Wife went for oil change. They removed 2 quarts and said it was low. They put 5 quarts in and said it was over filled so they had to take 3 quarts back out. Which means there is still a lot of old oil they didn't remove in the engine. My wife is currently on the side of the interstate with her skid plate almost completely off the car because they don't know how to put screws back in. Insane incompetence at this place.

I recently visited this oil change store, and was thoroughly impressed. The new hires were exceptionally being trained by the management staff, reflecting the manager s commitment to quality.The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff provided efficient service with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch automotive care.

Attendants were affable but appeared to be overwhelmed. Oil change took 50 mins and waited 1 hour in line prior. They entered my name, car and mileage wrong in their system. One attendant even lied to me about why they were not removing oil pan plugs. They used a suction device which took 30 min per care. I guess he thought I was stupid. I used to service cars but decided not to challenge them because they were already in chaos. This was my 3 visit to the Athens Tn store. I do not know what caused their poor performance. I will not be back.

Will not be going back ! Techs got oil all over front of my pearl white car and the tech that wiped it off my car still had his oily gloves on and to top it off used a oily paper towel to smear it all over ! Any tech that touches a car should have clean hands and they should be using fender mats so oil and grease on there clothes don t get on the vehicle ! Took cabin air filter out and just crammed it back in there was not put back in correctly I ended up doing it myself !

I wish I could figure out how to post a picture of what was holding in my headlight that they replaced. Smh it literally took stupid to a whole new level! Went in for an oil change was told my passenger side headlight was out and they asked if I would like it replaced about 3 months later the bulb was out on that side after they replaced it, when I went in for another oil change I brought it to their attention that the bulb went out and I've only had it 3 months instead of them checking it out I was told it's probably a wiring issue. I had my brother check it out for me (he's mechanic) and when he did, to mine and his disbelief the worker who replaced my bulb at some point couldn't get the bulb to click in correctly and instead of trying to to fix the problem they took the bottom of a fast food restaurant cup and wedged it in there to hold the light bulb in place! No wonder dude immediately jumped to a wiring issue instead of looking at it he probably recognized my vehicle and came up with that excuse so he didn't have to be faced with what he did the first time he put the bulb in! Don't offer a service to someone when your employees have no idea what they're doing.Edit... figured out how to add a photo also adding photos of the piece the gentlemen broke off the headlamp. The silver piece is what the bulb is supposed to snap into, the silver piece is apart of the headlamp and was completely snapped off so instead of the guy taking just the bulb out he twisted the whole silver piece it connects into and snapped it off. A new headlamp for my vehicle runs about $300.

I will never let these people touch my vehicle again. I found an oil stain under my vehicle that was coming from the oil filter they installed. It was so bad in less then a couple of hundred miles I was down over a quart of oil. The tech did not tighten the filter properly. They charged me $125 for the service besides. NEVER AGAIN.

I sat in line for about an hour. Ridiculous prices. 90 dollars for an oil change on an HONDA we needed a new air filter and that made it 107 dollars. 17 dollars for a filter? It was originally 29 however the man gave a coupon. The workers were very nice, overall I will not be back. Oil change is too high, filter change is too high, and sat in line forever.

Waste time and money!!! Straight trash. Give me one price charge me a different price. They were having a full blown conversation about breaks. 20 min job turn into 2.5 hours plus wait. Highly disappointed

Went in and they ended up putting oil in and leaving it 1 quart low and ended up with a check engine light on that was not there when me and my wife showed up I will never go back

I waited for over an hour to get my oil changed, so I left and will never go back.guys standing around doing nothing. It appeared they had no leadership. They lost my business.

I was there at a high volume time of 5:00 pm. Riley, Casey and the pit crew did a great job. They were professional, courteous and took the time to not rush the jobs just to push customers through. They did the jobs right. They communicated well as the after-work cars lined up for service.Despite the high summer heat index the crew maintained courtesy and friendliness with a smile.Top tier crew!

Waited a hour in line was told I would get a 20% off discount instead of 15% military didn t get ether, oil change and a air filter $144.84 later I come home to see oil and grease all over the front of my jeep, manager was Niko topside Samuel bottom side Dominic will NEVER be back didn t even clean off drain plug or wipe off oil filter after installService: Oil change

Only tried to call kept getting routed to a call center somewhere working off a phone script, I only deal with people so I went down the street to a tire store. Would never go or recommend again!!!

Took my car in for an oil change 2 weeks ago. They didn't screw everything back in right and per the dealership, they stripped the screws on the mass air flow sensor, damaging the sensor as well. Between diagnosis and replacement, I'm spending $400+! Besides that, the technicians were goofing around and smeared oil across the front of my car. Oil change also took an hour with 2 cars in front of me. For a company charging premium prices, the experience was underwhelming to say the least.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The service guys were great and so friendly! They went over all my lights and fluids. You stay in your car and it literally takes 15-20 minutes once you get in the bay. Highly recommend and I definitely will go back.

What is going on with Valvoline? Before the pandemic 10 minute oil change. Now that is literally a thing of the past. Tbh, I think they have taken the 10 minute oil change signs down.Sooo tired of pulling up to 5-10 cars waiting at every single Valvoline. I am giving this two stars because every time I have went to this particular Valvoline they have been nice but the service was/has been exceptionally slow.Hopefully I can update this when service is better, if that isn't a thing of the past also?Moderator, please don't give me some pandemic/covid is the reason, excuse.Work to solve the issue.

After my latest visit, the crew at Valvoline either lost or pocketed all 4 designer valve stem caps from the tires of my truck. The manager, Riley, was very professional and took steps to make it right. He ordered the missing covers at his own expense and was able to coordinate with Cheriat to replace them for me. The other manager, Jonathan, suggested that I lost the valve stem covers or that all 4 had somehow spun off just hours after leaving their facility. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location, as it is the only quick change in the area, but now with much less trust

Waited for hours.. just for a simple oil change.. I went on a Saturday and had plans.. they weren't organized.. two cars in a different lane went Infront of me... If J-Pro was open on the weekends I know I would have gotten in in 30 mins or less!! Definitely will make sure I go back to J-Pro during the week!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
