Staff just sits around akd is not helpful at all. I asked a question about a battery for my motorcycle amd he was just like idk... like they don't know anything about parts or even act like they don't care and don't want to work they just stay on their phone the whole time amd don't even try to offer help with anything at all!!!!

Don t buy from this company they are very expensive, never have the right parts you need, and is affiliated with a company called TRE that will deny you a refund but would rather give you a advance auto merch card like a gift card. The original location I bought the part from said they didn t have the money for the return and sent me to 3 different locations to return my part and they all claimed not to have any money for the return also. So I went back to the original location I purchased the part from and they printed me off a TRE receipt basically saying they will give me store credit. I have an account with this company and that didn t seem to matter nether it wasn t like it was stolen all my transactions are on my account. I never had this problem with O Reillys or AutoZone.

I went in today to get a warranty replacement on my alternator. Eric was super personable and helpful. I shop here quite often (my Forester always seems to be breaking) and Eric is always eager to help with a smile.

I came in to have my battery checked and ended up having to purchase a new one. Eric was the most courteous and helpful young man. He went above and beyond to take care of my car!! Thank you so much Eric!!

If they don't have it..they will get it. I went back today 11-28-22 and bought my 3rd battery for 3 different cars in 1 month. Great service as always.I had to buy new windshield wiper blades recently. They helped me put them on. Very polite.

They had the part that I needed for my car. But when we went in there to get it, I guess maybe the cashier had felt threatened, Because he called for two associates out of the back to watch the register with him while we looked at our part. Ended up not buying it. Felt very unwelcome. Won't be going back

Doesn't know what tools do what assure me they had the tool to get there want to sell me forks to separate the ball joint and actually brought out a ball joint press dude I need to separate from frame and spindle first and I don't want the forks to cut my boot so you need to stock the separator tool you use a ratchet or wrench on not everything requires a hammer

The gentleman that was working Saturday all by himself was so friendly and helpful to be perfectly honest I wish I could find employees like him myself I hope somebody at advance notices his professionalism even though he was the only one in the store and stressed out probably he was still one of the nicest people I ever had to work with I can't remember his name but he was a true gentleman I recommend going to the Brainerd store for if he helps everybody the way he helped me it will be a true enjoyable experience

They need to hire someone that knows more about cars than they have in there , it kind of broke my heart that today the female didn't know more than she did ,I know ( I am in my 50's & have too much knowledge on the subject because of my background, I've been working on cars my whole life , however I'm not a mechanic I'm a MD and work in DNA FILES now .Memyself being a female, I expected more out of her , she was too young and too inexperienced for the position she's trying to hold that being said ,,,, education,,,, education,,, education it makes a world of difference

Worst store I have ever been to. I have been shopping at advance for years and have always had a good experience but this store has very poor management. Not recommended at all.
