I went in to have the battery and check engine light looked at. A associate named Jason acted annoyed he had to check the light. Then when he did check it he muttered some words and just walked away back inside. I went in behind him and he just started helping someone else at the counter. I threw my hands up. I just left. He didn t even check the battery. I would have bought a new one if I needed to. I get that some people like cars and like car parts but your job is customer service.

I'm an Employee of another parts store that didn't have in stock the parts I needed so I checked with O O'Reilly's and they had my parts. Now at the parts store where I am employed I get a 20,% discount on most anything and I told the counter man and he said he would match my price and he did. So cheers to O'Reilly's

I've been in this store several times. Usually I have gone to Advance Auto or Auto Zone, but I will most likely be back here before I go to the other two, because every time I have been in here they do their best to save me money and find me the exact parts I'm looking for, and if they don't have them they will find someone who does. If the part is to be ordered it's there the following morning or day after. The personnel there is very knowledgeable on their profession, and if someone isn't sure they have each other to back them up and get it resolved and figured out. Very pleased. Keep up the awesome service!!

Very satisfied! Assistant manager Bruce was extremely helpful. I left with everything I needed for my clay bar project....I can't wait to see my jeep when I'm finished.

Our van stalled and threw a check engine light on nearby - we were able to drive the 2 miles to OReilly s and get the code looked at. Manager Jason spent time helping my husband diagnose the issue, get the right part, and offered help to change the part right on the lot so we could continue our trip back home to Michigan. Super happy and thankful for these guys! Saved us on a Saturday afternoon when most shops are closed. Definitely 5 service!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The guy that waited on me was super nice, well mannered and got the parts I needed quickly and I was out of there in a matter of a couple minutes! Didnt catch his name or I would mention him by it.

Talked to "Bruce" a couple days ago. Probably the best customer service I'd say I've ever had anywhere ever, and got my parts and got them right and fast. Kudos. Job done very well sir

This is my second or third visit to this O'Reilly's Auto parts store. I even contacted them over the phone before going in and I must say these guys were really helpful. They were recommended by a dealership and I'm glad they were. Not only did they help me the first time I visited their store but they definitely helped me out again this time. I have an old school car an 96 Impala SS. So, as you can imagine, finding parts or even people that know what I'm talking about, has been ridiculous locally. But these guys hit it out of the ballpark with customer service, double checking, and all around customer care. Big huge shout out to ALEX who was the person I've spoken to on the phone as well as the person that helped me each time I came in. The other employees are nice, yet Alex is my go-to person from now on. Great job O'Reilly's!!

Nick and Micah went above and beyond to help me when I got a piece of debris stuck under my vehicle. I wasn't even buying anything, but they helped this old man out. Sadly, I found out that Micah is no longer employed by O'Reilly's. He was a credit to the company and it is certainly their loss. Shout out to Nick and hope to see you soon.

I came in for windshield wipers and Eddie worked for about 2 hours trying to find a difficult fit for my mini. He did not give up. While I was there I noticed that the phone never rang more than twice and every customer was greeted as they walked in and helped in a timely manner. These guys are awesome!!! Thanks Eddie!

Bought a battery for my Honda hybrid here. The battery was 3100.00. I ordered the battery on Friday, paid with a check it came in took my old battery back on Sunday to get a refund, they told me the manager was not there, and that I would have to wait till Monday. I said fine just sign the receipt to let them know I brought it back. Well come Monday morning at 8:00 I went on there they told me they didn't have money at that time. I said ok I will be back between 1-3 the manager said we should habe the money by then. Well went in at lunch was told by am employee that it would have to come from corporate, I said well a manager told me to come back at lunch, that same manager then came out an told me the same stuff. I would not of been so mad if they would of told me that early that morning. For over 2 weeks I got the runs around from this store. It seems like they kept changing managers. People just want information up front and mot be lied to.

If you drive a old car, go to O Reillys. The employees are knowledgeable.Where as Autozone, a kid outta high school can get a job there.Don t u think if a person is going to work in a auto part store, he/she should know something about auto mechanics? I do. The part I needed which was a fuse/relay isn t listed in the manual. Simple thing, you d think, but can t replace it if you don t know where it s located. Right? I called the service department at the dealer, they didn t know, and they r supposed to be the absolute best. Their the dealer. I went to Autozone, young man said the part wasn t listed in their system. Yeah Right!!! Auto zone just hires folks to fill the position, don t care if all you know about a car is driving one. Autozone cares more about your computer skills than knowledge of a automobile. But, I went to O Reillys, and they located the part I needed, showed us where it is on the car. Most importantly, the young men knew what we were talking about. They were talking cars, parts etc.Thank you O Reillys.. You just got ur self a new customer
