We live in Johnson City and saw a used vehicle at their Nissan dealership in Boone. I called about it and set up an appointment. Then I saw online that you can purchase a vehicle and have it delivered. I contacted the salesperson I had spoken to and he said we couldn t do that and had to come to Boone for the paperwork. We got there and they had discovered an issue with the vehicle. We had driven 1.5 hours to get there. Took time off from work to get there before they closed at 7. As we was leaving the sales manager said they could contact us when they get it repaired. I told him we wouldn t be interested in driving back to Boone and we would have to look at it at the Friendship dealership in JC. He said that wasn t a problem and we could actually purchase the vehicle and they would deliver it. Why was I told we couldn t do that the day before and we had to drive to Boone. It was a 3 hour wasted trip that cost us gas & time off from work! I still have the texts from the salesman saying unfortunately we had to come there for the paperwork. That is BAD business!

Rich K over at Friendship Jeep in TN was AWESOME!!! I have worked with the same dealership here in Charlotte for over 14 years. With that much loyalty and over 5 vehicles purchased, you would think they would have bent over backwards to help me find a vehicle for my 16 year old son. By a stroke of luck, I found Rich K and from day one, he answered all my questions, EVEN after hours. It was like I had a 14 year relationship with Friendship Jeep even though they didn't even know me. Unbelievable service and attention to detail. Impeccable customer care and friendly staff. I can not recommend MORE STARS for Rich K and Friendship. Looks like I have found a new dealership even though I live 3 hours away.Thanks Rich!!!

They were friendly but didn t have anything I was looking for if you are looking for a car they have tons but not much selection on any thing else as far as trucks, mini vans and suvs. And when I told them I was looking for an older model the salesman lost interest fast

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Sean made the everything easy and enjoyable. I would have paid extra to have this easy of an experience, but they also gave me a fantastic dealer. I cannot recommend more highly

Had the absolute best car buying experience with Johnny Necessary and Friendship Ford. My husband and I dread car buying due to the BS that the salesmen at dealerships put you through. Not at Friendship... it was a pleasure from beginning to end and we are thrilled with our new car. Will definitely go back when shopping for our next vehicle.

Bought 2 cars from friendship Hyundai. I have loved the vehicles and for the most part, my overall experience with the dealership. However, the last time I purchased from them I wasn't so pleased with the way they completely disregarded the fact that I had pre-approval from my bank for an auto loan. He said he thought he could get a better rate for me but I specifically told the salesman that I didn't want any hard inquiries to my credit because we are refinancing our home in a few months. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice the 7 inquiries on my report that cost me 21 points and my bank had the best rate anyway! Won't purchase from them again.

We had an excellent buying experience with Friendship CJDR. Particularly with Ron Solomon. We were looking for a Mustang and he got us a GREAT deal. All the associates were very friendly and courteous. We feel they went above and beyond any dealer we have dealt with. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

We had a absolutely wonderful experience with Friendship and Robert Davis, our salesperson. We saw a 2018 Hyundai Kona SEL in a color and at a price we liked. Robert got back to us on evenings and weekends to answer questions. We were in and out of the showroom in about an hour and a half. Very happy with the car!

Decided they had the best price on a used vehicle I wanted. Sean was informative and helped finalize my decision to purchase. Typical experience after we agreed on price that gives dealerships poor reputations. Watch the extra charges and finance interest!

Just bought a Dodge Ram 3500. Dale at Friendship was great to work with. He helped with the ordering process, and kept me up to date on build and delivery schedules. He made the purchase a pleasure along with the Friendship team. My wife and I really like the truck and happy we went with the Dodge Ram 3500.

I have been looking for a blue C6 for about 7 years, but I never found one that had all of the features that I was looking for until a couple of weeks ago at Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City, TN. My situation is a little different in that I do not see to drive. The sales lady, Alycia Faulk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She took me for a test drive and on the following Monday, she came and picked me and my Trail Blazer and drove me back to the dealership where we completed all of the paperwork. Upon completion, she drove me back home in my new Corvette and was picked up by another sales person. Everyone at the dealership was very kind, courteous and helpful even though my buying situation was a bit unusual.Thank YouCharles

I've purchased 8 new cars since 1986, and all the transactions, which were with other dealers, were satisfactory, but my experience with Friendship Johnson City and James Mckeehan were THE BEST AUTO TRANSACTION I've ever had. James got me the car I was looking for (Genesis G90), and he communicated exceptionally well throughout the 5 weeks or so that my decision process required. He was professional, knowledgable, and helpful throughout.

No haggle on there prices which they inflate when it comes time to see numbers. Add 2000 to there sticker prices. Also list online and in person which used vehicles have lifetime warranty to bait you and change it when you are ready to deal. Also walked away from this place. Better dealer that don t do shady things in the area. Would recommend modern dealer over friendship

Ciera Chase of Friendship Ford of Lenoir was the best car sales person I have ever had the joy of working with. She made my car buying experience wonderful, answered all my questions about the car and responded back to my phone calls very prompt. I would send my friends to Friendship Ford of Lenoir to buy a car.

I live in PA and spent months searching for the perfect car. I eventually found what I was looking for 500 miles away at Friendship cars. I reached out by phone, did 99% of the preparation remotely thanks to their talented team, and basically walked in and out with my new 2020 Dodge Challenger RT in Hell Raisin Purple. Thanks so much to our salesman Eric and finance representative Kelsey for making this process happen flawlessly.

We decided to drive the three hours to Boone to get our car from Friendship. They were all easy and accessible and made buying a car MUCH more palatable than usual! Thanks guys :) You'll be seeing us in the future.

3 strikes! 1st there was 18 months ago when they tried to bully me into buying a Juke. It was hilarious the way 3 guys were all crammed into the sales office with me. Telling me how hard they worked to get me this "deal". Financing for 72 months instead of 60 isn't a deal. And how I needed to buy that car off of them. (Still have mine a 18 months later). Then strike 2 was about a month ago when I gave them another shot on a Fiat 500X AWD. Emailed them 3 times and never got a response. So I let them keep it. Now I got curious on a 2017 Veloster and the website made me enter a phone number to see the price. I entered my name and home phone number but for some reason they keep calling my cell phone and calling me by my moms name. The only way this makes sense is if they did some shady stuff to get my cell number because I do split a bill with my mother to save us money. And that is the ONLY way they would have her name. So if you want to keep these shady creepy bullies in business good luck.
