We needed some new windshield wipers for our car, we went in, within 30 seconds a sweet worker named Gary was there to assist us. He told us exactly what we needed and had us checked out within 2 minutes of walking in the door. He even took his time to install them for us! He gave us the best customer service we could ask for, will come back if we ever need anything else for our car.

We were having issues with our Jeep Wrangler while visiting from out of town. The young man who helped us today hooked up his diagnostic reader and told us what was happening. He pointed us in the direction of several local garages. No charge...what a fabulous service. They were so helpful. Send business their way!

They were amazing! I m by no means a car person at all. All I had to do was give them my car model and year and they helped me get a battery. Tater even installed it and discarded my old battery for me.

I am a single lady and needed a little help to check my oil. I had already checked it myself, but wanted to make sure I was right. I first went to AutoZone on East Brainerd Rd. I told the guy there that I had checked it, but would he recheck it for me. He looked at me and said, you said you checked it, I said, never mind and left. I drove across the street to Advanced Auto Parts. Bill was very kind and helpful. He checked my oil, showed me the dipstick and told me to try and get an oil change this week. Thank you Bill for being a kind and helpful person. I appreciate you guys.

I stopped in to pick up a headlight bulb replacement. I was greeted by a memorable duo named "Beans" and "Tater". Not only did "Beans" go out to my car and verify the specific bulb needed (despite the fact that it was 100� outside), but he explained to me why it was likely shorting out, and also installed the new one! This experience was fantastic for Advanced Auto parts. Not so great for the competition across the street. My last visit to then will remain my last visit

I stopped here for low beam bulbs and not only received helpful advice and the supplies I needed, but I also received cheerful installation of both bulbs. Thank you to Matt for his kindness and helpful attitude. My experience could not have been more pleasant or efficient.

Not sure why it is posted in store and online that they will change headlights if you buy them here but they told me they just didn t do that. I will follow my friends suggestion and go to O Reillys next time.

Been sold multiple bad parts multiple times... Customer service def needs a lot of work... Almost everytime I go in I'm waiting 10-15min... It has the appearance of being understaffed but there are 4 or 5 workers in the back socializing everytime. I don't know how the rest of the local stores are ran but because of this location I will never return to another Advanced Auto parts as long as I'm alive... But I do want to make a recommendation O'Reilly's Auto parts is about half mile up the road they are squared away!!!!

Great service, from everything to installing batteries to just buying accessories for your car. Everyone who works there is very nice and attentive. Great rewards program, where you can achieve money off future purchases and gas.

Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and services that they provided. Came from across the street at AutoZone where customer service was terrible. I am very pleased with the response I received here in order to get the help that I needed. I was able to get the part needed and left knowing. Thank you Luis for your patience and help today. :)

We live in Trion Ga which is about 45 mins from this location. My husband has called 2 separate times for 2 different parts and we were directed that the only store that had the parts in stock was the one on brainerd. We drove 2 different times and both times they tell us they do not have the part when we get there. Advance auto owes me a tank of gas for completely wasting our time. I will never depend on them again . Autozone or Oreilys will be my vendors from now on. Your employees need to be knowledgeable when it comes to parts and know what they are talking about when they direct customers to drive across 3 counties.

An Advance Auto battery was purchased by a licensed grarage in Maryland and then installed in our vehicle in August 2021. It was diagnosed as defective by a licensed garage in Chattanoga in December 2021. At no time in my life has it been easier to replace warranteed equipment purchased through one third party and found defective by a second third party.I was dreading pursuing the warranty based on recent experiences dealing with government and others on third party issues, and here I was with two third parties and a defective part.Imagine my surprise when it took all of ten minutes to get a new battery. Be clear I had all the due diligence paperwork and contact numbers, but it was the East Brainerd Advance Auto team that made it a speedy process.The store is neat and clean. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help with a smile. Since December I have bought other materials there. My initial experience was no fluke. The folks at Advance Auto on East Brainerd are ready, willing, and able to help you get what you need for your auto at reasonable prices.

I called and stopped by several different auto parts stores trying to get my tail light fixed. They all told me that they had a policy not to fix certain cars and couldn't help me except for this one. I'm very grateful to the lady who helped me as I have a lot more peace of mind for a 4 hour drive home.

I gave them a 5 star review because they didn't require us to wear a mask! Now everyone needs to follow Advanced Auto Parts! Let's end this mask mandate for good!

Never AgainI provided the young man in the store with the telephone number of the store where I purchased my battery. He dialed a number and claimed that the number was incorrect. Therefore, I dialed the number on my cell phone inside the store. There was no problem with the number when I called. He then pretended that he could not find the purchase using the transaction number that was provided. I had to keep giving him the information. Lastly, he lied and told me that my warranty had expired. However, I was able to get another battery despite his schemes.

My van started having problems. I was out of town with my grandchildren. Just loss my husband December 26, 2020. Very upset and lost for what to do. John at Advanced Auto not only fixed the problem but also very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for better service

I want to thank the freaking awesome folks at this advanced auto! Radiator blew out of my 2500 Silverado on a Saturday with the family and it's 100+ degrees! Mike got all the tools I needed and the radiator and coolant together and had his guys deliver it to the mall so I could fix it and get back to Georgia! I will drive the 30+ miles from home to shop with him you guys are awesome thanks again!!!!

The attendant at the front counter was somewhat helpful but seemed very uncertain of his answers. Spoke with Bob over the phone and he was very helpful but this gentlemen contradicted about everything Bob told me. When i mentioned what was told to me, he disagreed then said, "shouldn't be" or, "I'm pretty sure". Didn't leave there feeling too confident about the info i needed.

They're not even open and they went above and beyond the call of duty. This Advance Auto Parts store on East Brainerd was demolished in a tornado. They're setting up and our angel was Trish store manager. She used her vehicle around 7:30 pm to go pick up a part on 153 and bring it back to East Brainerd. She's driving almost an hour to go get apart for us. Praise God for people who go above and beyond. Just to mention all the other competitors like AutoZone and O'Reilly told us we needed a whole new radiator when it was just a simple part.

Starting my parts search at Auto Zone (right across the street). Big mistake. They were rude and wouldnt even help me buy gaskets that I've purchased AT AUTOZONE BEFORE. Went across the street to Advance Auto - whole nother story. The had parts I was looking for and ordered what I needed for next day delivery. The employee who helped me also had experience with exactly what I was doing on my engine! Only will shop at Advance now.

Got the part I asked for but for all auto stores it just seems it is so much more cost effective to use online distributors I can get an entire suspension for cost of just the shocks at any of the large auto stores

Replaced a battery in 100 degree great AND figured out a fuse issue. There attitude is amazing and they CARE about the customer. Fangirl right here!!!
