Our truck was involved in a minor accident. The insurance company scheduled the repair with Advanced Collision on Gunbarrel Road. That was a great choice. The entire staff was friendly & courteous. They kept us updated on the progress of the repairs and were able to complete the repairs in a shorter time than estimated. Advanced Collision completely to away any worries about having our truck repaired. Thanks for a great job.

The team here at the gun barrel location did a fantastic job with my Honda civic. The front bumper and driver door were restored to factory quality. Also, they took out a tiny dent I requested, while they were at it, free of charge. Thank you guys.

They were great to work with! Super fast and great with not only communication, but excelling at the customer service experience. They were fantastic at assisting me with my rental while they worked ony vehicle. Highly recommend!

Outstanding professional, highest quality work in the area second tenant. I am very experienced with cars including owning a car dealership and have dealt with body shops for over 40 years. These guys are at the top of their game. It s as good or better than factory when they re done, great customer service. Aaron is a superstar in every category. If you went above and beyond can t recommend him any higher no need to go anywhere else. They worked on my $80,000 challenger hellcat black paint and it s stunning. Keep up the great work guys. I wish I could include a picture in this review.

Advanced Collision did great with my Kia K5! I got rear ended a few weeks after buying it and Advanced Collision was able to get me in quickly. They did great work and were super easy to work with! Highly recommend to anyone needing repairs!

Wouldn t paint my car because they didn t buy the parts, said it was a liability even though the parts are OEM, besides the hood which is carbon fiber and they don t paint over carbon fiber? They also wouldn t just paint the car, if it needed body work they could do it but said no one only paints cars.

I showed up and even though they didn t have me in the system Austin helped me anyway with my estimate. He was very kind and helpful. I had to call back again a short time later with a host of questions and he answered every one. Turns out I need to go to a different location due to insurance but I bet they will be just as nice.

My daughter hit a deer, we didn't want to turn into insurance, we took her car in, and explained our thoughts and they worked her car right in, and did an amazing job. They got me in and out in 1 week which was amazing and their comunication during the process was great!. There was an issue with the finish or I would have left 5 stars but they did take care of it the next day and it looks great. I had a very positive experience with Advanced Collision. I was able to be picked up by a car rental service and drop the rental off there when my car was complete. Customer service is excellent. They worked with my insurance company to get my car fixed. They communicated when to drop off and pick up my car. And the work on the car itself was perfect. And I'm a perfectionist. So thank you all for a great job.

Took my car in for repairs for a pretty good dent on the back of it. The people at the front desk were super friendly, kind, and welcoming! They did a wonderful job and got my car looking as good as new and the keys back in my hands in just two days! Love that they also provided a courtesy car wash as well so your car is extra clean when you get it back. I definitely recommend Advanced Collision! They make a process which can often be a burden super smooth.
