I recently purchased a vehicle from Bristol Honda and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Overall exceeded expectations! Bobbie was awesome to work with! I gave her the info she needed and she knocked it out. Karl was awesome as well he was very knowledgeable about the Ram 1500 I purchased. Also thank you, to the lady in the finance department (sorry forgot your name). You guys definitely made the 2 hr trip worth it! Thanks again

Absolutely the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I dealt with Kara, Seth and Amber. They were all very thorough and answered every question I had. Most importantly, they treated me with respect and kindness. Bristol Honda is definitely the BEST!!!

Kara and John were amazing. Very attentive, respectful, and great salesmen. Very clean place and environment. John made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and was very knowledgeable in the car world. They did everything they could to get me in my dream car. we will definitely be back and will be recommending others to come to them.

My husband and I just bought a 2021 Jeep Compass from Bristol Honda, and we are well pleased! Carlos, Bobbie, and Ashley all three were amazing and very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! We got there around a busy period and they also said they were short staffed which made the process take longer than normally expected, but we were very understanding & patient. To add they were also apologetic and accommodating while we waited! We definitely recommend seeing them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

Loved our experience with Bristol Honda, specially with Heather! We were able to purchase EXACTLY what we wanted quicker than we anticipated! Heather was so helpful that it made choosing to drive from West Jefferson NC worth it for the customer service and selection of vehicles. We are in love with our purchase and look forward to doing business with Bristol Honda again in the future.

Great experience! Definitely would HIGHLY recommend working with Timothy (Tim) McDavid! He was very nice and patient with us! We went shopping with a 5 year old and 3 month old twins and he was great working with us around what the kids needed and even interacted with them (which is a biggie for this mama! You ignore my kids, you ain't gonna get my business!) We spent most the day going to different dealerships... went to Bristol Honda first, and then ended up back there and closing on our new van and we are in love with it! Thank you so much for all your help Tim!

Tim and Bobbie were great. Made the process of buying easy. Bobbie got me right in at the time of my choosing and Tim was so patient with me going back and forth of which car I wanted. He stood and helped me to make the right choice for hours. Tim was not pushy like most salesmen and genuinely paid attention to what I was interested in with a car and helped me to decide which I truly wanted. 10/10 recommend.

We had an emergency situation while 400 miles from home on a road trip with our 4 kids and this fabulous place and Heather took excellent care of us. They helped us evaluate our situation with our old van, and happened to have the perfect van in stock that we needed so we ended up buying a new ride on our Thanksgiving vacation !! This was the easiest buying experience we ve ever had, and the most pleasant. The whole dealer has a good vibe, friendly and comfortable. They helped us get back on the road very quickly and we were able to enjoy our time with family over the holiday. I highly recommend this dealer, and Heather Richards. She was honest and authentic and easy to work with!

We had the best experience! We had been told no all day long at other places or not even acknowledged. We went into Bristol Honda on Saturday and by Monday we had a car we never thought in our wildest dreams we could afford, with a dream price and with a payment that was in our price range!Amber helped us, I can t say enough good things about her. She greeted us with a smile, we told her what we were looking for and she got to work!! When I tell you she fought for us to get into a vehicle, she truly did. She wouldn t take no for an answer. You can tell she truly wants the best for her customers and isn t there for just a paycheck. She s passionate, hardworking, determined, and does it all with a smile on her face.She s truly an amazing person, if you need a car please go see her! Thank you again Amber and Bristol Honda!!

thankfully I waited to give my review. I was not a fan of the dealership from get go, and now, I am really not a fan. Upon finding a car and deciding to buy, we were actually asked if we could come back the next day to complete the financing information as there were "several people in front of us", while trying to make it sound like they were trying to do us a favor, it was a Friday night near closing time, and the staff just wanted to leave. Upon finally telling the salesman Cody I was not happy with that given that I live over an hour from the dealership. Paperwork was done on the car, upon purchasing a "certified Honda" I was only given one key, this was NOT disclosed until after the deal was done. Was overcharged for something I suppose? I was sent a check in the mail, I called and left a voicemail for Cody, as the lady who answered was unable to provide any information on the check I received, I did not want to cash until I was told why I was sent a check for over $600.00. To this date I have still not received a call back from the salesman, I guess once you are out, and done they are done. Now EVERY warning light is on the car, every safety system is disabled. Seems we were sold a piece of junk, I do not recommend this dealership at all. Depending on what is wrong with the car and what will be done, I may edit this review later, but at this time, I would rate 0 stars if possible.

Heather Richards was so kind and helpful through the whole process of buying my truck! She has an awesome personality and I d buy from her again.She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase and they even delivered my truck to my home. I highly recommend her if you go to Honda in Bristol!

I had been searching and wanting a Kia Sorento for a while now. I just want to thank Bobbie for not giving up and helping get what we wanted and also a big thanks to Brad as well!! EDIT: the vehicle I purchased from Bristol Honda had become unsafe to drive within just a few short months of regular-to-light driving. One caliper failure and the suspension needing replaced to due salt damage.When the salesman showed me the truck we did address some rust issues. But it was way more than he admitted to. WD-40 couldn t fix this one.I highly recommend that if you re buying a used car from this dealership to cut the AC off and tell the salesman to be quiet while you listen for noise.I did reach out to an employee there and I voiced my concern and displeasure.The response from Bristol Honda: Hello. Thanks for getting back to me. Please keep us in mind for any of your future service needs. Have a great day! I wouldn t trust this dealership for transparency. The response from the employee didn t offer anything positive either. Didn t even entertain my complaint.I do not recommend this dealership for a used car purchase. - ORIGINAL BELOWMy experience with Bristol Honda has been one of the best I ve ever had. Miss Bobby and Mr Karl went above meeting my expectations.I picked out a couple of vehicles online that I was interested. Bobbie followed up shortly after and then I applied for financing to expedite the process. Once on site, Karl helped me make a decision on some vehicles I was interested in. Great guy. Very knowledgeable.It s good to have people like Karl and Bobbie in the industry that knows how to provide phenomenal service. They both made my car buying experience what it was. And the lady in finance got me in and out in minutes. Super simple.Thank you Bristol Honda Team. See you all next time!

We wanted to purchase a 2024 Honda CRV. Bobbie and Heather did a great job! They quickly identified what we needed and did not try to sell us anything but. Something I really appreciate is that they were straight forward, unlike salespeople at other dealers I visited. Honda is my choice of vehicle due to its reliability and cost. In fact, 5 of my last 6 vehicles were new Hondas and I will definitely keep Heather and Bobbie at Bristol Honda in mind for my future purchases.

When I bought my car at Bristol Honda Johnny and Kara were great! I had an excellent experience and got a new Honda CRV EX at what I think was a great price! I made some life time friends ! I felt like Bristol Honda wanted my business and they made me feel welcome! I can t say enough about Johnny and Kara s ability as sales people! The whole experience down to the paper work was fun and everyone was knowledgable about everything we did and asked about. The people at Bristol Honda will keep me coming back for Honda s in the future! This was our fourth Honda! Thanks for the great service!

Bobbie and Heather were great. It was the first time I have been to a car dealership and felt like the sales person was focused on our needs, not just making a sale. Heather spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the features of the car. By not trying to sell us on the car, it convinced us to buy the car. Best car buying experience ever!
