My first experience here will also be my last. I took my car here to get a tire removed (it needed a new wheelhouse assembly due to a cross threaded lug). I dropped it off at 10:30am and was told that they would be able to fit it in that day. After not hearing from them for almost 3 hours, I called to ask for an update and was reassured that my car was next in line. I called again almost an hour and a half later, and was told that it had not been pulled back yet. Finally when I called a third time, they told me my car wouldn't be finished until the end of the NEXT day. They also told me they would send me a quote, which they didn't do until I called back again. They quoted me $1560 to do the repairs, which seemed outrageous. We ended up calling around and got multiple other quotes for the SAME job, all were under $600. When I called CBA to decline the work, I asked to come pick it up and they told me it would have to be towed out. They charged me almost $200 for the diagnostic fee, and were not helpful nor friendly when I asked for clarification on why it was drivable when I brought it to them, but now had to be towed to leave. I ended up getting it towed to Moody's off of Columbia Avenue, who did the job for $488. Absurd. Do not take your car here.

Love Christian Brothers. Very honest and responsive. I do a lot of my own car repair and I can always trust Christian Brothers to do an honest assessment of issues. We have been bringing all of our cars here for about five years. Love 'em!

My first experience here is not one that left a good taste in my mouth. Had a check engine soon light come on, but my car was driving fine. Went to advance auto and got codes read and neither code made sense given my car wasn t driving rough/hard. Took it here on Friday, not only did it take them 2 days to even get to my car, when I was told no later then Monday would they have an answer, but they quoted me $8500 worth of things needed - all maintenance items that had just been done 2 months ago when I bought the car from the Honda dealership - and had nothing to do with why I even brought my car to them in the first place. Thank God I was smart enough to get a second opinion, turns out my car needed none of that, and it was just a faulty sensor. Be careful using this place, not only will they try to take you to the cleaners, by up charging all of their services, and add things on that aren t needed, but their labor costs are insane ($180+ an hour) do your research and always get a second opinion, especially if things dont add up, or make sense

Left 1 review already, my opinion.... very efficient shop.... quick repairs, professional service....I feel a great business practice would be to waive diagnostic fee for all repairs done in house on same problem.... other than that.... 110%!!!!!! Also, no complaints from their work, very great work

I cannot sing Christian Brothers praises enough! I m from Ohio, and my car started acting up in Nashville Tennessee. I called the shop and spoke with Damien and he could not promise a timeframe as to when I d be back on the road, but did say he would look at it ASAP! They had looked at it quicker than I anticipated and once I approved the repairs, he had it ready for me five hours earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend Christian Brothers, because they know how to take care of people whether they are local or out of towners. Their prices are very reasonable. I can t find anything negative to say about this company.

Do not use this place they are a scam were recommended to take my wife's car there to take my wife's car there to have her oil pan done they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle add an additional cost of course in the process of that they discovered that the crank seal needed to be replaced the cam gear seal needed to be replaced and the oil pump seal needed to be replaced along with the CV axle seal needed to be replaced it went from a 800 bucks job a nearly 3,000 job for a oil leak Wicked the vehicle back it still leaks oil and it has noises that are coming from the pulley area for the drive belt which it did not have before they messed up one of the wheel hub bearings while trying to get the CV axle out to replace the seal and they kept giving us the runaround on the rear main seal what the technician will say needs to be done compared to what the service advisor will tell you are different things short story we went in for an oil leak leave with an oil leak after spending three grand and they still want another three grand to fix her car do not do not use this place

Absolutely amazing experience! Took my car to the dealer first which was a huge mistake with nothing but dishonest people. If you bring your car to Christian brothers you can trust that they will be nothing but polite and honest. I ll be returning here anytime I need work done!

