EDITED FROM THE REPLY BELOW. The fact that you said i had the option to bring it back, but I declined...is a bold faced lie. They never gave me the option to bring it back to fix it. Yes it is a "used" vehicle i bought for 13k cash...but that doesnt change the fact that it could have been decent running. Also, my wife and I had no option to get an extended warranty for an extra cost..because I would have purchased this. Please show us this proof or footage. I'm okay with having some disagreements, but don't lie to make your business look better. Like I said, my first experience buying was great, this one was horrible. I keep it honest. Please reach out and show me some sort of proof you offered to bring my truck in and also offered the extra coverage. ORIGINAL REPLY: First experience buying a vehicle was honestly not too bad with them. I purchased a vehicle in Feb 2024 (2011 f150) with 154k miles for 13k. It supposedly came with a 6000 mile warranty on drivetrain, which I was comfortable with at the time of purchase. The dash lights starting lighting up before I even had the chance to make it home. The codes threw a turbo underboost, front brake lines about to collapse, had to replace clogged converter, timing chain was too tight, along with cam tensioners. This was all the paperwork and repairs that needed to be done per Al White Ford in Manchester. I called and asked if G&S could take my truck in for repairs and they said that they couldn't get it in for a month...a truck I bought at their dealership because I needed a truck for truck purposes. I called the so warranty company that was supposed to cover my vehicle and they said that they only covered up to $1000 on repairs...sad. So here I am 7k more dollars later and thankfully because of Al White Ford, I'm able to hopefully use a truck that I purchased for its intended purpose. I'm sad to have to leave this review, but some of these dealerships should support returning customers by fixing these vehicles or at least trying to make it right. Its almost like if you don't have much money and you try to buy a nice vehicle and it breaks down the same day or week...you're on your own.

Scotty and Diane have always went beyond themselves to help us in anything . The vehicles we ve bought have always been great. I can depend on what I buy will be what I expect to be a vehicle I can rely to have for years and years and they have your backs if any problems. I ve been with them over 20 years.

This is the most AMAZING car lot not only is their cars awesome but the people who work in there is very respectful, loving,caring and listens to YOUR every want and need! I recommend this car lot to anyone dont think you could go anywhere else an get the same respect n most caring people than G&S auto sales! Not just one person BUT every single person is amazing in there! If you buy ur car anywhere else you are crazy!! Very amazing place. Thank yall so much for being the best!

I had been looking for an F150 for 6-8 weeks. I had traveled 100 miles in all directions from my home to test drive a truck to fit my specific needs. Test drove one in Murfreesboro TN, in Albertville AL, Cullman AL, and went to look at one in Columbia TN. Could not find anything to match my wants. Low and behold, G&S in my hometown had one on the lot and I completely overlooked it. I stopped in spoke with Nathan. At the time the truck was being looked at by another person so He would not consider the thought of selling the vehicle until that person walked away from the deal. I called back the next 2 days and finally Nathan agreed as the other customer walked away. I got great trade in value for my trade and financed through Redstone as I wanted. They hooked me up with a warranty and I was good to go. I was told anything happens in the first 30 days or 1000 miles they would take care of it. I had 2 electrical issues and true to their word, they fixed them at no cost to me.I would and have been recommending G&S to everyone. You don't stay in business as a used car dealer long in a small town unless you are truly taking care of your customers and stand behind what you sell. I can tell you they do and I could not be more pleased with my Truck. Its not perfect but man it's close and I love it!!

I purchased a car over 6yrs. Ago nice people to do business with. Still drive the 2003 Pontiac GT. I traded it back to them for 2011 Ford Mustang 4.0 premium. I still have it and it s been a awesome car!

Drove 40 minutes to look at a truck just to have the salesman give me no information on the truck and tell me that I have to fill out an application to test drive the truck. The application was for a loan not to test drive it and when we went back outside he was trying to sell a car to someone else so we left. They pulled my credit did not help me and made me waist an afternoon for nothing.

Applied for a 2k loan for a car..through them. Then I got notified by Redstone Banking about a 5 k loan...hmmm..3 k difference there. So I called them and their response was " Oh we always add on for extra coverage" ..not this Girl ..ya don't just " Willy Nilly add 3 k to a loan"...
