I went into the dealership this past Saturday I m late doing my review !! Everyone was so nice from just opening the door . I had a scheduled appt with the gentleman name Art to help me get my in control app set up in my new car. Took him absolutely no time to do so! I was a satisfy customer and felt welcome. He was so helpful, nice, great personality, and even took my car through the car wash !!! Thank you so much Art for your assistance and welcoming me to the Jaguar family !!! BTW I love my tumbler as well don t leave without it being in the Jag!

At 64 years of age, I ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, however I have never had a more pleasant and professional experience than what I recently received at Jaguar Land Rover Nashville.Sales Consultant Nick Sardo is absolutely the BEST at what he does! He listened to my needs, and went above and beyond in finding the perfect vehicle for me. Rounding out the JLR Team - Service Manager Erik Lundquist immediately resolved a minor issue I was having, and Encore Specialist Carli Chambley patiently walked me through all the features of my new vehicle and answered all of my questions.I can honestly say that it was a complete privilege and honor to have done business with such a talented Team!! This Dealership should be the first place to go if you re ever looking for a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Today, Mrs. Vicki, who works at Jaguar service, went over and beyond to assist my car service needs. I called the day before due to an emergency, and she told me to come straight in. She and the team are very professional and informative. I highly would recommend 100% to anyone who needs their auto repaired at a reasonable rate. As always, I have found their work on my car timely, well done, and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks, Mrs. Vicki and Jaguar team! Tosha.

Took car in for an oil change, when you walk in, you are greeted immediately. Jay Jackson is awesome to work with, he is very professional and keeps you informed when car will be ready

We went to a few dealerships that day before ending up at Land Rover. We had been to two higher end dealerships that day and was not impressed at all about how we were treated. JLR met us at the door we didn t have to stand around asking for help. They made us feel welcome and willing to show us vehicles even in the snow. Definitely recommend them

Today was my first visit at Jaguar Nashville. I went to have my regular maintenance done on my vehicle. Vicki, my Service Advisor, kept me informed on the status and was just outstanding. The lounge area was comfortable, with a TV, WiFi connection, nice sitting area, work area, Coffee, etc. My vehicle was complete and it was done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price, considering what I usually think when I go to a dealership for maintenance or repairs. The car wasn't washed, but that's a GOOD THING! Like they (Vicki) said, "It was already clean". And if your picky about your paint job like me, you don't want any unnecessary rubbing or touching on your paint than necessary to avoid swirls and scratches. So, THANK YOU Jaguar Nashville for NOT washing my car. But, Thank you for the great Service you provided me today. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!See you on my next scheduled!

Edit: Eventually, we changed the car & though it had problems, they were typically resolved much more quickly. There were still communication problems often (the seat made a strange noise when I had steering wheel all the way to right & they tested with seat out of car...), but overall it was much better.Original: After having may car in the shop for 3 months of the 11 I've now owned it. Very disappointing. Trips into service center take far longer than quoted. Sits for days without anything being done despite setting up an appointment a month prior. Why have an appointment at all? Even takes an hour to drop it off and pick it up each time. They told me they test drove my car during the last trip in and that there wasn't a problem, but I know this didn't happen since the car logs every trip. Did they just forget? Also told I had no issue with noise engine was making even though there is a service bulletin out on the matter. They either don't know, which is bad enough, or don't care.

I always work with Jay Jackson in the Service Department. After years working with Jay, he has proven to very knowledgeable and sincere about providing accurate and complete service. I highly recommend him to anyone needing their Land Rover or Jaguar serviced.

Never purchase a LR. Bad experience from sales to delivery, very poor communication. The features you select in the build were never part of the car when they deliver and never bother to communicate WHY it wasnt included. And also I had to find it and when questioned, on that wasnt included as parts were not available. Understood, but never communicated to customer.Service: Very below average. When you shell out > $1000 for a service, you expect nothing less of excellent service. But my expereience ws other wise. THe issues I pointed out to fix, was never fixed and gave very unconvincing answer. Also There were several issues which got introduced right after the service, and when questioned, the response was " we didnt do anythign there".. The car a brand new never had that issue , which coincidently start happening right after the service. Very convenient..Stay away from the brand and this service.

We have had a great experience so far with the purchase, a repair (they gave us for free) and also with coming in to get our license plate put on. They have been east to communicate with, ready for us when we arrive and efficient.

I ordered a F pace jaguar. It will go down as my favorite car I ve owned. The technology this vehicle has is by far ahead of anything else.drives like it is on rails the glacier white with black is great service team. Perfect suv in every way!

After spending the large amount of money on a Land Rover AND the Tire & Wheel Insurance I am more than dissatisfied than I think I can truly express on this forum. I have been given nothing but the run around and then an embarrassing fix on my wheel instead of making it new like the insurance portraits it to be. Nothing like driving a $106K car with an ugly bandaid on one of the wheels. Looking to sell and move on to someone who stands behind their values and customers.

The only redemption this dealer service department has is Jay. I am a first time Jaguar owner, but multiple Mercedes and BMW owner. Trust me... Their customer care blows away Jaguar! I was made to feel second class by the service representative because I didn't buy my car from them. Car has 11000 miles and under warranty for 2 more years. I was told to go back to Carvana for support. They know they have us because the closest dealer from here is Huntsville. Never been treated this way by ANY dealer! Will I return? Yes. Because I have no other reasonable option. Would I ever purchase from this dealer? No way based on how they treat humans. Poor Show Jaguar Nashville.

Low/no pressure sales team makes it easy to shop here for your next new car. Craig Busion was my sales person and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was laid back and you never felt as though he was a sales person. It was more like a friend helping you find The car you've always dreamed of. The finance guy got the hard, boring stuff done quickly. Was wrote up exactly as we agreed. Financing went smoothly and they work to truly get u the best interest rate possible. I am literally paying 0.001% they are making $16 off me through the life of the contract.My experience there has been nothing but great, Not to mention I Love my new car!

My experience is always awesome at Jaguar. Ms. Vicki Rollish is patient and makes sure that everything goes well, she answered all the concerns I had and assured me I would get the best service and that's what I got. This is the only place that I will take my Jaguar because I know that they will go over and beyond to make it a good experience!
