I'm not the kind of person who does a lot of reviews. But the owner of Tipton repair has helped me in big ways. I'm an amputee. Which a wheelchair or two comes a long with that.They can be very costly to own. Some people think that we get them for free or at a low cost. That's extremely wrong.Wheelchairs by design only last 5 years. Their warranty ends after one year. One has to own one chair for concrete and one for off the concrete.If you want to live life as close to before as possible as you did prior to your injuries.My off road chair is my blessing and my nightmare all in one. It has 4 computers and a giro.Sadly it breaks down a lot. It seems to happen every summer. When I want to get outside and cruise the trails. That I can dio and to go fishing. Two things I really enjoy a lot.That chair cost 17000 to buy. It's not even a track chair. Yup that works out to over five grand a year. Needless to say, as a spinal patient and an amputee. I can't afford to buy a new one. So I keep slapping band aids on it and hope for one more year.The owner of Tipton repairs computer knowledge is a God send for me. He really does go out of the way to help me and my crazy computer repairs. I know he has to see me and think. OMG it's the one legged man again.So yes please use their services. He is very fair with his prices too.

Brought my 8 yr old laptop to looked at, running slow. Put in a new hard drive and doubled the ram. Installed all my stuff off the old drive. In and out in two days. Runs great better than new. Saved $$$ in the long run.Recommend them highly.

Very knowledgeable techs who quickly replaced my broken phone screen. Price was more reasonable than other places I had called and they were faster as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any of your cell phone, tablet or laptop issues!!!

I have been to Tipton Repair many times. I get all of my computer parts, cell phone accessories, and repairs done there. Won't go anywhere else! Great prices and great people. Super convenient to be in atoka! Very knowledgeable, ask them anything. Their custom computer builds are great!

These guys are great! They had all the parts I needed to build my first gaming PC! Something I've wanted since I was really young, I also bought one of the power banks and got it engraved with the machine they have and it came out looking very nice, I've been in there a lot getting new parts for my computer, they were also able to get my laptop a new battery and replace my hard drive with an SSD which made it sooo much faster, I also got my back glass replaced on my Samsung, I thought it was going to take forever but it was only about 20 minutes, I highly recommend coming here for computer and phone repairs!

These guys are great. They have helped me with about everything from VGA cables to new laptops and printer. They even fixed my DVD player. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and always appreciate the kind words and conversation.

Didn't have the screen for my phone, but said if I bought the screen they would install it! Ordered the screen and will be back! Friendly staff

my computer crashed, thought it was was dead, called tipton repair, spoke with Mike, he asked a few questions, he told me he could get it back going, he found the problem, got it back home and it works fine and maybe a little faster, thanks tipton repair...give Mike a raise, he's very smart and great guy.....

The guys at Tipton Repair do phenomenal work! I have taken several phones to them for screen repairs (I have kids). I also appreciate that they are straight shooters and if the repair isn't worth the cost or is outside of their capabilities they will tell you! It's rare nowadays to find a company with integrity!

Fantastic service! Took my son s laptop in to be diagnosed and repaired. The guys fixed it up within a couple hours at a fair price. Will definitely be back for any and all future tech repairs or rebuild. They are the best!

I dropped my S20+ and did a number on the screen. Once I got it to them they had it fixed in no time. I am very glad that we have a local place to take our devices to when we mess them up.

Tim and his staff are very knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. They get your device back to you as quickly as possible. I have recommended many people to them with no regrets. They are honest and do not preform any unnecessary "repairs" your device.

I ve been there twice and they re the best. They replaced my husband s screen for a good price this past year. I went in there last week because my speaker wasn t working well and my phone was hard to hear on speaker or watching videos. They cleaned the speakers and it s working so much better now. Thank you Tipton Repair! I ll also add that they are very nice and professional.

Top notch guys here at Tipton Repairs. Tried their best to do a data recovery for me that unfortunately was not successful. Ended up buying some memory I needed for my laptop and saved me a trip to Memphis. Will definitely return again.

Outstanding service from Tipton Repair.I FUBARd my screen assembly (glass, LCD, digitizer) on my Motorola One 5g Ace. I decided to try and fix it myself (as well as replace the battery, since I had the phone open). Everything was going fine, until I broke an antenna connector right off the logic board, taking a data pad with it, as well as damaging all the other pads. I realized this had just gone 4 notches beyond my "expertise"I called and went to several phone/device "repair businesses". The ones I called wanted almost $200 to fix it without even looking at it (a new phone cost $250), and the ones I went to wouldn't even touch it. Said to he** with it and left Memphis and went all the way to Tipton as a Hail Mary.Walked into the store and talked to the men at the front desk; I explained my situation to them. They looked at it and explained in detail what I destroyed. They took it to the back and came out not half a minute later and said "yeah he's back there soldering it now". I was stunned, considering other "businesses" reactions. I talked to the men at the front desk about devices; they gave me a lot of helpful information. The repair was done in not even 15 minutes. They even put some very high quality double sided device adhesive on my backplate so I can actually seal my phone back up, as well as plugging my ribbon cables back in. The prices are beyond reasonable. The cost of gas to make an almost hour drive from Memphis is far worth it. Fast, quality, professional service. Tipton Repair is an actual device repair business, not a parts changer like others.No more opening devices for me, I'll bring them to the skilled and experienced staff at Tipton Repair.Phone is just like new now, got a better case and screen protector this time too.

Took a Iphone 7 plus not working, black screen. Our daughter suggested I take it to Tipton. The hours aren't convenient for us, but we were able to get there. After taking it to another Memphis shop (They wanted to replace the phone). The staff at Tipton took the phone started it and replaced the the battery in about 20 minutes . Great service.

Guy at counter very anti social and not very eager to help. Went by3 times and will continue to do busy with Bartlett.I do not recommend them at all.

Take my word for it, these guys are good. They won't charge you if they can't do anything, they work on pretty much all electronic devices. Some things they won't even charge you for, like cleaning out your charging port. You can't go wrong by chosing them

They were so great!! Everyone who worked there was so nice and they fixed my phone In leas than a day and it needed a new screen and a new charging port. And the prices were also great!! Very reasonable!! I will be using them from now on!!

Edit*Mr Tim called me personally and talked to me about my review. He was very kind and understanding. He even offer to fix my phone and apologize for the young man rudeness. So, because he took the time out to call encouraged me to change my rating from a 3 to 5. Thank you Mr. Tim.

Due to my grandsons inability to protect his iPad screen I am a repeat customer many times. The service is fast efficient and I really appreciate the service they offer for all electronics I have. Their prices are very low to boot

These guys run a great business. Easy to get to in Atoka, TN. Worth the drive. They also sell computers and cell phones and covers for the phones. They fix computers, cell phones and electronics. I highly recommend this business.

I am a senior citizen and as most of us we don't do well with technology. I purchased a new printer and I could not get it to print. I called TR and although they don't normally work on printers they agreed to look at my problem. They fixed it. Thank you!

Thought I needed a new charging port on my Iphone 11 because I had to prop it up or put weight on it to make it charge, took it in to your shop and your guy cleaned a bit of pocket lint out of it and BOOM it charges like new again, took him about 15 seconds. I can't thank your guy enough I have been messing with this thing for 2 months. I really do appreciate your service.
