I found this business online and they had a used 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited edition.There were lots of pictures of it, so I called there used vehicle department and spoke with Alex Moore a great young man very knowledgeable about the Subaru. I made the decision to purchase the car because I have a handicap that made it difficult for me to climb in and out of my 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ it being a very tall 4X4.Alex delivered the car to my home ! He spent a lot of time showing me how to work all its features and using my compressor, even made sure its tires were properly inflated !We went to my local bank to sign all the documents and get him a cashiers check for the car which was offered at a fair price and I was allowed my asking price for my trade.This is the first time in my 73 years buying a car was a pleasant experience thanks to young Alex.He is a credit to his dealership and I can highly recommend working with him and Acura of Chattanooga.

5 stars, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Despite not living anywhere near the dealership, Jacob treated me like a VIP he s known for years. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure I was educated during my buying process. He was proactive when reaching out and always made sure my questions were answered completely. Excellent experience, I d recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!

5 stars even though we couldn't get a deal done. Alex was wonderful from Introduction to finish, stayed in touch constantly , new alot about the vehicle we wanted and showed us everything about it. We couldn't get the numbers right as can happen, he seemed to try everything possible and even found a similar vehicle he could get for us, it was just too small for our needs. We found a car elsewhere and let him know. Alex was very appreciative and courteous in his reply, wished us well and thanked us. Of he is still there in a few years when we do this again he will be my first stop.

I recently purchased my first Acura product from a third party and needed to get my transmission fluid changed since the car was slightly overdue for service. I came in for my appointment today and the representative that checked me in was very helpful and now my car shifts a little smoother. Hopefully I can convince my fianc�e to make the switch to Acura as well from his Nissan. Love this place and can t wait to purchase my next vehicle from them and get my next service.

On a ride trip from Indy to Florida and ran into some bad weather out of Nashville. Looked up and my wiper was shredded on the drivers side. I was 40 miles out from Chattanooga and call the dealer for help. Jesse answered and lined everything up for when I got there. Unfortunately my car Ahmad an after market part, so he the got the right part and threw it on the car so I could continue my journey. He and Harold , the other staff person were kind and super helpful also they were attentive that I was on a road trip and tried their best to get me going as quickly as they could. This level of service exemplifies the Acura Brand Standard of service and relationship with the customer thank you guys!!!!!!!!

Okay, Remember this name- KWON! This is the young man you want to talk to, and whose services made our experience with Acura of Chattanooga an absolute pleasure. Kwon was courteous, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, etc. We needed to purchase our vehicle from out of State, sight unseen. He helped us every step of the way. He sent pictures and videos of the vehicle multiple times and answered every question we threw at him over the course of nearly 2 weeks before we were able to arrive and take possession of our beautiful Certified Acura MDX. He even picked us up at the airport! The actual signing process was quick and straightforward with no surprises. Good job Acura of Chattanooga and especially Kwon! Thank you!

It was more than just a pleasant experience. Justin Porter, the Sales Consultant was a pleasure to work with as well as Michael Bawgus, the Sales Manager and Nick in financial for completing the documents and paperwork was very explainative about all the documents. They truly worked as a team and worked closely together with us in order to purchase the vehicle that we did. They were extremely sincere in making sure that the vehicle was in the best shape to sell. They went over and above to make sure that all the systems were working and had new, brand new tires on the car. I highly recommend them to purchase a vehicle.

I recently experienced the inexplicable phenomenon desribed as "the Christmas tree" ... This is when a perfectly maintained vehicle suddenly displays multiple dire warnings: "Engine trouble, transmission trouble, automatic braking system trouble, all wheel-drive trouble, side warning, etc." This happened 200 miles from home and with absolutely no prior indication that anything was amiss. Fortunately, once we stopped and turned off our vehicle, a 2016 MDX Advance, the warnings all disappeared.We drove CAREFULLY home and immediately contacted Chattanooga Acura. To shorten this story... let me say, the staff at Chattanooga Acura couldn't have been more wonderful.. Shout out to Jackie! Unfortunately, protocaul for this vehicle indicated the need for an onboard computer to be hooked up in the car indefinietly so that the service department could hopefully catch a second recurrance of the Christmas tree phenomenon. I won't go into detail, as apparently, this is straightforward Honda Motors protocaul for diagnosing unsolved mysteries...Two weeks later.....Checking in at Chatt Acura, I learned that my car continued to refused to produce another Christmas Tree event. It was then thatI spoke with Alex and explained that we were genuinely worriedabout continuing to run the vehicle if indeed running it in order to solve the mystery, might cause permanent, very expensive damage.Alex listened and told me that he would personally look into the problem since it had failed to manifest using the prescribed tools.. he also reassured me that he would call me the next day. He did both. He is an expert machanic and clearly a fine human being. Alex was able to locate the source of the problem and not only make the repair, but researched my vheicle's service history and found that the faulty part was still under warrenty.God bless you Alex. Not only have you restored my vehicle, you have restored my trust that Acura is a brand worth owning.I don't know whether Acura Chattanooga works on more than Acuras, but if you do, I will send everyone I know to you guys for engine work. We have two Acuras and our son has one,.. we won't be going anywhere else!

