Absolutely great service!! Did back windshield removal & replacement ceramic tint 9/6/23. Price quoted match price paid. I didn't have ride so had to walk (very slowly & stopping several times) to find place to wait. Billy called in just 3 hours(as uncertain repair time estimated several hours) & said it was done. As I walked out to start back to his place, he shows up in my fixed car & chauffeurs me back. Very highly recommend!!

Paid quite a bit for ceramic tint in 2021, guy just didn t seem like he knew what he was doing asking if it was okay if my tint was jagged not cut straight and peeling. said okay but maybe don t tint if you re not so confident in your services

I purchased a speaker less than a month ago. Was told we could do a simple "in-house" swap within 6 months and after that, up to 1 year they would have to deal with filing a claim with Memphis. Today I dealt with the claimed owner(not certain. Lobby was like a trash heap and he was laid out on the couch on the phone.) I felt as if I was a problem. I could hardly get him to even check it out. Not to mention the unprofessional bad language. He told me I could get a speaker faster than him. One of his employees(I am assuming) was very helpful my first visit and at least attempted to help me this visit. I won't be back or refer. Was needing tint done and decided not to use them today.

The most professional car audio and window tinting business on the west coast. I would recommend them to anyone. They always make you feel welcome and take care of the vehicles as if they were their own. From just a simple radio install to even a full custom interior they treat everyone with the utmost respect. I've not once seen or heard them bash another shop because they've had to redo someone else's screw up. Thank you guys for treating me and my family like family I give yall 100 stars.

Use to have no problems with Elite but when you pay $5,000 for a stereo installment plus many more things and it turned out to be a hack job, I wouldn't recommend anyone going to Elite!! You will NOT get what you paid for! 0 rating for this shop!

Oran did my headliner for my Nissan Xterra and it looks amazing! I can finally drive my SUV without get orange stuff in my hair or eye!

The worst place I've ever dealt with had an appointment 2 weeks ago went there and they told us they would call and tell us when to bring the car in even though we had a 9 am appointment called them at 12 and they said we weren't on the books so we made another appointment for today at 10 am dropped the car off and they said it would be a couple hours called at 4 they told us to pick up the car get there and they didn't do anything they said they were told not to I had to take 2 days off I own my own business so it cost me about 800 dollars for nothing
