Eddie with the service department has recently helped me with two vehicle repairs. His customer service is excellent. He was able to take my vehicle in right away and help coordinate transportation to get me to Enterprise for a rental so that I could get back to work. Eddie is excellent with his communication skills in helping the customer to understand the repairs and the best course of action to get your vehicle running properly. He keeps you updated during the repair process and he even offered snacks for my children. West Chevrolet s service department is superb. They have a nice clean waiting room with comfortable chairs, a TV, children s area and table, vending machines, and clean restrooms. When the time comes for me to upgrade my vehicle I will definitely be returning to West Chevrolet. The company s customer service is excellent. Something you don t see much anymore!

Modified: customer service did their best, that's why I gave it one star, Eddie tried to keep me mobile through all of it, but the guys in the back, I popped the shell off, and the grit and grime was the exact same, fingerprints and all, from when me and a friend had changed my thermostat and knock sensor.Kept my car two weeks, charged 1500 for seals, to fix limp mode, gave me a refund. Wanna see what they gave me for two weeks and 1500 bucks.When I get home, I'll show y'all the service reports, my bolts in the transmission, exactly like how they looked when I swapped out the thermostat. Nothing under the plastic carriage was touched when they "examined" and "worked" on my car.Eddie was nice and kind, but the other guys, I'm not sure what they told him, but it's pure grit and grime like nothing was touched.

Sale process was good and salesman was very patient during my truck search. I traded my near perfect 2022 Nissan Frontier (23k miles) for a 2021 Chevy 1500LT Trail Boss (36k miles). Just a few days later, my Silverado is having transmission issues but Eddie in service has been super helpful and communicative during the process. Hopefully parts become available soon so our family can enjoy what we paid for. Unfortunately, there seems to be a real lack of concern from the Sales department since the sale is already final.Update: the service department went above and beyond to help get my Silverado fixed. I can t thank Doug and Eddie enough for their efforts!

Took my 2015 Silverado in for my dash lights such as brake control, tire pressure, etc dials fluxing back and forth. Dropped my truck off on a Monday and they had a deal going on for oil change so I said I d get that too. Later that day I called to check on my truck and was told that they had everything squared away so I went to pick it up once I got there nothing had been done to my truck at all. Mistakes happen and I understood that so no big deal truck still needed to be fixed so I brought it back later that week and they had my truck maybe an hr and I get a call saying they found the problem said my harness, battery cables, and fuse panel needed to be replaced and would cost $1200 I asked and this will fix my problem I was told yes they had my truck a week. Then I get another call said in the midst of them putting the other parts in, my dash cluster was fried and blamed it on it being on its last leg, then asked if I wanted it replaced like I really had a choice that was another $300. They didn t pay for it I did they didn t charge me labor on something that they broke at this point my bill is $1500 but to fix my truck I was willing to pay. When called to pick up my truck and everything is fixed I get in my truck to leave crank it and my dash is still doing the very thing I took it for so now I ve paid $1500 $300 of which was for something they fried. I go back inside and let them know they tell me I won t pay anything else after this they have my truck for another week and then tell me it s a lightbulb so I pick my truck up I go to the parts store and I buy $100 lightbulb And my problem is fixed but I m the one that fixed it $1600 later and it was $100 fix. I then called and left a message trying to talk with the service manager to see if I can get some type of reimbursement and never got a call back so now that s why I m leaving a review

Easy truck buying experience. Bought 2023 RST. Simple no pressure found what I wanted Hollywood helped me listen and got my truck. Finance department explained all details great lady. Got the truck in following day for ceramic coat and interior protective coating. No problem. Seem easy to talk to and people listen. Everyone I met was courteous and friendly to me. Even people not involved with sale.

Scheduled work for a recall for Tuesday and when I arrived the scheduled day I made a week previously they informed me they did not have the part after having a week to order it. Had to leave my car at dealership because it had a recall that the hood could fly open until Friday. No rental car was offered. Part came in Thursday and dealership could have called me asking if I'd like an earlier appointment as my original one was Tuesday. They didn't. I had to ask 3 times on Friday at my new scheduled time of 11 am when my car would be worked on as I stood at the counter for 30 minutes and my ride waited on me to be told "They'll be back from lunch to do it by 2pm" as well as "We see you at 11 am it doesn't mean we work on your car at 11 am." Nick ran back and forth obviously not understanding his job well the entire time only spending a couple minutes at a time explaining anything to me then disappeared for much longer than he spent talking to me. I talked more to the other workers than him while he asked them for help the whole time. I was nervous the entire time and I hope I never have another recall and surely will not go to this location if I do. The one worker said he wants a Toyota Tacoma as his next car as an example of how the customer service and job done for my recall went. My partner's dad drove me and he was treated much differently when he became agitated at them running me around for a half hour over a service scheduled 3 days previously he had already drove with me to drop the car off for. Nick needs to be able to do his job not ask the other two employees how to do everything. Why couldn't the other two service me if he didn't understand how to? They were also plain rude, at least Nick wasn't he just couldn't do his job. Maybe I want a Toyota next too so I don't have to deal with this dealership.

Eddie was wonderful to work with during a very unexpected repair while out of town. Transparent pricing, kept up on communication during the whole process and overall excellent customer service! I am normally not a "dealership" fan but Eddie may have changed my mind!

Bought a new 2024 rst at west great people there service department is better than the other chevy dealers. I have dealt with beaty and had to bring to west to fix their mistakes. Would recommend West chevy for anyone looking for a great deal and great service.

I recently ordered and then purchased a vehicle through West Chevrolet. Everything went very smooth. Communication was great through the whole process. They did not add a market adjustment/dealer mark up that at least one of the other dealers in town was still doing for this particular vehicle. The expected dealer add ons were available at closing, but they were not pushy or aggressive to try and have you buy something you were not interested in, which also was appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase another vehicle here again.

