Just to start, I m one of those people that hate pushy salesmen and I will walk away! Brandon Presley, Salesman at Toyota of Bristol is absolutely the type of sales person I like to deal with. He was not pushy on the sale of my 2018 F-150 that I m absolutely fascinated with. I got home today and received a thank you card that was handwritten by Brandon. I have never had this type of service. I also have 2 kids that are getting ready to get their license and I would certainly buy another vehicle from Toyota of Bristol as long as I m dealing with Brandon! Owners, Managers or whom it may concern this man needs a raise he was absolutely fantastic to work with! Thank you Brandon!Also, Todd Hicks, the Finance Manager was very pleasant to deal with and made this truck buying experience easy.

Ryan Green is the absolute BEST! He made the car buying experience easy and painless. He was nice, efficient and respectful. I really appreciate all the guys at the dealership but if you are going to buy a car, it needs to be from Ryan!

I recently bought a 24 Tacoma from them and I will say they made things right with me. They gave me more for my trade in than any other dealership offered. Evan and Brad were both very helpful and got me where I wanted to be payment wise. I m so happy with my purchase and I recommend these guys. When they said we will call you back with info or whatever I needed they did exactly that!

Courtney was absolutely amazing and genuine. She really took care of us!!!! Several other staff were also kind to us and initiated conversation. They really make you feel at home. Finally they had the best deal. I looked at 5-6 other dealerships in the Knoxville area and ALL were marking up cars over MSRP and didn t have the RAV4 in stock. Not Bristol got it at MSRP and drove off with my new SUV. It was worth the two hour drive there!! Highly recommend.

Thank you Raven for such a great experience helping my son with his purchase. He had saved for a long time and going from a 2005 to a 2019 was exciting. We were in the area vacationing in May 2023. Our new 2022 Sienna was having a battery issue. We called them on Saturday and they got us in on Monday to check out the battery problem and provide 10,000 mile service. They were great at getting us in quickly, providing us the necessary services and sending us on our way. It can take up to 2 weeks to get into our local dealer in Indiana for routine maintenance. The service department was efficient and friendly. We were so happy to resume our travels with confidence!

I recently purchased a new Tundra at Toyota of Bristol. I shopped around to multiple Toyota dealers in the area and Toyota of Bristol was the best by far to work with. A large part of this decision was due to Evan Rock in sales. He is great to work with, responds quickly to your questions, and makes the vehicle buying process very easy and stress free. Traded for RAV4.Phenomenal service by Craig (Sales), Blake (Sales manager), and JD (Finance).They have treated us like we deserved a great car especially my wife.We went to 15 dealerships and we were treated like toilet till I saw RAV4 that has features that I prefer while it s in my wife s trim preference. She prefer base which I don t. That RAV4 was perfect compromise.Thanks to Craig for making it happen. Craig is a young man with a personality who would make sure your needs is met.Questions for Warranty or Finances, JD Hess rocked our night and he was very respectful as well. He was very clear on what s going on and gave us best advice.Blake Bostnic (I might have his last name misspelled), his service has to be recognized as well for his time and making sure that this place will meet our needs.

Just purchased a Supra from Toyota of Bristol and it was an amazing experience. Being 750 miles away from the dealership made the purchase a little more complicated, but my salesperson, Evan Rock, couldn't have made it any easier. He kept me up to date along the way as we waited for the car to arrive. Over a 3 month period he always kept communication with me and dealt with my continuous texts looking for updates. When we arrived to take delivery, Evan had everything set up and ready for us. He made sure our time at the dealership was minimal since he knew we were eager to get on the road. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The entire experience with Evan and the dealership couldn't have gone easier. Not a single complaint on our end.

Would absolutely NOT recommend anyone getting their vehicle serviced by this place. I have called 3 to 4 times and have left multiple messages with service staff and voice-mails after having my car serviced. NOT one time has anyone returned my call. Terrible experience.. By reading these reviews im obviously not the only person who has been taken by this service department.

