Purchased a Camaro from there today and I would honestly say it was the best experience yet. The owner worked with us on getting the best deal for our vehicle and it s exactly what my boyfriend dreamed of. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be going back for future sales.

I am beyond glad I went through patriotic motors! First of all, I honestly didn t even think I d get approved with my credit score, income, and job length but to my surprise and their hard work they were able to get me approved while other car places weren t able to! Second of all, they were so respectful, honest, and very nice people they even knocked $500 off the car value for us without us even asking! Not to mention, they got us into a very nice car, low miles, and fair value. On top of all that, they have also paid for a couple of different repairs we needed done to it!! No other car place would do that for you I would HIGHLY recommend this car dealership! They honestly deserve everyone s business. They have earned my full trust, so I will never go to another car dealership again!

Andy was great! We looked at a few different SUVs, he was honest about the different ones we looked at. He gave us a great deal and referred to us an a great finance guy! I got a great payment and the process wasn't too stressful! Thank you so much for making everything so smooth! This is why we should support veteran owned, local small businesses!

I bought a 2012 Ford Edge Less than a year ago for a little under 12k. The first week I owned it I had to get tie rods replaced and Sun roof broke. That should have been my first clue they sold me a POS. Since buying it I have spent 5k in repairs and those are just the things I ve had to fix for safety. If I repaired everything wrong I could have bought a new car by now.Now my internal water pump and motor are shot. This repair will be THOUSANDS and may end with me just scrapping the thing since it will likely cost more than it s worth to fix. I have called the shop numerous times since the 1st week and they never call back. I am a single mom with 3 kids and went here because I fell for their we are honest vets and will take good care of you and put you in something safe spill. They WERE super nice but that kindness stopped the moment I signed. Since then I have not gotten one call back and when I have gone up there they are not there. Don t waste your time on these scammers!

Absolutely the worst place me and my husband has purchased a vehicle at. Quick and friendly to sell you the car but within days they break down and no answer from the people at the dealership and if you go to dealership when someone is present they are very rude and dont seem willingly to help you what so ever. Would not recommend to anyone at all!

Purchase of the vehicle was fine, not great but okay! The problem lies with the heater not working and not able to reach anyone in regards to tags, & registration. They promised to fix the heater problem. There was no response when we turned the knob. After several weeks of calling to try to get them and the garage to fix the heater. No one answers the phone at the garage. The guy at the car lot promises day after day he will have the garage call and the car will get fixed. After several weeks of this, we get tired if it and go to a garage we have used several times for the repair. In the meantime it has been two months and still no tags no registration or title. We owe $0 on this car and can't get tags. How absolutely absurd! I have went to the car lot four times and called numerous times. .No one picks up the phone. Called Andy's cell phone he says he is running errands and will return my call as soon as he returns to the car lot. That was three days ago. Still no phone call no tags, no title, and no registration. Starting to look like a law suit will have to take place to get what we rightfully own. I have dealt with a lot of car lots (we sell and buy every year or two) and this is my worst experience ever! No I can not recommend this location to purchase a vehicle!

Rob and Andrew made my buying experience at Patriot a real pleasure. Friendly and honesty personified. I felt I really got a great car..and at a great price. And a warranty program that was affordable and Bumper to Bumper at that.i highly recommend Patriot of Bristol for your "new" used car!!

Amazing car buying experience so easy a quick. We all dread buying cars it takes so long and seems so shady at time but the owner was great the car was actually $3000 less for the same model less miles than I found in Sevierville where I live. I drove to Bristol and was not disappointed. I highly recommend buying a car at Patriot.

This company was quick to get me in a vehicle that was tore up within the day. But there was nothing they would do to help me. They were of course as kind as can be while they were selling the car. Absolutely the worst customer service. When I called the owner was absolutely disgustingly rude that of course after he already got the sell he wanted. They just want to sell a car. Will never trust them again or send anyone to them to buy a car. I pray if you re buying a vehicle that you choose somewhere else, because they don t care if the vehicles run or not.

Bought a car that need a catalytic converter. He said he would fix what was wrong with it when I bought, however when I asked him to fix it, HE WOULD NOT!! Started treating me like the scum of the earth! He also sold my mom a car without seat beats and several things wrong with hers and wouldn't fix it. They sell Junk Cars! My advice would be to shop elsewhere and do your researching about this place because Andy will not treat the customer right.. yeah he is all nice until you sign the papers then he treats you very wrongly!! SOP ELSEWHERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! * BUYER BEWARE*!!!!!

Motor went out on my old car. Rob and Andy helped me get into a new vehicle the same day with great payments! They are very nice people who are great at what they do! I m beyond pleased with their service. Definitely will be doing business in the future as well as recommendations.

They got me approved on a nice Chevy Spark with low miles. I've been in it now for over 3 months and love it. When I get my credit better, I'm going to trade it in for something bigger

If you're going to purchase a ride this is the best place to go! By far, Andy has been the most honest and professional salesman I have ever worked with. He addressed all my needs and answered all my questions without being overbearing that you get with a lot of other dealers. He found exactly what I wanted and really listened to what I had to say. I love my new car and intend on going back for all my future vehicles!

This is by far one of the best experiences I have had shopping for a car. For months I had searched lots and researched online, and couldn't find what I was looking for. I decided to visit Patriot Motors after I was referred by several friends who had also purchased their cars from there. The first thing I noticed was the amazing selection they had, and it was followed by amazing customer service. They were not pushy or in a rush to get me sold. They answered all my questions and were really focused on getting me the right car with a sweet price! I'm more than satisfied! Thanks for all the help guys!! I will definitely refer anyone who asks me about getting a car to Patriot Motors! 5 stars all the way around!

Andy was a pleasure to work with. We bought a 2013 Nissan Juke for a surprise gift for our 16yr old daughter, and she absolutely loved it. Everything went smooth as it could. I would highly recommend doing business at Patriot Motors.

Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from them.and I'm pleased with the service.windshield was cracked and they replaced it.will work with you and help anyway they can.down to earth honest people I would recommend you check them out

Great car buying experience, I highly recommend. Andy was very helpful and honest about any questions we asked. We live about 2 hours away in another state and he was willing to take care of all the things that involved. Great car and great experience.

Andy and his staff are the most honest and not pushy car dealers I ever met. I am sending all my friends and family to him. Unlike other dealers if he says there is a problem after sale and says he will fix it you bet will. Help local as well as a vet. They are awesome

These guys go above and beyond to get the deal done. Very nice people and only took a really short time to get the deal(s) done. Within an hour, maybe less they not only got me approved but also my mother. They stand behind their word and their cars. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new to you ride. Especially if you have less than perfect credit. They can get the deal done when no one else can.

I ve known many members of the team for decades. They are true professionals, honest, and care about their work and the people they interact with. You would be hard pressed to find better talent and hard work to go with it at any other dealership. You ll find a welcoming atmosphere and an impressive aura of professionalism at this dealership if you visit. They are among the best in this business.

This company went further to do everything in their power to get me the vehicle that I absolutely fell in love with, than any other car lot I have ever been to or encountered. I also really love that they are a Veteran owned car dealership. If you are thinking about going car shopping, definitely recommend going to see the guys at Patriot Motors.

This company promised a warranty numerous times in my presence than when it was needed within two weeks of getting it they don't honor it. The motor is shot and they will not fix it . This is very poor business. This isn't the first time I know of a bad car leaving there and then having problems getting it fixed
