Highly recommend. If possible select your tires online, prepay and schedule an appointment. Literally these guys replaced 4 Benz Sprinter Tires and had me out the door in 45 minutes!

Juan helped me out and was knowledgeable when going over and checking my tires. The repair and patch was free and Juan was honest with prices on a new set of tires for when I would need them. There's a reason I've trusted Discount Tire with my vehicle's tires for the past 8+ years.

I stopped in this morning because my tire light came on, and Trey came out to help me out and quickly found out the problem! He was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with! He got me in and out under an hour! Thank you discount tire and thank you Trey for taking care of your customers and also caring about them! They also have free Wi-Fi and free bottles of water! Great service and great people Is why I like coming here!!

My truck was finicky and didn t ride well after I purchased 4 new tires. Instead of being stuck with something I didn t like, Kevin and Lenny did everything necessary to make sure I was satisfied; never once were they unaccommodating or impatient. Now it drives like a dream. Best location in Tennessee for customer service, price, and results . hands down.

Are you looking to get your tire fixed? If it's not too damaged beyond repair, Discount Tire will replace it for free. No questions ask, no charge. How awesome is that?? The employees who work here are very nice and genuinely love to help their customers.By coming to this place, I now understand and have more knowledge about tread depth, tire age, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), Tire Tips, recommended time for replacing tires, to include but not limited to non-repairable area vs repairable area on your damaged tire.Matt, one of the employees was super nice and helpful when answering my questions. I will come back to a future Discount Tire for when I need to replace all my tires.Most places try to sell you a tire but this place, does not do that. If they can fix your damaged tire, they'll do so and not pretend your tire cannot be fixed.I highly recommend coming to this place for any tire replacements, tire fixing, tire balancing, etc. This place does not offer tire aligning but besides that, this place is great.To add icing on the cake, this is one of the few places that offer a certificate for repair, refund or replacement. (Covers refund for tire replacement due to material and workmanship or non-repairable demage. Certificate applies to the tire thread depth down to 3/32" remaining or 3 years from date of purchase, whichever occurs first.)

Spent $1000 today on 4 new tires. Called three times to set up this deal. Paid up front and dropped car off with instructions to leave key and car unlocked since I had to work and they closed at 5p. Also left instructions to leave one NEW odd replacement tire in trunk. After my shift, I walk over at 11:00p to get car but no key anywhere to be found. No tire in trunk either. Had to call family in Brentwood to come get me and take me home to Murfreesboro. It s now almost 1am. They will have to stay the night also bcuz I have to be back at work in the morning. Store is closed tomorrow. So a major screw up all around. I ve been a long time customer for over a decade but this major fail is very disappointing not to mention the major inconvenience.

they said that they will fix flat tire for free, but I suspect they have more incentives to replace tires instead of just fixing any leaks.I suggest if you have small flat tire issue just fix it by yourself, unless you have to spend $400+ for a new one.by the way, they even called and asked me to replace two for my car only has 8k mileage :-)

I can t recommend this place enough. Nick greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He listened to my problem and found me the best solution. He was very knowledgable and based on the service I received today, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much Nick!

Highly recommended going to this discount tire! The whole staff was quick to help me. But Definitely ask for James! I will always go to this store because of him! He went above and BEYOND to help me. Stayed on the phone with me for awhile to help me figure out a misunderstanding. Then when I came in, he was so kind and helpful and detailed about my tires! Give this man a raise!!! He deserves it! (They also did a wonderful job putting on my tires in a timely manner)

Great customer service, good tires, and quick install! The employees at this Discount Tire work hard and are moving quick. They got my new tires installed in under 30 minutes, which was incredible! I will say, there was some damage done to one of my wheels during the install, but they made it right. They sent out a great wheel repair company to my house and covered the cost of refinishing the wheel. Very impressed with the quality of customer support and kindness of the staff!

Professional folks, nice even. They have a corporate policy that you must show your drivers license to buy tires with a credit card. I'm not showing id to buy tires. Just no. Thank goodness though. I went across the street to Costco and got Michelins for a better price. Who writes discount tires stupid policies. Buyer beware of big brothers discount tires.

Nick was extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. Entire staff is friendly and super speedy.

Ive been here a few times and have had nothing but incredible, talented, courteous service. This week I bought new wheels and tires for my SL55. Todd at the Brentwood store was phenomenal. He helped me spec out exactly what I needed with larger wheels and tires - came out awesome!!! Great group of guys here!!!!

