Excellent service experience at gary force. I was able to schedule thru my acuralink app, when the car told me it was due for a service. I arrived at my apt time and was immediately greeted by my advisor. He took some basic info then handed me keys to a brand new mdx for my loaner car while they serviced mine.A couple hours later I got a text to come get my car. My car was hand washed and vacuumed out and looked great.Absolutely best service experience I have had in my 40 years. 10/10 would recommend!

Could not be happier with my experience! Had the pleasure of working with Mike Lowe who never once made me feel pressured into buying anything. Was knowledgeable about every single thing I had questions about. Total time from test driving my dream vehicle to driving out the door was less than 2 hours. Everyone was great to work with, including Trey on financing who made that aspect so easy and smooth.Would absolutely recommend Gary Force Acura, and especially Mike Lowe, to anyone who is in the need for a new vehicle and wants a great experience with not a single complaint!

Easiest, no pressure transaction ever. Was able to negotiate the deal over the phone. Arrived at the dealership a few hours later and only had to sign the docs and drive away. The vehicle was meticulously cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. Props to Tyler and Trey for the awesome experience. Love our new Integra.

Accompanied my parents to test drive cars this weekend and Mike Lowe was our salesperson. He was SO kind, knowledgeable, and never made us feel uncomfortable/pressured to make a decision.Honestly, I m so impressed with him and the experience he provided. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Gary Force Acura has been an amazing service center for our RDX we bought two years ago. We got the service contract when we bought it, and enjoy going in to have another good experience. They not only service, but take such good care of the our vehicle AND us! This last service we had Ryan as our contact. He was so kind and observant, and when I needed something else at the end of the visit, he stood in line at the products desk with me (to get a new battery for my remote) and asked me all about my family and truly seemed to care. I appreciate that effort and it made me leave settled and more than satisfied!

I love the team at Gary Force Acura Service! My car was purchased there at the dealership and has always been serviced here. Tony is very communicative, he knows his quotes and is up front about the cost. I trust the mechanics here to be certified, and I ve never had an issue. My car is always returned washed and vacuumed.

Lenny Krakauer was awesome at Gary Force Acura! He spent as much time as I needed when I looked at cars AND spent a lot of time with me AFTER I bought my vehicle. He spent time with me on a very thorough tutorial and helped me with all my vehicle settings. He even called me days later to see how things were going. Of course, it helps that Acuras are a great product! Thanks Lenny.

I wanted to share when I bought my car with Chris he was amazing. One of the best, most professional sales guys I ve bought from. He was very fast and efficient as well. I had the best experience possible on his end. He even brought his Apple cord to show me the Apple car play feature on my new integra to make sure I saw every feature which I thought was phenomenal. Would recommend him to everyone else. Joel and Tim in service were also a great help too! Amazing service guys. However, my experience with Trey in finance was not as great. I thought it was extremely unprofessional he showed up almost over thirty minutes late to meet with us. We did everything beforehand and the only thing left was to sign the papers. Chris had the car ready to go but because Trey didn t show up on time we were stuck waiting for longer than we should have on a 40,000 vehicle purchase. Overall besides that, great dealership with great service and sales!

Just had the rudest, most condescending experience with Lenny. Obviously, he judges folks leading him to think someone might not be able to afford his product. He was not interested in getting to know us before stating that he was unwilling to discuss pricing. Luckily we have worked out an awesome deal with the Acura dealership in Huntsville and are picking up our new Acura MDX there.Gary Force should be ashamed!

They quoted me a price for a new sensor on my 2011 Acura MDX and replacing some burnt out bulbs. To my delight they came in substantially lower than quoted. My car was cleaned on the outside and they sprayed a lovely air freshener scent on the inside. Well done!

This team is keeping the buy/lease here and service here concept alive! I have been an Acura owner for many many years and this team kept my older 2013 MDX in great shape up to 175K miles. Last year I traded it in for a new 2023 MDX and the process was smooth and awesome. Just had my first service for this new MDX and a few dings in the wheels and a chip in windshield needed to be fixed. Thanks to this team all I had to do was make an appt and drop it off. They got everything taken care of and kept me in the loop the whole time. Thanks guys! See you next time!

Took my Acura MDX to Gary Force Acura in Brentwood today because I picked up a nail in my tire as I was driving. I was greeted quickly by Tim in service, who kindly offered to repair my tire while I waited but I chose to leave it as I had a ride ready to pick me up. He informed me of my tire insurance and kept me abreast of the status of the tire replacement and had my car ready and cleaned within a few hours. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was pleasantly greeted by the cashier and Tim, presented me with a zero balance receipt, and had my car pulled up for me. I will only bring my cars to Gary Force Acura service from now on. Highly recommend!