Great dealership. Very courteous staff and awesome waiting lounge. Very wide selection of vehicles to choose from both new and used. Absolutely love my new Tacoma TRD 4X4 Sport. Go see them today! I've been taking my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport back to Toyota Of Bristol For All The Maintenance And Service. Their 100,000 Mile Platinum Pre-Paid Maintenance And Service Package Has Been Perfect So Far. My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Zak did a fantastic job of helping us make our decision. He made sure to explain the advantages of their certified pre owned program as well as the warranties that came with it and how they work. He was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that we had. After making a decision and going inside to finish the transaction we got to work with Todd. Todd made sure that we were aware of all the ins and outs of the deal and made sure you understood exactly what you were signing.Never once did we feel like someone was hiding something. If you re looking for an enjoyable car buying experience be sure you stop and check out Toyota of Bristol and ask for Zak or Todd. They were great to work with and you won t regret it.

After having a bad experience with another local Toyota dealer Zak Arrants at Toyota Bristol gave me advice and made sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. Fast forward a year later, still in love with my car and Toyota of Bristol!! 10/10 recommend Toyota Bristol and Zak Arrants!!

I picked up my new Corolla Cross this week. From the first day I sat down to discuss buying a new vehicle to the day I picked it up was a breeze. Keith Pruitt worked with me to get the Corolla Cross I wanted, both style and color. As I had to wait for the car to be built, Keith kept me updated on the progress until it arrived. The wait was definitely worth it! I am very happy with not only the car, but the customer service as well. Would definitely be a repeat customer.

New Year, New Me, NEW CAR!It started out dipping a toe in the water, estimating the value of my then current car thinking to myself, meh, I doubt anything will come from this, but what the hay. Fast forward and I am now fully underwater in the pool that is Toyota and LOVING IT; reveling in the vehicle I named Celeste, my brand-spankin new, all-wheel drive, blue 2022 Corolla Cross!!! Literally the best purchase I have made this year (LOL) and will continue to be the best purchase for at least the next 5 years.I cannot express the appreciation I feel for the Bristol dealership. Jacob Kopp answered all my questions with zero hesitation and was great to work with. I mean, the man was able to pinpoint the exact vehicle I was envisioning, including the trim level, options, and the color! Even Todd, the finance guy, took time to answer all my questions so that I understood my paperwork and I happily signed my name on that dotted line. Honestly, the whole team in Bristol stood out compared to other dealerships. They put in time and effort and treated me like family instead of just another sale, which not only made the experience fun, but has now ruined all the other dealerships for me.12 out of 10, I will be buying from them again and recommend EVERYONE go there for all their vehicular needs! I might be biased at this point, but it's due to their exceptional customer service and the great vehicle you will be getting!!

I have been doing business with Toyota of BRISTOL for over a decade and have never had any issues until my last visit. I took my Tundra in to get the AC fixed. A week after I dropped it off, I went and picked it up. Bill was almost $2,500. On the drive home, the air started blowing out hot. I took it right back out there and dropped it off once again. Over the next 3 weeks, I rarely heard from my service advisor, Leeann Bowman. When I did hear from her, I was the one reaching out. I asked on multiple occasions to speak with the service manager, each time I was told they were not there. While my truck was there being worked on, they told me it started throwing some codes for other things that needed to be fixed. When I dropped my truck off, no check engine light was on. I was told each week that my truck would be ready by (insert day) as to which it was not. When they finally had it ready for pickup, I went and got it. It worked great on the way home, AC was cold. When I got home, I noticed there was a loud hissing coming from behind my grille. Popped the hood and found a leak, leaking out the remainder of my Freon. So once again, my air started running hot. They had my truck for a month, charged me close to $3,000 and my issue was STILL not fixed. I m very disappointed in the service as well as the lack of communication from Toyota of Bristol.Side note: I ended up taking my truck to Johnson City Toyota and in less than two hours, they had my problem fixed!

Purchased a gr86 several months ago from Toyota of Bristol. Among several dozens of Toyota sales I ve spoken to nationwide, Phillip Taylor was the best dealership car representative I ve ever seen. Thanks again Phillip!
