Excellent customer service and work! My car looks great! I was very pleased with the constant updates and communications I received from Stephanie Johnson. My car was ready before the estimated date given at the time of drop off, which was nice. She went over every part that was replaced when I picked it up. I loved that! Highly recommend this location. It was a seamless experience!!

This location was great with taking on my Tesla repairs! Chad was great at keeping me up to date with the timeline of my repairs and partnered with my insurance to make sure everything got covered! Thank you Chad and Caliber Collision for making a really scary situation into a positive one!! My Tesla looks like it was never in an accident and I cannot thank you guys enough for that!!!!

I took my vehicle to Caliber for repair after a minor collision and couldn t be happier!From start to finish the whole process ran smooth and the work they did was amazing. Stephanie kept in constant communication with me regarding updates and completion date and she was super helpful when it came to the rental and getting everything set up for me.They even had Enterprise come pick me up!!I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

They did work on my car. They kept me informed via regular texts and occasional phone calls. When the work was completed Joey made sure everything was as it should be and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I felt like their customer service was amazing and very customer focused! I would absolutely use them again, but hopefully I won t have to ! They were outstanding..

I brought my Benz in for repair after a minor collision. Very satisfied with their communication, texting me updates throughout the process. Technically/cosmetically they did great work and were also flexible about when I could pick my vehicle up. Recommend without hesitation.

Brought my Tesla in for a large scratch that appeared on the car one day. It only had a bout 10k miles when it happened, so I wanted to ensure it looked like new again. The team here did a great job on their work. Cannot tell the difference from where it was repaired vs the factory paint. Excellent body work in a reasonable amount of time.Service: Painting

Couldn't be happier with the treatment and care I received in Brentwood location. Stephanie Johnson made a process you'd expect to be stressful and a nightmare, seem so effortless and easy which was such a relief. Ask for her if you find yourself needing car repairs, she's awesome!

Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Brentwood. Excellent service & a quick turn around. Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with and communicated with me regularly keeping me informed of the completion date. The ladies at the front desk were always kind and made the scheduling an easy process. Highly recommend!

After my partner s car was involved in a hit and run, we used Caliber as recommended by our insurance company. And WOW. The service was amazing! Chad took exceptional care of us throughout the entire process. He provided timely, accurate estimates of the scope and timing of our repair. He was always available to answer questions and offered honest, accurate info about each step of the project s completion. Chad even managed to help get our car back to us far earlier than we had anticipated, saving us tons of money on a rental and a lot of extra time as well. I cannot recommend Caliber and Chad enough. Finally, the repair work itself was absolutely impeccable. We got the car back today and it looks better than it did when we bought it! Excellent customer service , communication on vehicle status was on time and repair was very well done. They cleaned the interior of my vehicle afterwards which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend.

The service, knowledge and professionalism is beyond stellar from every person I had encountered. I was kept updated nearly every day on the status of my car and was delivered early with clean sound work. They fixed my Mercedes GLA 4 matic that had been wrecked. I hope I don t need their service again, but in the event I do, I will only take my car here.Stephanie, and the gentleman who fixed my car along with the general manager Sean are wonderful to work with.

I had used caliber in the past for vehicle repairs related to fender benders that had occurred. The service this time (3/23) was not as exceptional as previous occurrences. The shop was well behind, requiring me to schedule my repair beyond a month in advance. Then after dropping off the vehicle communication was an issue. The shop failed to notify me that all required signatures weren t in order until the car had been in their custody for a couple of days. The text updates were incredibly vague, requiring phone calls from me multiple times to understand where the repair process was underway. Finally, literally the day before it was complete, I got a txt saying it was on track for what was more than a week later. I was out of town the day that they told me to come pick it up, because of that communication.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very polite. Love the work they did. Everything looks flawless. Can t even tell I was ever in a wreck. Highly recommend coming here. Very convenient as well. They txted the rental company to come get me and as I came to pick up my vehicle, I got to leave the rental keys at the desk and they take care of returning it.Service: Painting

They made the unpleasant experience of getting into an accident a little less stressful. The girl I talked to on the phone walked me through the whole process & answered all my questions. The repairs were done well. You can't even tell I was in an accident.

The staff is wonderful to work with. The ladies in the front are very friendly and the agent I worked with there was very helpful and stayed in touch with me weekly to keep me informed of everything . He had my car ready earlier than expected and it helped us a lot .

I was truly impressed with this place. Prior to coming to Caliber, I took my vehicle to another location and was quite disappointed with the communication. Chad and his team not only communicated well throughout the entire process, but we re realistic with their prices, and completed a beautiful job on my car. I ve never had such a pleasant experience at a repair location. Thank you Chad and your incredible team! And if anyone is looking to have work done. Beautiful job fixing my car after I hit a deer. Can t even tell there was damage. David kept me informed all along the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with the car.