Bought a new RDX for my daughter. Found scratches and gouges in the paint. Car should have never been sold or left the lot. Completely ruined my daughter s experience. Found these people to be dishonest as well. I would never buy from them again.

I have had a phenomenal experience with Gary Force Acura and more specifically, Todd Murray. My background is in large, consultative B2B sales, and I knew at no point during my time spent with Todd was I ever sold. He was consultative throughout the entire process and did a great job of learning who I was as a client and sharing the appropriate vehicle information and recommendations that he knew would fit my profile.I was also a first time car buyer. Coming off of a company vehicle program, I had never navigated the car buying process before. Regardless of the step, Todd was there to help. Even after driving the car off of the lot, whether it be a service question or warranty/coverage related, I will text Todd and know he's around to help as soon as possible.During my vehicle search, I evaluated many options. The 2023 Integra A-Spec/tech was not the least expensive option on my list, however, I chose to buy my vehicle from Todd because of the value that he built and his demonstration of commitment to high-quality, continued, customer service that I did not find elsewhere.Big thanks to Todd Murray and the rest of the Gary Force Acura team.

Visited this dealer back in Dec due to its great reviews. Unfortunately, the sales person made the experience very awkward and made me feel like he was doing me a favor. He even, said to go down the street and buy the other car instead. Maybe he was having a bad day I m not sure. I did ended up purchasing a car from your competitor (BMW) down the street. I rather spend my money where I m being taking seriously and not feel dismissed.

I always have an excellent experience from scheduling to finish no matter the reason I m there. The waiting area is always fully stocked with coffee, drinks and snacks and I love how they call me by name. I never hesitate to go there and I trust their service.

I had an unexpected visit and had to have my car towed to Gary Force. I called to inform them; I was called when the car arrived with a price of services and approximate time of completion. I inquired re. loaner. It was a busy week but Tim informed me to call back in the morning, and then afternoon, when I received a loaner. My car was ready the next day at 2:00 p.m. I received very professional service.

A tale of two experiences:I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gary Force Acura and specifically Eric who helped me through the purchase. My experience with this dealer was much better than previous experiences with auto dealers.I few years ago, when we were looking for a vehicle for my wife, we found the vehicle she wanted online at an out of town dealer. To say the experience was a nightmare would be putting it lightly. It was every clich� runaround you hear about with dealers. We reached out online inquiring about the vehicle. Everything checked out so we decided to drive an hour and a half (and get a sitter for our kids) for what I expected to be a fast process as we were coming ready to deal. They were clearly overpriced and I brought my research with comps. Of course they "wouldn't budge". We leave the dealership disappointed and continued looking in the area since we had already committed to the drive. Once we leave, all the sudden, they start calling me wanting to make a deal. Long story short, what should have been an hour long process took twelve hours and an entire day of runaround only to arrive at what our initial offer was.Fast forward to our dramatically different experience with Gary Force. We sent an email to the dealer inquiring about the vehicle. We quickly received a follow up call from Eric who asked where we were looking to be on the car. I threw out what I considered reasonable. Eric told me he would do his work checking with the managers. I then get the follow up that they agreed to the price. We then place a deposit to hold the vehicle for us (obviously contingent on it being in the advertised condition). A week or so later, when we were available to make the drive to pick up the vehicle, they had the car ready for us to inspect and test drive. It was in great shape, however, there was some significant scuffing on the lower part of the front bumper previously unknown to us. Without even having the opportunity to request a solution or fix, they offered to fix it at no cost to us. From start to finish, our in person process to purchase the vehicle was maybe an hour.I'm someone that, as a business owner myself, appreciates those who respect the value of someone's time. I certainly can't recommend this dealer enough and they will be a top consideration for me on future purchases.

Bought a new RDX from Gary Force Acura recently and could not be more satisfied with the dealership and their team. My sales rep, Chris Moosekian, was a huge part of my decision. He was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions (and I asked a LOT), was super knowledgeable, and very responsive. 5 stars all the way around. Would buy another car from Chris in a heartbeat. I've not yet experienced Gary Force's service team but the sales experience was exceptional.

Gary Force Acura was fantastic, absolutely fantastic! My dealer Eric was straightforward, honest, and very responsive. From him to the manager, the finance department, even the service guys! Absolutely every one of them made me feel welcomed, and completely taken care of. Now I'm the proud new owner of a 2024 5th Gen Integra and I could NOT be happier!!