We recently purchased our vehicle from West Chevrolet and we couldn t have been happier with the experience. They didn t waste our time and were extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We ve been buying cars for a long time and we ve never had a better experience. If you re in the market for a new or used car without the stereotypical hassle, please give them a serious look.

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service desk personnel were not friendly but cold. I drove out and immediately returned there was a sensor for my tires that came on. whoever rotated my tires did not relearn the the tires sensors. another tech tried to do it but he had problems. He then return my keys to me and told me I could buy the tool on amazon. After I left almost home then the light came on again. Friendly atmosphere-none knowledge - none.

We bought new to us in February and original (previous) owner bought their new and had all maintenance done there and were given 6 oil changes with purchase. We had oil changed in June 2023 then next routine change in November. Was told we needed new oil pan that would run us around $800. Then noticed leaking oil. None of this mentioned at oil change in June. Turns out the oil plug was too big and was stripped causing the oil leak. Again, not mentioned at previous oil change. West Chevrolet paid the bill for replacement. Also at November oil change, was told time for new brakes and rotors. No signs. We took to a local Chevrolet specialist business in town to check since our oil pan debacle made us suspicious. Was told we had 50-60,000 more miles left on brakes and rotors and no sign of needing replacement at this time. So, we will no longer continue service at West Chevrolet and would rather pay for an oil change at a reliable local company than here. Hope this helps future buyers! We love our Chevrolet, just not the service and dishonesty we received from West.

Had the best experience yesterday and walked out with the car I ve wanted for months! Absolutely no troubles or hassles at all. Craig Neely was our dealer and the man was awesome in every way! Very professional but would joke and talk with you making you feel more of a family than just another customer. Highly recommend West Chevrolet. And an extra 5 stars for Craig!

I had my 2015 van towed to west Chevrolet because of a completely dead battery. Instead of just getting a new battery, I was given a huge laundry list of things they said needed immediate attention. I ok ed what I could afford at the time. They contacted me again with another thing they wanted to fix and I asked what my total was at that point. I was told $1655 plus tax. I agreed to the added repair another $375. When I went to pick up my van my total was over $2700. When I questioned this and showed the text quoting my total I was told well, that total did not include labor . That should have been stated when I asked for the total. I feel they were dishonest and ripped me off. I will never do business with them again and am telling everyone I know about my experience. Save your hard earned money , don t go to west Chevrolet

Dropped off Monday morning, it was diagnosed, said it needed a sensor. I approved without hesitation and now it s Friday and all I can get is well it s still being diagnosed waiting on foreman. No answer is not customer service.

The best dealership in Tennessee. Some of the nicest people I ve ever met. My family and I went on vacation from Louisiana to Sevierville TN and my truck was giving mechanical issues, I called every Chevy dealership and authorized service centers in Sevierville and was told they were booked and not able to take us until the end of January or no appointments was available right away! I called West Chevrolet and spoke with Christen Woods explaining my situation she asked what was goin on with my vehicle and if I would be able to bring it in. Well I bought it in and without hesitation Christen got me into a rental because she didn t want me to wait(Wonderful Customer Service), got my vehicle checked out the same day and informed me of the problem and explained what would happen next. Kept in contact with me through everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anything. Everything is done professionally, promptly, and hassle free.

They got me. I thought these guys were maybe the exception to that old rule of "never go to the dealer for service". But nope, true to form, went in for an $80 oil change, came out with a $650 bill. I'd asked them to check a hesitant tranny, they recommended a flush. Well, they flushed everything! Then I was left flushed standing there at the cashier being told what the bill was. No, they never came and explained charges, nor did I agree to them BEFORE the work was completed. They just did it and charged me. I guess I look rich or something, but it's actually less food on the table for my family. Nice job, West. Oh, and guess I'll keep waiting for Doug Reynolds to return my message. I'm sure I'm next on the list!

They didn t have the exact suburban we wanted. Got a call the next day with one in our price range, with everything we wanted and more. Love west Chevrolet. Hollywood is awesome, we ve used him so many times as well as our other family members. Get your car here, you won t regret it.

Due to issues with my 2018 Silverado's transmission (and my son and another friends transmission being replaced), I went to Best Chevrolet at the end of 2022 and traded in my 2018 Silverado for a 2019, after the sales department assured me the 2019 and newer no longer carried that transmission.I started noticing problems mid 2023 with shuttering and erratic behavior. I finally decided to take it in to be checked and the first thing I did was had them look up my transmission via serial #. Turned out... I have the same transmission. Never in a million years would I have purchase the 2019 had they not convinced me I would be out of that same junkie transmission.So the part was ordered and the torque converter was replaced, also the transmission was flushed. I sat down with the repair manager and explained the whole ordeal to him, including how I lost 10k in equity doing the trade. I even asked him if he would wave my $100 deductible because of the situation. He didn't seem to care much if I gave the dealership a one star rating. He was only interested in customers returning (why would you if your rating is low?)Since the repairs were made, there has been a no shuttering, but I've had an occasional slip when giving it gas. So I'd say it's 95% better than what it was. The repair manager made sure I was charged for the transmission filter and my deductible.Hard to recommend Best Chevrolet to anyone.

I have a problem with walking and use a handicap walker. All was well until our service was completed. The car was returned to the surface lot up a slope. This caused me to have a difficult time reaching the car. On past visits it had been returned to the drop off area. I was not pleased to say the least. May be my last visit.

Eddie and West Chevrolet are wonderful. I've been taking my Camaro there since I bought it and they have fixed it every time and even covered costs for a rental car until mine was fixed. I will continue to use them for future repairs if I need to. Thanks Eddie and West Chevrolet!
