Was having a bad day and having issues out of my camper battery and had to go get new cables for it which is the last thing I wanted to do while having a bad day.. however when I got there Jessica helped me find what I needed and gave me some recommendations on other projects and even gave me a good laugh before I left! She was awesome!

Needed clips for my breaks on an 06 dodge 1500 . Went in to pick them up. The salesperson was very nice detailed oriented as to the part . I had no idea what i needed but explained it to them they new exactly what i needed. I have been to the two other part stores and the guys in there just seemed in a rush and didnt act as if they cared. I will never go back to either place . From now on i will only go to advanced auto in ashland city. If they dont have the part i will have them order it . They have a lifetime coustomer from me .

Battery died in Ashland City. Got a jump in parking lot and drove to Auto Zone since it was the closest. Kid came out and popped my hood and said "ugh". I asked him why the attitude with the battery and he said I've only done this once and it took us awhile...I'm pretty sure I can do it. Not what I wanted to hear at all....So I left there real quick and drove to O'reillys . I was told by employee that they couldn't mess with my battery because of the box that sits on top of it. I Had to be jumped off again. Drove down to Advance Auto Parts. Dealt with Jessica. Now that's how customer service is done. She was right on top of things. Looked up battery. Went to my car and said no problem. She got up on a stool (I have a SUV) and took care of business in about 15 minutes flat. Incredible. Girl was rockin it! I will never go back to those other two places. You want great service and the job done right and fast go see someone at Advance Auto Parts! FYI Jessica is amazing if you go. Definitely have my business in the future.

When in for a water pump and other odds and ends for my 55. Jessica was who helped me. She was extremely friendly and helped me get the right parts to get me back on the road. Thank you.

Replacing the battery in my truck is a terrible process because of the design and I didn t have the proper socket extensions needed to remove the dead one. Jessica jumped right in and helped me with the right tools and competent skills. Definitely wouldn t have been able to do this without her help. Great attitude and super helpful!

I out to run some errands today and as I left Walmart in Ashland City I started having car trouble and I was able to get to Advance Auto Parts and they were Wonderful and Very Kind and Helpful while as was waiting for triple A. My neighbor showed up and he helped me as well. I will use them again in the future.

The crew in Adv. Auto do their best to help you with your auto part needs and they will even help you the best that they can if you have any questions. There has been times when I needed a part that was out of stock, but, they would have it in the store for me by the next! This crew, runs like a well oiled machine.

The manager on duty today has horrible customer service skills. I will never shop at this location again. I was offended and talked down too and he couldn't even help me solve my problem. He doesn't need to talk with customers. He was also rude to the couple before me then talked bad about them after they walked out the door.

Went there yesterday about some brakes my sister had order online and they were the wrong one. Staff were very helpful.I would not get service like that anywhere else.Never had a bad experience here.Thanks!!!

I was having a hard time finding a particular relay for my daughter's 14-year-old car. I could have ordered one from the dealer for forty dollars or so, but the guy behind the counter found a suitable replacement for less than ten bucks. It took a few minutes, but it worked. It just seems like the people working here really know cars, and enjoy helping out how they can.

I would like to know when your neighborhood auto parts stopped checking oil for a customer? I am extremely disappointed in the service, or should I say lack of service. I was told point blank. "We do not check oil. We do not touch the oil dipstick". Then was pretty much ignored. I will not be returning to Advanced Auto Parts.

Today is was helped by Bob but all of the people there are super helpful and today I saved $20 just because he and another guy took the time and effort to get me the best oil change deal. I don't go anywhere else if I can help it.

I've been going to advance for along time.the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you happen to get the wrong part they always make it right .advance will get all my business.

I bought a fuel pump from them and after I dropped my fuel tank to replace I find out the pump they sold me wasn't the right one for my truck. So I call to get a new one and they assured me it was the right one (which it wasn't) so finally they find me a new one. At which point I installed the new one and when i turned the engine on I find that the floater is broken. Called to get some sort of compensation for a new one and I was informed that because I had installed it they would not be able to assist me. I will never buy another truck part from them and I advise everyone I know not to either.

Management here is horrible and greatly needs change or serious retraining in customer service. I've had two simple exchanges that I had drama with the manager with for no reason. Use the store on Charlotte Pk in Nashville or any of 3 other stores in Ashland City.

Advance Auto is my favorite place to shop for Auto Parts. Especially the one here in Ashland City because they're always helpful and very friendly and eager to assist you as quickly as possible..
