They were friendly, quick, and gave great service!It was hard for me to find because I accidentally went to the Friendship Ford dealership first, but once I got there, I was glad I made it! I would recommend. They are a little pricey, but no different than other car shops I've been to elsewhere.

Was visiting from out of town and had an issue where my tire pressure was low...not being sure what was up, I called and they said sure, come-on over we'll take a look. They filled my tires and had me in and out in just a few minutes...wonderful people

Did a great job in checking my car over for a big road trip I am taking. Diagnosed what all I should consider having done. Printed up tire options and work I should have done, and are a full service shop.Friendly and helpful.

I arrived at 8, my appointment time. The lights were not even on. New people every time . Took 1:40 minutes for oil change. I was the first customer. At check out a new customer walks in and starts asking questions, the person checking me out stops my process to set him up an account!Finally get out at 9:35. Too long.

Stopped in to get two camper tires mounted and balanced. Told me they can t do 15 tires, only 16 and up. I have always done my tire business here, but not anymore!

Took my now ex hubby's truck in for Alignment and to put on OUR 4 tires on (we bought our tires elsewhere). Took 4 hours! Was quoted $69.95 for Alignment, but we didn't realize that they charge $25 dollars to mount and balance. Most places only charge $12 to $14 per tire. We spent $185.00. I personally wouldn't go back due to price. Hubby said it did drive better though. He's happy. I'm iffy about bringing in my car for tires. Alignment I might consider.

The absolute worst job as a technician I've ever had. They mislead you on your pay. Guarantee you 25 hours 16 flat rate, never had more than a 400 dollar check in my 13 weeks that's $10/hour even if I worked overtime. And try to have u clean windows as a flat rate tech. They need to just tell you up front your gonna get 10/hour and let u get overtime. Bunch of dummies

We are from Michigan and needed help fast.... brakes and rotors and a caliper later, we can get down the mountain and home safely!! I do feel I was mildly taken advantage of being that I couldn't really say no to the repairs but it is what it is. Friendly staff and clean facility!! Thanks a bunch for the help guys!!

Very friendly staff. Mechanic even walked me around the car and showed me what all he was checking and how he checks it. Found 2 issued I did t know of and what I went their for was in good order. Believe they have my trust in the future.

These guys were very friendly and their service helped me and my friend get all the way to Nashville. We were nearly stranded out there. Real life savers these ones are.

A new tire had a problem after getting it home and on the vehicle. I needed timely assistance. Jake and Derrick took care of it quickly and with the usual friendliness. Service in the past with Quick Lane has been good. Quick Lane is part of Mitch Walters Friendship group. I have also had good experience in new vehicle purchase with Friendship.Service: Tires

Called earlier in day to see about getting tires changed and to see if they had Nitrogen fill as that's my preference. Was told yes they did and it was $20 a tire to change out. Waited almost 2 hours for tires to be changed and they only had one other truck in the bay. They charged a flat $99.96 ($115 with tax) didn't use nitrogen and all of my caps are missing off my tires. Tried to charge me for additional services that they said needed to be done when my other quick lane location had just done them. I will forever drive back to my normal quick lane.

I have been coming to this location since I've owned my 2013 Elantra (purchased from the dealership right down the road). When I started out, this location was recommended as a "sister" shop to the dealership that operated later hours (hard to find similar places during the week that open past 5). Staff was always friendly and forthcoming about recommending various parts to be replaced that were less necessary vs those that were more dire. Fast forward to this year and I've had back to back incidents. First after giving a glowing review to my gf to bring her car in for the Works package, we have various issues where things like fluid checks/refills and windshield wipers checked were not performed despite being told they were. Mind you, I went in knowing the wipers were separating from the rubber! In the past, this would be found and offered as an optional charge to replace. My gf also knew her fluids were low and when asking the tech, they stated that it would be an upcharge. This would be fine had they mentioned it in the first place and not after it was brought up post service. I was willing to overlook this as a one off until today when my scheduled appointment was never wrote down after calling 3 days prior. I understand that they are under new management and I'm disappointed to say it's for the worse.

Good quality oil service with inspection, they ended up finding a loose bolt on my wheel bearing and took me back to show me what they had found. Going to go back to them to have it tightened up, they offered to do it the same day but I couldn't do it as it does require some disassembly.

These guys didn't miss an opportunity to impress. From shuttling me to work while my car's being worked on to replacing the battery in my key fob when they noticed the distance was diminished. I am astounded by my experience & will not go anywhere else.

My daughter and I were traveling to Virginia from Alabama for a family funeral when I developed a flat tire. Normally this wouldn't be a big issue but in my case it is. My car was towed to Quick Lane one hour before closing on a Saturday night. They didn't have a tire to fit but they made a call, found a tire, went and picked it up, put it on and had me back on the road in one and a half hours. They really went the extra mile! By the way, there was a 7 inch screw driver that had puntchered my tire.

Management was horrible. I had the manager Steven degrade me, call me a liar me and the guys in the back work very hard but don't get paid it's the guys up front that make all the money like Steve and Jake Cowen. They are able to pay for brand new trucks while the guy the do all the actual mechanic work do all the work, they would never be able to afford such. .. they do make but 25hrs in a 40hr clock in period.

Guys there are very professional and friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. Told me how to get coupons for discount on my next visit. I will definitely return for my next oil change!!

Frankly disappointed! Have used these guys for tires for years. 4 sets of $1000 plus Michelin, 2 sets of brakes in the last 24 months. This last set of brakes had to be replaced after 3 weeks because of squeaking. Replacements squeaked and pulsed on stop. Told me they couldn t locate the squeak, basically calling me a liar. I offered to take a ride and replicate the squeak, said there was non need for that. Said they didn t know why the rotors they turned 6 weeks ago now need replacing. Will be the last time I do business here.

Worst experience to try and get a set of tires for a car. Waited a week for them to say they are on order with excuses. Different shop down the road had them in an hour when I called.

Everything I go they take longer. Been there several times and the oil change package. This time was higher. The package did not go up on price. They decided to and extra cost of oil. Very unhappy with this experience and thinking about taking my business elsewhere!

The people here are very nice, polite, and very helpful. I could tell that they appreciate their customers. This is my place to change my oil from now on. They were fabulous.

I have been trying to get my car fixed (07 ford focus). After trying to get a diagnostic done one Mechanic told me it was my secondary air intake pump. One told me it was the smog pump. I went this morning and they found the problem! They are going above and beyond to make sure the correct part is ordered! I am so thankful for their help!

Before you do business with this company ask them for the total cost for the job. They charge you something called miscellaneous charges. There was an additional 15.00 dollars charged to my credit card. When I asked the sales person He said for the paperwork to write the order up.

I was travelling thru Bristol, TN on a Saturday and had a wheel bearing go bad. Got to the Quicklane on Volunteer Drive. They quickly found the problem and ordered parts. Great service and helpful, friendly personnel. Was lucky to find them!

Had radiator replaced, installed wrong, parts left off, antifreeze not put back, should on fan damaged, temperature gauge broken, lied to by Kevin Sierra, offered free oil change??? Lol With this service probably get transmission fluid put in motor!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!Update, after a little research, found out they are owned by Friendship Ford, contacted Anthony Townsend, service manager at Bristol location, he was very professional, very accomadating, and advised me to send him the bill for my mechanic to make repairs!! Folks, that's how you do business!!Thank you Mr. Townsend!!!!!