We stopped in right before they closed because I had a nail in my tire that was missed earlier when i brought my car into a different discount tire earlier in the day. Eric and Chris were so helpful and replaced all 4 of my tires for me after they closed. They insisted i not leave without taking care of us. I was so appreciative of how accommodating and friendly they were. We ve been coming to discount tire for about 10 years and have always been so impressed with their customer service. I especially wanted to highlight these two gentlemen because of their extra effort to help us out especially after hours.

It's probably the best place to get tires. What brings them down is how busy they are. The way around that is making an appointment right? Well I did to get my tires rotated. After scanning my tires they then refused to rotate them because they wanted to sell me new tires. The tread was bad but I drive on grave roads and not often so I didn't need new ones. So I wanted to wait longer to get new tires The back ones still had a bit of tread left. I also only had 20k on the tires if that.They wouldn't let me go without selling me a new pair. I give in and get the new tires but now they let me know they won't be in till tomorrow and will call me. I waited never got a call so I called them. They said they got in that morning and I could come by. I do and proceed to wait nearly 3 hours or more! So the appointment was pointless to start I wasted a whole day and trip to spring hill.This happens every time I go to get a rotation from discount tire. I have 43k miles total on my car and have had 3 tire replacements by them. :/Not sure if it's legit or sales tactic but at least they refunded some because tires didn't last the warranty of 40k miles.

I have bought tires there many times for several years, but no more! I had a flat and decided to replace all four tires. They didn't have the tires I had on the car and said it would take five days to get them. Because of the flat, I had to settle for another brand. They said it would take two hours so I told them I would wait there. After two hours, my car hadn't moved. When I asked if there was a problem, they said they would check. I could see the writer speaking to the service manager right next to the window where I stood and he then moved my car up in the "staging" queue. I could clearly see that mine was still on the bottom of the staging queue at the time. I wouldn't have minded if I had left the car, but they knew I was waiting and had serviced several cars while I waited. If I hadn't been frustrated by the number of people coming after me and leaving while my car sat at the bottom of the queue, I suspect I would have wasted the entire day there. After i complained, I was treated to comments like "well it was in staging!" from other writers. I'll take my four cars somewhere else from now on.

Brandon lied to my face, said the tires they installed were all-season. But they weren t, they were summer performance tires. He said, call the manufacturer and check. I did, they weren t. Avoid this place.

Overall good experience at this place, good customer service and fairly quality work (tire balancing is hit or miss depending upon who's doing it). They are fair on prices and will generally work with you, but this is a busy location and you can expect to wait to get work done. I recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to alleviate the wait times.

They are awesome!! I had a flat, and this very sweet gentleman tried to help me and he couldn't he recommended this place. When I got there and they told me it would be 6 or 7 before they could get to me. I told them I had an hour and 45 min drive home. They had me fixed an on my way in 20 mins . The service and employees were awesome!!

my girlfriend and I came in Saturday to get the Front Driver Side and the Back Passenger Tire replaced. It was done alot quicker than expected and seemed to be a great experience. When we got home the back passenger tire had not been changed. They replaced the both front tires instead. I called back to see what had happened. On the phone they said they did replace the back tire but just rotated it. We brought in back in Monday and we were told whoever I spoke too on the phone lied they never rotated anything. We eneded having to pay an additional 256 dollars for a new tire and service. I can understand if you make a mistake but don't straight up lie about it. Nothing was done to fix this mistake or anything. This is a poor business practice and very disappointing

Best place in town that I ve found to get my tires rotated, inspected, and replaced. I always find great customer service here. They re very speedy with their repairs. I haven t attempted to receive walk-in service so I can t say much. Scheduling through online reservations seems to work very well.

We had a tire blow out while driving through Brentwood on our way back from vacation. Jordan was incredibly nice and helpful. They had us in and out in less than an hour. And their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend!

I went in for a simple tire rotation and balance, and left with 1200$ worth of repairs from my mechanic!!! Upon picking up my vehicle 4 hours after I dropped it off, I was informed that they had stripped out one of the studs trying to put the lug nut back on. They told me the car is totally safe to drive like that. I got in the car and once I started driving down the road I noticed something was wrong and my car was making horrible noises from the rear. I brought it back and upon further inspection they informed me that they had also severed one of the coil springs when they were attempting to take the wheel off the car. The manager, Brad was extremely rude to my wife and I over the phone and told me that it was my fault because my vehicle has a lot of miles on it. I understand mistakes happen, but at the very least you can own up to them and an apologize. I would certainly not recommend spending your hard earned money here.

I'm a little bit disappointed in the care at which the "young kids" treated my vehicles. They appear to be rushing too much to get the job done. Slow down and do it right, please. Twice now they have destroyed the wheel center caps on our Jeep vehicles. These things just plug in and are easy to remove and re-insert. In both cases they have broken off the mounting tabs.
