We got into town and immediately ran over a giant screw. We looked up this shop and ran over before our tire went flat. They got us in right away, Mark had us pull in, lined our tire up and pulled it out. Threw in a plug and it was done. The price was extremely reasonable and we made sure to tip Mark for his professionalism, quick service, and overall helpful self!!We were able to enjoy the rest of our trip with no issues and drive all the way back to North Carolina with no issues at all!

I would like to thank you guys for your help! From the receptionist who was super friendly, professional & helpful. I especially want to thank Daniel & Matt who both were very friendly, professional & went above & beyond to help me, while all along it was extremely hot & those poor guys were ringing wet with sweat, yet they still worked hard to get my tires off & on. In a very short time they had meback on the rd. THEY BOTH DEFINITELY DESERVE A RAISE!!

I woke up yesterday morning and desperately needed my tires changed. I called several places and they were all very rude and short with me. A friend recommended ST#3 I decided to reach out.I Facebook messaged ST#3 and got a rather quick response and within the next hour I had 4 tires and relief. They were all very nice and courteous, even with the customer traffic coming in.Super cheap, rather quick service for the amount of tires they needed to change and balance, on top of two customers AHEAD of me. Their disposal fee is VERY cheap compared to others. I think I found my new tire shop.

Go here!!!!! They have amazing prices on tires. They know what they are taking about and actually WANT to help you save money on tires. It s woman owned. They are super friendly. And they are open on Saturdays. If you need one tire or four, it doesn t matter. And they put it on. Included in the price of the tire.

Great place to buy a used tire with plenty of tread. Last year I got a complete set of matching tires mount, balance and installed for the price of one new tire. 27,000 miles later I came back for two more for the front 75 bucks plus tax and disposal fee.

rounded off my lug nuts also didn't replace my valve stem covers and still didn't fix the problem very disappointed in the business they didn't even offer to make it right

I got my tires changed in October , they lost one of my lug nuts and I didn t know that meant they never found it and didn t put one on until I went to get my brakes changed and my father noticed one was miss, they also took all but two of my original lug nuts that went to my car and put on ones that are meant for a truck and they also put one on that was stripped to the point it took us 10 mins to get it off, so I do not recommend getting your tires changed at the place and if you do beware and take pictures before you take your car to them or you will end up like me not knowing anything until 4 months later. I will never be going back to them ever again.

This place has been a great place to get tires for as long as I have lived. They are as good as they always have been, if not better today. I highly recommended them. They will help you out anyway possible and give you the best deal possible.

A friend recommended this place after I returned to discount tire & found out my tires had doubled in price in 3 years after they only lasted 38K of the 50K miles they were guaranteed to last. The staff at Spare Tire #3 was extremely friendly & accommodating. They showed me the used tire options they had & priced a set of new tires that were $100 less than discount tire with a 60K mile guarantee instead of 50K. I ordered the tires on a Friday at 5pm & they called Tuesday morning to tell me the tires were in. I had the tires mounted & the car was ready in the time they promised. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I happened to have the opportunity of someone slitting my wife and I's tires. Fortunately, it was just one on each vehicle. I began a search and found Spare Tire #3 as they had great reviews and were close by. Upon going to the shop I discovered they couldn't get the same tires for my Range Rover because they were exclusive to franchise tire shop. But further research found they were obsolete and changed the tire to a different version and of course it wouldn't have matched. They were apologietic even though not their problem. I got a used tire for my wife and it was great tread and they only charged $40. As far as the Rover, I found a matching tire on ebay and went back to the shop. They had a little trouble with my vehicle like the metal valve breaking off but I know that is common. They got it fixed and the TPMS sensor replaced. The vehcile has 20 inch wheels and I had the stock rims professionally done black. Before leaving I noticed my rims were damaged near the lug holes and scratches around the outside of the rim. I mentioned it to the guy but he didn't say a whole lot. I was hoping he would offer to repair. The next day I called my wheel guy. He said he would have to sand it back down and then re-shoot it with the layers of paint and clear. This was going to be $80 so I called Spare Tire #3 and talked to the manager. She was very nice and understanding of the situation immediately and said she would have me talk to the co-owner. I didn't want to throw anyone under the bus but I couldn't eat the repair and the fact I had several expenses tied up in a single slit tire. This facility treated me right and very fair on price with everything. Then they went a step above and gave me $80 cash after looking at the rim. The co-owner, Jennifer, was great to talk to and so kind. She apologized several times and hoped I would come back. She told me she informed them to be extra careful because my wheels were so beautiful, haha. But even using the protective tools the damage seemed to occur and she wasnt sure why. I WILL return to this business. Everyone makes mistakes. Even professionals. Just seek the answers you want if anything goes wrong and sometimes it will pay off as it did with these amazing folks. Things like they did go further than me not running into any issues. Shows the way they run business and base it on fairness and honesty which creates loyalty. They did the proper thing when many others wouldn't have. Furthermore, they even have signs up everywhere saying not responsible for damages. They gained loyalty from me and I will spread the word of my experience there. Thanks again ST3 Team! 5-Stars

My husband dealed with the owner. I could only afford a used tire. I busted my tire . He and my husband got along fine and worked out a deal. But to much air was put in the spare we bought and rode like a log wagon. My husband adjusted air in the tire and rides like a CadillacMy suggestion when putting on spare tire check air pressure on all tires so they will be even. Nice person when we can afford may get a whole set of new tires.He made us a good price

They have always been very nice with good prices. I had a problem one time and they resolved it without hesitation. I recommend everyone use them for any used tires and if you have any issue whatsoever give them a chance to fix it because they will... highly highly highly recommend!!!!!! Great customer service and great people!!!!!!

Went in today 12/12 , and had my sick little grandson.The guy was great and very helpful with getting me a used tire and reasonable price. This was the shop that was on volunteer Pkwy and W. State. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a tire. just wish they both opened earlier, like 8 am over 9... He got the job done fast! Thank you.

These people have always been nice and sell new tires as well as used. I find prices on new tires great without all the extra tacked on charges that others hit you with! Just got some tires for new car. Excellent price!

I had a nail in my tire and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No one tried to sell me new tires. They guarantee their work for the life of your tires. Everyone was very friendly. Will be going back for any future tire problems.

I have exclusively purchased my tires (used and new) from spare tire #3. I'm all about saving money but no one can beat the prices and service from spare tire #3. They always make sure all of my tire needs are met and they have wonderful warranties. Will always go back. Will always recommend. And I just wanna say, disposal of tires, valve stem and everything is included in their pricing! AND if you're looking for new tires, they just started financing! The best part? If you pay them off within 90 days, it's interest-free. I know I sound like a spokesperson, but I'm just a very happy and loyal customer.

Couldn't be more pleased with this place. Got a flat tire from a piece of metal and it also had a nail in it. Took it in and they had the tire fixed and back on the vehicle in about 20 minutes. The employee who did the work was very kind and helpful.
