever need to buy a used car in the future.

Tried on two different occasions to purchase a vehicle from this place and the lady waited until almost time to meet and wanted to reschedule both times. Very unprofessional. I was very flexible with the scheduling and was ready to purchase with cash in hand. Small businesses don t usually survive being like this. Good luck!

These people are SCAMMERS! Me and all my family purchased cars from this company and they cars are HORRIBLE. No one cars work anymore and I just purchased it last month. Tia Cruz has a nasty attitude and lies about helping fix a car you get from her. She does this with everybody so I do not recommend NO ONE TO THIS PLACE.

I don t recommend! I bought a 2013 bmw that they claimed was serviced and everything was perfect. We were rushed to sign papers and that should ve been our red flag. The car overheated 20 minutes after driving away from the office. This was April. It s now October and I haven t gone more than one full week with a working car. They sold it to me knowing I m 19, and a new mom that just put herself $12,000 in debt but the money was worth more than the integrity of this dealership. My car is no longer running and my debt is thousands of dollars higher. Extremely disappointed.

Not even a whole 24 hours in to having the car check engine light pops on they scammed me I paid cash for the car they blocked me and didn t respond avoid at all cost

Absolutely the best pre-owned car and car purchase I've ever experienced. SUV condition and functionality was exactly as communicated. Tia Cruz and her team were punctual, attentive and efficient - she even picked me up from the airport so I could drop off my rental. I drove 8 hrs to get this vehicle and it was worth every minute...

very easy to work with, liked how new management operates, appointment required was a plus for me, not having to wait and could guarantee showing vehicle and answered all concerns we had. not your typical pushy car lots, honest and easy to negotiate and disclosed all info on car. would definitely recommend and will buy more cars in the near future.