Purchased another Acura from Acura of Chattanooga today , excellent experience.Professional, courteous and with expedited service. I always use their service department which aligns with the great sales and business office. I will continue to frequent Acura of Chattanooga for their service, transparency and vehicles they offer coupled with the best service department!

Excellent dealership. Sales consultant Connell Stout provided exceptional service both in advance of our appointment and throughout the test-drive/leasing experience. The store is an oasis of calm and kindness among overwhelming car dealerships. I trust them and appreciate their straight-to-best-price approach. Highly recommended. Will be back.

I had been searching for a car for about 2 months. There were a couple of cars I had inquired about from another site that kept leading me to Miguel. I showed up for a test drive and fell in love with her instantly. Miguel was informative and easy to talk to. Now, buying a car is a big deal for me. Miguel was patient and even encouraging as I processed through my decision. Once I said yes to my new dream I was then introduced to Michael, the business manager. Pretty sure we had the best conversation on life that I've had in a long time with a new friend. All that to say, it's not just cars with these guys. They care about their customers, their product and how they deliver and care for both. I am forever grateful for these guys. Great option to buy your next car!

Put in an inquiry about an RDX I saw online. Received a text from Jacob. He was very helpful and I proceeded to send him information about my trade in. He responded quickly and we finalized the deal. I advised I was 200+ miles away and would try to pick it up in a couple of days. He advised he would have it delivered and pick up my trade. The paperwork would be sent along and we could complete the sale at my home. The delivery went smooth and the guy that delivered it was extremely nice and professional. I have purchased many cars online and this is the transaction that went flawless.

Purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from Al Hatcher. Al is a top notch salesman. After looking for 1 month at multiple dealers across the southeast, I stopped at Al because he is straightforward and responsive. He s also a super pleasant and thoughtful human.We also got the best value compared to all other options we shopped.Very happy with dealing with their service dept too as they put on roof rails for us before picking it up.Thanks Al!!

They also supplied me with a list of their prices for various future services. I was very pleased, although the entire building could use some serious updating.

So I have now bought 2 vehicles from Acura of Chattanooga. Josh in the used car division both times has treated me as if I were buying an 80,000 dollar brand new Type S. Even though it was just a used car that fit my needs at the time and my budget. Also when I found a minor issue with my latest purchase, Andre the used sales manager got the parts in fast and worked me in to service around my schedule. There was a small issue of a change in how long it would take to finish this repair. Andre's answer was a loaner vehicle for the day. Service is sometimes these days hard to find. In my opinion look no further than Acura of Chattanooga.

I usually dread going to car dealerships for the same reason, if you re reading this, that you do. BUT we just picked up our new 2023 MDX and had an awesome experience. Jay worked with us from sales. He was exceptionally polite and friendly. We took care of the deal digitally so when we arrived our car was detailed and ready to go without muss or fuss. Cullen in finance was extremely professional and courteous. Here s what you won t get here: pressure. Never once did my wife and I feel pressure to buy add-ons or extras we didn t want. We ll definitely do business here again! Overall, an excellent car buying experience!

Dropped off my New RDX A-SPEC with some minor issues. Communication was great and I got to meet the head technician, Alex! He was fantastic and showed concern with the problems I was having and took the time to talk to me and he resolved an issue I was having. All that, PLUS, I made a new friend. Alex deserves 5 STARS!

I ended up here after another luxury car dealer in the area tried to hustle me and raise there price after I put down a deposit. My experience at Acura of Chattanooga was truly a breath of fresh air. All of the sales people here work as a team to help the customer, there was no back room communication , no petitioning a sales manager, etc. Nobody tried to hustle me and sell me 300 dollar nitrogen in my tires, free at most tire shops btw, or 800 dollar mud flaps. I met the owner who gave me his card and let me know to reach out to him if I needed any help. The people here seem to enjoy what they do and aren't stressed out by trying to hustle people. I'd take my Mom here and not worry about her, which I can't say for any other dealer I've ever been to. Thank you guys for helping me find my next car, a new TLX Type-S, I really appreciate it.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had by far. Jacob was my salesman and made this purchase as smooth as it gets. His knowledge of the brand and its technology came in handy even days after purchase.I wanted this to be as quick and easy as it gets as I work nights and was running without sleep.Nick in finance was incredible throughout the paperwork process. When I said no, he moved on as you should.Not only did Acura of Chattanooga beat prices of competitors I was considering, they gave me what I needed for my trade and into the loan I wanted. For the first time ever I left the dealership without a headache. Instead I left with confidence and smiles in my 2023 Integra A-Spec Manual.