I was hoping to have a Good experience with Christian brothers but it fell way short of that. Had oil cooler replaced and worked fine for two weeks. Brought it back in and they had to replace the cooler again. No big deal that happens. After they replaced the second cooler the engine started miss firing? Brought it back in again and they said they could not find anything wrong. I took it back home and it was still miss firing. I brought it back for my fourth visit here and they did a more thorough inspection and found some of the oil had made it onto one of the spark plugs. Not only did they not repair this but they said since my spark plugs all needed replacing they would not repair the problem. The first time I brought it and had the oil cooler replaced not miss firing but the second time lots of miss firing. The only option they would give me was $50. Dollars offa $ 700. Repair. Please be careful in using the is shop.

The price they quoted for a major repair was slightly higher than some competitors, but they seemed knowledgeable and professional, and I was confident they could get the job done right. Communication was good, overall it was a good experience, even though I decided not to move forward with the repair work.

I had set up an appointment so things would go well as they knew I was coming, and things did.It was a removal and replacement of the low beam headlight bulb on my 06 BMW 325i.Sometimes, on some cars this can be an involved situation and not simple.All total it was a little over 50 bucks and I was on my way in about 1 1/2 hours. Very busy place!Sarah in the customer receiving area is sweet and an asset to your company.I will be back!

The best part of getting my vehicles repaired here is I know what I will pay before the work is done.They send me images of all the diagnostics tests they run and I get to decide what I want fixed. I have not found them using the scare tactic and exaggerating as to how serious a problem is in order to get me to authorize a repair.Finally, I have not yet had to take my vehicles back for a problem that reoccurred after the repair.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

I was sent by Carmax to get a few minor repairs. One was tire sensor. They broke THREE stubs off THREE different tires. After breaking them, They called me to give me prices to get them fix. I asked why do I have to pay for something they broke. Makes no sense. I asked to speak with a manager. He called me about an hour later. His FIRST words were, They didn t broke them . Previous shop put them on too tight. I m super confused now because they wasn t broke before I bought my truck there. I was over it. I went and got my truck and took it to a different shop. If you mess up, just do right by the customer. I would NOT recommend this place to anyoneServices: Tires, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance

They replaced the front and rear u-joints. We had just had them "fixed" at a different company, but they did not do the repair correctly. I was so happy when my husband drove the car and said "it's finally fixed!!!" The price was way less than I anticipated, definitely less than the company that didn't even do it correctly. Marvin and his guys at Christian Brothers on Carothers are the absolute best.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are extremely helpful and kind. My car broke down on me on my way to Huntsville the gave me a quick diagnostic of the problems it was having and have allowed me to sit and wait for almost 7 hours on the tow truck to take me and my car back home. They have great. Customer service and technician. Coming from a fellow technician. The are very through and even allowed me to be right there as they checked my car. I really appreciate all there hospitality and help while ive been waiting

I had an excellent experience at Christian Brothers this past week. I blew out my tire just down the road and they were the closest place I could get to. Having never been before, I did not expect special attention, as I was not an existing client. They were quite busy, but the Service Associate, Sarah, was so, so nice! She quickly surveyed the situation and said let me see what I can do. Although all the bays were full, she worked some magic to get me in and out after providing a couple of options to remedy the situation. She was honest, kind, and very nice. The service tech was very polite and greeted me when he retrieved the car and also returned it right to me. I am so appreciative of the service that Sarah and her team gave me and would not hesitate to go back again!Service: Tires

I broke down nearby and was able to drive here. They were so friendly and willing to work me into their very busy schedule which I really appreciated! I had my alternator and battery replaced and had some work done on my tires. They were so kind to me and I felt they were very honest and fair in pricing. Took my car here for some simple brake work. They said the initial inspection would be between $50-$100 depending on how extensively they needed to inspect it. When they sent me my quotes for the work they believed needed to be done to my car not only was the initial inspection $140 but they changed the prices on my quotes 3 different times all going up in price. I called and asked how it s even possible that they ve quoted me 3 different times on the SAME services and every time they upped the price. The man said oh yeah sorry about that I didn t mean to send you the first two quotes. The last one is the real one. The man kept interrupting me and had no good reason why he quoted me 3 different prices for the same service (went from the original quote of $375 to $475 then to $575). Tried to scam. Got my car and will not be going back.
