Called in about a scuff I made on my truck. Got a quote right away & sent a photo to confirm price. He didn't switch the price up on me at checkout which is always a plus. He was super friendly, & got it buffed out in just under 20 minutes. Looks great, & I will definitely be returning for some detail work!

5 's for 5 Perfection Detail Center!!! YOU GUYS...if you have not used them...do it! I drive works cars. We have a fleet of about 5. They are gross! We are always on the road with them with NO TIME to clean them. Not to mention we eat while on the road because that is the only time we have to eat! Jon went above and beyond to get my cars detailed and cleaned all while I was able to continue working! I got him the key and he came to our office and let me know when he was done and I was able to get the key and pay at my connivence. It was such a blessing. Now...my personal car is next and I didn't even think it was dirty! He is the best!

As an owner of a large wooly Siberian Husky therapy dog who frequently travels with me in my Black Subaru Ascent to support the mental health of my nonprofit s clients, I m always impressed by the work of 5 Star detailing. I have one of the most highly shedding dogs in the world, but after a detailing at 5 Star, there s not a strand of fur left. I come regularly for detailing because my clients deserve a comfortable clean ride, especially on dark mental health days. They always compliment how clean my car is, and that s on top of having two Kindergarten, Cub Scout loving sons, who play sports, get muddy with our husky, kayak and frequently go tent camping on long road trips. 5 Star is reliable, detailed, affordable and never disappoints this mom. Years of outstanding reviews / awards prove this is a quality business in the community. Their new location is nice too, so I can get work done while waiting, or I can book for them to come to me for a detailed cleaning.

I was one of the people selected for the free Mother s Day detail service! I decided to utilize the mobile service, (GENIUS ) and John came out and did a phenomenal job! He went above and beyond!!!!! My car was spotless! With two kids, two dogs, baseball dirt, and red clay from our farm, I couldn t believe how clean my car was when he finished. Thank you so much 5 Star perfection! I definitely give it 5 stars!

5-Star Review for Michael at 5 Star Perfection Detail Center Meeting Michael was like destiny intervening at the perfect moment! I was determined to have my wife s daughter ride in my car only if it was absolutely pristine. The pressure was on, but overwhelmed with other obligations, I fell short on getting it spotless. Ironically, she couldn t make it to the event due to illness, but I knew I still needed a spotless car.Then, Michael appeared like a ray of light, and I instantly felt a connection. I kept my sunglasses on to hide my humility when asking if he could take on a new job. His professionalism and warm-heartedness were evident right from the start.As the day went on, I realized that sometimes we entertain angels unawares, as the holy bible says. Michael s work was nothing short of heavenly! He brought my car to an impeccable shine, exceeding all expectations. I was truly impressed with his attention to detail and dedication to perfection. Unbeatable service at unbeatable prices. Everyone there was super nice. Their work is what really stands out. I wish I would have taken before pictures of my wife's van. It was a mess beyond belief, along with smoke smell. After picking up the van today it looks, and more importantly smells, like it did the day we bought it! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

These guys are GOOD! John & company did such a good job on my ole Mercedes, that had been sitting under a tree, and you know what that means, Sap! We took our other car, Mazda RX5, looks brand new! Check them out, for a real detail job for your car.

Dropped my husbands car off Tuesday at about 10 am. They called that afternoon stating it wouldn t be done and asked if they could keep it until the next morning and it would be done at about 10 or 11 am. Sure no problem. Well Wednesday rolls around. No call No one answered the phone No one even gave us the decency to call and ask if they could again keep the car another day since it wasn t done. It s now Thursday morning 10 am and finally someone answers the phone and they tell him it will be done in about an hour and a half. At 3 pm, with still no call and again no one answering the phone, we just show up to get the car. It s done.. except the floor mats are sitting outside of the car still dirty and there s about a half dollar sized chip of paint out of the back bumper. He stated he didn t see it .. well it s a white car with a now black chip.. so not sure how you could ve missed that. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS. They damaged the car.. they said they will fix it however, that s a joke considering WE COULDN T EVEN TRUST YOU TO CLEAN THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE. The communication is clearly absent. Not sure how this place is still in business. I will make sure everyone I know stays FAR away from this disaster. Absolutely appalling. 0 stars if I could!

Awesome job Billy it was sooooo hot outside that I couldn t even bare to stand a talk for a minute and he got my suburban carpets white and smelling amazing this suv was a hot mess and he got it super clean inside and out will definitely continue business with five star also forgot to mention BILLY came to my house and did this amazing job all we had to do was leave the car unlocked and he got the job done right

My car detailing experience was an absolute disaster. Not only did they use dirty water to clean my cloth seats, but they also left pet hair all over the place. When I asked them to remove it, they actually told me it wouldn't go away. On top of that, nothing was cleaned under the seats, and the whole car reeks so badly that it's hard to breathe. I can't believe I paid for this kind of service. I'll definitely be going somewhere else to get my car properly cleaned. This was a total waste of time and money, and I'm extremely frustrated.

Went at 9 am told me it would be done by 3, called at 130 said it wouldn't be done by 3 so I came picked it up. They washed car, but didn't do good job. Came back to work and had to re-clean windows inside and out. Not sure how they have good reviews based on their performance. Won't use them again

Very unprofessional business. No attention to detail at all and my car wasn t done on time. It would have been just as clean had I taken it through a car wash. Also, don t use their shuttle service. I will NOT be returning and would advise everyone to not use this business.

