We had a fantastic experience! Chloe, our Service Manager, was on top of it at all times and kept us in the loop. She even helped us get the car detailed. The automated work orders and approval process was seamless. This was the best service experience I have come across since owning my first car 40 years ago!

Gary D. was extremely helpful in helping us decide to purchase our CPO X1. He showed that he knew the product he was presenting to my wife and I. Gary made us feel at ease and comfortable in spending our money on this large purchase. We have been using BMW of Nashville since we moved here five years ago. Clarksville is a long ride to your store but well worth the drive. Keep that fancy coffee machine filled; it's wonderful.

I was being given a credit questionnaire about thirty times it kept asking questions that were not even a part of my life. I finally ended up just paying for the whole truck by card. I got tired of being forced to answer questions I didn t know I could not lie. I was not even offered a small discount for the inconvenience the finance person was just acting like he wanted me gone by the end. My sales person however was very nice. They should value their customer more by offering a small token I m sure they made money off of me what is a couple hundred off. Anyway I flew there over 1400 miles to pick up this truck and just had to get it to go home or I was going to be charged the 5000 down payment I was going to make but just ended up paying whole amount

We have purchased four new BMW's over the years from BMW of Nashville. Brad Cochran has been our advisor in recent years and has definitely provided superior service, honesty, and expertise in every way. He definitely puts the customer first. We intend always to ask for Brad. Our service experience has made us even more satisfied with our vehicle purchases.

Just want to give a SHOUT OUT to Stephanie Pinkerton who singlehandedly took care of us when the Nashville BMW office would not. She went out of her way to sell us a car from that location when I couldn't even get a call back or response from them. All of our BMW service and needs will now be done at the Brentwood location.Way to go Stephanie. And THANK YOU for personalizing our experience.

I had a wonderful experience buying a certified used car here last week. Sergio assisted me and was a perfect companion to my journey to go through the motions.The environment is pleasant, and I received no pressure in any way. I had a small issue with my car and they allowed me to bring it back the next day for service, I will recommend BMW of Nashville to friends and family.

I have not had a better experience in years having my vintage e28 serviced. The staff there celebrated it rather than complaining about having to work on such an old vehicle. I kissed my car and came home happy.

TERRIBLE! I am NOT happy at ALL! My truck has been with the shop for 2 weeks. It has been making a noice. Keith a technician road with me to hear it. He hears it, agreed it was a weird noise he had never heard. Yet they had me pick up my vehicle without fixing it. I will be calling in the morning to speak with the manager and then calling corporate. This is my 3rd BMW and will be my last if this is not resolved/fixed.

Michael Janca goes above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure my servicing was done properly, helped get me setup with having a portion of my SUV painted, had my car back to the dealership as soon as possible, and took it through the wash! He is always prompt with communication, follows through with what he says, and is always pleasant. One of the reasons I stay in a BMW is because of Michael Janca.

Great experience with Thomas... True professional through and through. Very knowledgable, kind and comfortable to be around. We bought an X7 from him and I couldn't recommend Thomas and the folks at BMW pre-owned Nashville... I hate the car buying experience usually, but he made it easy and fun. Would love to buy another car from him in the future!

The service rep, Brad, listened and summarized my issues acurately. The shop foreman went on a test drive to make sure they knew what they were trying to fix.They felt it might be a software issue that would resolve with an update, $750. He offered to try it and if it didn t fix it they would not charge me.Unfortunately, that did not fix it. But it was worth a try. Certainly with the guarantee.Some dealers/technicians want to just swap out parts until they find the one that fixes it. These people understand the vehicle and try to find a solution while being aware of the expense.Great experience and many thanks.

We had an appt and while our rep finished up with a customer, another rep talked with us to get all the paperwork started and looked at the car. Very efficient! Jeremiah Love is always our service rep and we really like working with him. Always super friendly and personable and a lot of knowledge on servicing the cars, but more importantly knows our cars well! Brad Cochran (?) is also super nice and helpful and got our paperwork started and was also very knowledgeable about some of the issues happening with my car.

Brought my Mini in for her first service/oil change since getting her a year ago. Deb was awesome, knowledge and got us out to the mall so we didn't have to wait in the dealership (much appreciated with our 8 y/o with us). I even had a nice surprise. Waiting in the car when it was all done!

On the freeway we hit a pothole at 70 MPH and our right front tire went immediately flat (on run flat tires too), it was scary as we had to drive to the next exit, go to a hospital treatment and then drive to BMW. When we got to BMW they were very accommodating, researched our tire insurance, had their driver go to the warehouse to get a new tire, quickly installed and balanced it and kept us informed the whole time as my daughter had a plane to catch. It was a stressful day, but they made it much easier.

I actually went to the one in South Nashville that was great I love the service I like the recommendation for parts that might be failing that type of thing was great that way I know how much I'm spending when I come back and hopefully get quality service thanks to JB he made my experience really really enjoyable

Came in without appointment. Tail light was out. all the service techs, especially RYAN were excellent. They took the time to try and diagnose the problem on the spot.
