Needed a part, they had to have it delivered from another store, called me that afternoon to let me know it was in. Picked it up, neither me nor the employee realized it was a 'left' or 'right' specific part. Got home, realized I had wrong side, called back, they immediately had another part delivered.Next day I swung by, swapped out part, no fuss, quick and easy. Great job guys, appreciate the great service. And the tool rental service is a fantastic

They were super friendly and super helpful. The man put a meter on the computer and fixed a really simple problem. Very professional. That's the only place in Ashland City that I will go to now. They earned a life long customer.

Stopped in to check on a battery. The manager on duty was not friendly and would barely speak. I had to deal with a kid that did not no what he was doing. As I was waiting on him to get me a battery I tried to talk with manager and was basically ignored. After I left the store I had to go home and take cables off and clean the corrosion off. They need to train their employees on how to properly install a battery and hire managers with a personality. 10-27-2023 I want be back

I used to work for AZ Commercial, back when they had a Commercial, so I have a soft spot for AutoZone, just make sure you got time to make two trips

I had a great customer service experience. Yesterday my vehicle overheated on the interstate and this AutoZone location was the closest one I could get to. It happened around 7:15 PM, shortly before the store closed and I was two hours away from my destination. THOMAS was incredibly helpful -- he provided amazing customer service, answered my questions thoroughly, was patient, and filled my car up with coolant. I was able to get back on the road safely. He deserves a RAISE!

We have only had great experience with AutoZone. They have always had our parts or they came in the next morning. They make sure the part is right for my car by always looking up my name and pulling up my car and asking if it is still for this car and we going through the year make model and engine size. Thank you Auto Zone

Very rude service. I walked in and said I needed to get my battery tested, the two guys behind the register looked at each other. One said Well you got what you asked for . The other responded well he asked you so you gotta do it . One of the men then proceeded to test my battery, did not explain anything to me, was extremely unhelpful and extremely rude all around.

Employees here have no respect for their customers. I have not been in this story in over 11 years after my first visit here over a battery I bought from a different store and just moved to the area. I needed a part fast and figured I would just swing in and out no worries. Parts guy behind the counter rude and would not listen to what I needed one to hand me a part I said wouldn't work he said it was. I was in hurry so I took it. Next day I go to return it and there where different Employees working and where just as rude like it was my fault and they did not act like they where going to return it. Long story short drive 5 more minutes and shop elsewhere. And FYI if you can wait 2 days order online and save a lot of money

My wife purchased a Duralast Gold battery in May of 2020. It would not start the car May of 2023. A good Samaritan jumped her car and she made it home. I tried to charge the battery but it would not hold a charge. We took it back to the Ashland City AutoZone store on May 9th, 2023. Only to learn the warrantee expired on May 8th. We explained the battery died on May 8th. Even though the warrantee expired they honored the warrantee and gave us a new battery at no cost! What a great bunch of people! I've always been an AutoZone fan, but especially now!! They have always been very helpful to me every time I've been in the store. Thank you!! Al C

Tried to return my Valucraft battery to get my core fee refunded. I had all the information including phone number for the receipt, date of purchase, store number where it was purchased (A different store in another state). Even with all of that and the fact that it was an Autozone brand battery, they would only give me a $10 store credit. I was going to buy another battery there, but the fact that they made it so difficult to just get my money back, I took the battery and left. I ll go to a competitor.

My experience was horrible at this location. I called in advance looking for a battery for my keyless remote and was told it was in stock and they would install it for me. I spoke with Eddie. When I got there, there was an elderly man at the register, I told him what I needed and what size I needed, 2032. He pointed at the battery display, I got the battery, went to register and explained that when I called the guy said you would put it in for me. He was very smug and said maybe we can, maybe we can't. I told him I had called in advance and it was in stock otherwise I would not have stopped. I paid for the battery but he made no attempt to put the battery in my keyless remote so I said I would try to do it myself. He said oh so you have changed them before huh being sarcastic. I said no but had watched a video and would try. I then left the store. I will never go back again. I should have stopped at O'Reillys instead of the location.

We have bought parts from all the stores in Ashland City Tennessee but now since Eddie Atkinson is manager of the AutoZone in Ashland City we have switched our business to them you ll get a five star customer service when you go to them I recommend them for all your parts needs

I have never had an issue here before however today I saw a rep talk down to a customer who came in looking for a socket set.Then with customers still in the store use profanity to describe the interaction to another rep.Very unprofessional!

They would not change my battery they said it had too many bolts so I took it to O'Reilly's and they changed it it only had three bolts

Had a flat tire late (5pm to 6pm) on labor day in front of auto zone. Went in a purchased tire plugs and one of the tire inflators with slime in it. Got out and the inflator didnt work at all, took it back in and was told that we broke it so they wouldn't exchange it. The looked at it and said that a fuse was blown in it and that they could sell us another fuse. When we pull5it out of the case the cord was not tied together like it had been used before. After sitting for about 30 minutes we finally got them to exchange it but was told if this one dont work there is nothing they could do about it. Not the way to keep business. I know and understand that they have to watch their bottom line but it shouldn't be at the customer's cost. This is why I dont use auto zone, I will drive past 10 auto zones to get to another parts store from now on, if need be.

This is the worst place to go for parts. Tony is very unprofessional and let's his emotions and snide attitude reflect in his service. If you want a hard time and usually have to go back for the correct item with drama. Shop here!!!

I had to change my spark plugs in the parking lot and didn't have the tools to fix it which they let me use them and employees were nice and was glad to help out with services!

Went in to get a filter for my transmission the manager looked up the part says it s not serviceable,went down to advance auto and they pulled it up no problem.Not the first time.I ll be going to advance auto from now on