We paid for a full auto detail...none of the windows were touched inside or out. There was still dirt residue on the front and back windows. The door mirrors were still dirty. The first time we left a comment we received a call immediately and was promised a return visit to fix the problem...that was over two weeks ago and still no visit...it feels like we're being ignored and we paid OVER $200! I cannot in good faith recommend this company.Service: Auto detailing

I am very happy with my car, I have never had it detailed before in the almost ten years I have owned it, and I swear it looks better than when I bought it! Especially the seat upholstery, looks brand new. I have two dogs but didn't see one leftover dog hair in the car! Highly recommend if you're looking for a great detail and a great price compared to competitors in the area.

This place is amazing! They did a fantastic job on my car. What I also really appreciated was that while they were very busy, they very kindly worked me in because I had an emergency (sick dog all in my car), and worked me in the same day. I've gotten so many compliments of my interior detailing! I've recommended it to everyone, and will definitely go back!

My car smells musty and wet. all the carpets smell like they used dirty water to clean because they all smell. now I m going to have to get it redone somewhere else so make it not smell like a dirty wet dog. Not impressed with this service.

Ammending My Review Today On 02-06-2022:The Owner of This Company Called Me Personally. He Is Going To Re-Detail My Shiny Black SUV, HIMSELF!!! Sooooo Impressed By An Owner Who CARES What His Customers Think About His Service! Now I Am Forever Loyal. God Bless This Owner / Manager!!! He Just Turned Me Into Repeat Business! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!!See My Review ABOVE!!!Ammended It Myself on 02-06-2022.I so badly want to give this place 5 stars! Nice, nice people. They had my vehicle for over 48 hours. Inside, my black Ford Flex looks dull, and like someone used a dirty rag to clean off my mirrors and shiny surfaces (inside my vehicle). Again, I believe these folks are good people...but...I SCHEDULED an appointment, and they just let too many other people in front of me!!! Due to my patience and understanding, my vehicle kept being pushed to the back of the line-up. My kids waited and waited and waited to retrieve my vehicle while these folks finished the detail.While a 20 percent discount was given for my inconvenience (two entire days plus a long wait for finalizing work on the car)...the fact I AM going over the work and polishing out smudges is concerning.I found missed detailed spots inside the driver's side door...which should have been resolved. While I may give this highly rated company one more chance, I did not feel like I got what I paid for, really.When you make a special appointment...when you are told the car will be returned the same day to you, as a customer, but two days later you realize all kinds of other cars were given more attention than your own.. there is so little incentive to return.We own seven vehicles. I wanted to take all of them there. My Special Model Shiny Black Ford Flex (which I baby) came back far less than stunning. I thought the leather interior should look like it had been conditioned.Honestly, these are good people who I want to support with my dollars. But they failed me on my one experience with them.I have a Lincoln Continental I want detailed next, but I feel really concerned about taking anything to them.For an award winning business, I guess I thought I'd get an award winning detail. I did not.My heart wants to give these folks a second chance, but my wallet says not to do so.Maybe my experience was a fluke. I just felt like I should not have to polish the inside of our vehicle right after a full inside and outside detail.Perhaps I will try these folks one more time...not sure...

Jordan did an incredible job cleaning my car. The car had not been cleaned in over a year, had dogs in it regularly, and spent several months on a farm. The car was so clean I almost could not recognize it when I picked it up. I highly recommend this company and plan to continue to use them in the future!Update March 2020:I continue to take my new car here and am continually impressed with the quality and service I receive at 5 Star Perfection Detail. I have a Jeep Wrangler now and it spends a lot of time adventuring outside and quickly becomes covered inside and out in dirt and dog hair. Every time I take my car here it comes back sparkling clean and looks brand new. I plan to continue using this company and highly recommend them to everyone I know!

They got my flooded car looking (and smelling!) brand new in a days time! What would normally have been 4 or 5 days worth of work, 5 Star put in the work to get my car back to me in about 24 hours so I could leave town for a wedding. 10/10 would recommend. They work around your schedule, and the whole team is super friendly and professional. 5 Star really makes the effort to go above and beyond, as they also cleaned up the seats and the full interior instead of just fixing the flooding issue. I m never going anywhere else for car detail!

These guys truly deliver great service! A perfect example of the saying "don't judge a book by its cover!"They did an excellent job on my Ford Escape. It's so nice I don't want to take it out of the garage. I took my truck to 5 Star Perfection Auto Detailing in Hixson for a thorough cleaning and while there it was slightly damaged. John, the owner readily acknowledged his responsibility for the repairs. It took a little time but he was good to his word and we worked it out, he paid to have the repairs done at the facility of my choice. The detail work at 5 Star suffered somewhat due to the unique circumstances and Billy, the manager on duty promised to make that right once the body damage repairs are completed.All in all, I would recommend 5 Star because they stood tall when there was a problem! Bad things can and do happen all the time and in any place, what makes it acceptable is when you can take a man at his word that he will fix it, Johnny did fix it, and I am grateful. Yes, I recommend 5star, you should give them a try.Service: Auto detailing

Quick beautiful job! Told we could return if the cigarette smoke smell returned. So far, so good. Our "new to us" used car is clean and fresh.
