Took my 2015 Honda CRV in for an estimate on if shocks/suspension needed replaced. The guys here took care of it in less than a day despite being very busy with lots of other cars and customers. Very reasonable cost, great communication, the mechanics seem very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Place is kind of hard to find/turn out of, but I will be coming back here for all my future maintenance needs.

Regarding the "Total Steam Power Auto Detailing and Dent Repair" that is attached to C&J Auto: mildly satisfied. Had Suv interior detailed and steam cleaned. ($200) At pick up owner not on premises, found areas inside not cleaned well/overlooked. Had to bring Suv back next day to get cleaned. No prices posted. However, owner was quick to clean spots I pointed out. This auto detailer is NOT associated with C&J, just renting space. Will look for other cleaners before coming back.

James is THE BEST!! He is trustworthy and honest about every single repair. He always lets me know when I don t need something and will even recommend other places if he thinks I will get a good deal or something he is not able to take care of. He is courteous and friendly always. I trust my car with him and gratefully for using his services for years now!! Best kept secret. Now his building isnt all glamorous but the savings and honesty is well worth it. I d rather this any day!! The owner is awesome! I'm new to the community and found him through Google reviews. He is exactly what was stated in many reviews, honest and upfront with you. He showed me the actual part and explained all of my options before repairing my vehicle. I appreciated being given the opportunity to make an informed decision. When a part was more than he originally quoted, he let me know in advance. I'll definitely return to C & J Automotive for my next repair.

Had front brake rotors replaced on my Tacoma - work was done in less than an hour. Received a call right away upon completion. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

James is honest and fair. I've been going to him for about a year and a half with no complaints. He is helpful and explains his process without trying to over sell like I get with other chain tire places. I take both my vehicles here for everything from oil changes, tune-ups and a/c repair to bigger engine projects. He does great work.

C & J Automotive is the only auto repair I will ever use. James is beyond honest and knowledgeable. I have referred several of my friends to him and everyone has been blown away by the service and pricing but mostly his honesty, saving them a lot of money. He has worked on my Subaru Outback, Mercedes and Lexus and I have always been more than satisfied. Remarkable. A+++, 5 !

I love C & J Automotive. My family has had a total of seven cars serviced there over the years. James always does a great job and has very fair pricing. He always calls to explain what services my car needs and what the price will be before I come in to pick up my car. He's never pushy and he's even open on Sundays!I highly recommend C & J.

Our Yukon wore out a front hub bearing on our trip up from Florida to Nashville just after Christmas. I read the reviews on James Cho at C&J and he sounded just like our family owned shop in Orlando. Sure enough James had us back on the road in 1 day. Honest, great service and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend James Cho to anyone needing car service or repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Seems like it's just James who runs the shop! He lives locally and survives off his customers. He is incredibly friendly, very knowledgable, extremely honest, and does quality work. He also gets the job done quickly! Don't let the exterior fool you, James is Nolensville's best kept secret. Had to get a new battery, and James Cho (the owner), was able to get it changed in about 40 min. Every other place around town said it'd be hours until it could be changed, and James was really friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely will come back here if I need any other repairs.

Friendly, fast and honest. Drove down from Chicago and once we were off the highway could hear the rotors getting scraped, oops. He took me the very next morning, checked all brakes, it was too late for both rear rotors, pads and a caliper ... but front were good. Had me out the door in a few hours at a price that didn't make me say, forget it, we'll do it ourselves. Thanks James!

We have been using C & J Automotive for many years! James Cho the owner and technician is FANTASTIC! He has helped us SOOOO many times and has gone above and beyond to do that in many ways. He is kind friendly and honest. We highly recommend C & J Automotive.

Attn TN residents: DO NOT do business with C & J Automotive in Nolensville, TN! He gypped me for the $454 in brake work that he was 'supposed' to do! After brakes are replaced, they should NOT go bad after 11 months of use. When I called C & J Auto, he REFUSED to be reasonable, WOULDN'T offer to reimburse me for the work he had 'supposedly' done, and wouldn't look at the old brake parts that Eddie's Garage, in Nashville, had taken off for me to show C & J Auto! I've filed a complaint against C & J Auto with the BBB, and am willing to take him to small claims court to get my money back!*Update*: Well... C & J Automotive responded to my complaint from the BBB! He said that he would refund me $223 and would ACTUALLY look at my parts that he used! Praise the Lord! Funny how he said he wouldn't do that before, but a letter from the BBB changes the situation! BE AWARE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!

This is a review for Mr. Lee's car cleaning and detailing service. He does a great job and a hand car wash ($10) costs the same as the machine on Nolensville. He took out the road tar on my paint and removed sap also...like it was never there. I'm very picky about where I go for car washes and this place does it right!

I just want to say how impressed I am by this place. These are GOOD people, who do the RIGHT thing. They've never once tried to get over on me, & I know there have been times they easily could have. Just want to say thank you C & J Automotive.
