This Toyota dealership, Rick McGill in Alcoa, TN, is awesome! I came in and thought I had the truck I wanted. I put money down to hold it for me to purchase. Got home and found out we didn't choose a hybrid. Called the dealership and asked if the truck was hybrid, and it was not. We asked if I can change the truck to get the hybrid, and they looked, and they found one. Nick and Chris were the salesmen to help me. They did a great job helping with my purchase. The process of looking for the right truck, was simple. I had to wait for the truck to get here, so it was approximately 1 week. That wasn't a problem. So yesterday was the big day!!! Thank you Chris and Nick for your professional service, for the ease of getting the truck I wanted, and making the purchase non-complicated. I hope I can navigate the truck the way Chris taught me!!! The Financial aspect was very easy. So, I am the proud owner of a:2024 Toyota Tundra 1794 Hybrid V6T 4X4 Truck!!! Woohoo It drives smooth and rides like a Cadillac. Thank you TY TY!!!

I have been customer of Rick McGill s Toyota since 2011 , When it was time for an upgrade on my 2011 Tacoma . I wanted to go with someone I know and trust . So , I went back to Rick McGills with what I wanted and budget I had. I spoke with Chris Clevenger in sales . Told him what I wanted and he delivered . He did not try to change my mind or pressure me to buy something more expensive. I did upgrade to a 2021 Tacoma . Thanks you Chris Clevenger.

We had a great experience buying a used truck. Our salesman Alex Miller was friendly, knowledgeable, and together with Jeremy Webb the sales manager , they both were able to make us happy with a fair trade in as well as sale price for the truck.

Great vehicle buying experience! We wanted a Toyota 4-Runner and we went to our local dealership first. Audrey Hopkins was our sales rep. She was very knowledgeable about the products they offered and helped us find exactly what we wanted. They gave us a great deal with great service. Very great customer service. The sales rep was very helpful Great at his job. He went Above and beyond. Help us find exactly what we wanted in the price range that we needed and helped us workout a deal that was what we wanted.Very pleased Pretty sure his name was Aaron.But I'm bad with names. Very friendly outgoing. Help Us find the vehicle that sued us best.Thank you so much.We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends. So friendly outgoing helpful. This is my third vehicle purchase with Rick McGill and our first time working with Aaron. Every time we have shopped here we have felt very comfortable and respected. We have shopped at different stages of life, which often means vastly different budgets and needs and we feel like every time our needs and interests were definitely met. We also felt that the prices are always great - considering the value of a Toyota. Always going to come to this lot for our vehicle needs and if the need arises, we hope to work with Aaron again.

I got an excellent service from Rick McGill Toyota. They went above and beyond to find me the exact Sienna that I wanted. This is at the time that you can never find these minivans at any dealership lots.They fulfilled their promises and gave me an estimate for the cost, fees and taxes at the beginning. When I finally got the car 2 month later and at the time of payment, I paid exactly the estimate they initially gave m. No overcharge.I will definitely deal with them again in the future.

Buying a car is extremely frustrating most of the time, but I was pleasantly surprised at how kind, knowledgeable and easy to deal with Gavin was during the transaction. I would recommend Gavin, he wasn t pushy in anyway, and definitely did not give off the stereo typical car salesman vibe. Matter of fact, no one that I dealt with at Rick McGill gave me that vibe. If you are looking for a car, call Gavin, you won t regret it.

Rick McGill s Toyota was super easy to deal with and super expedient. I was in and out from start to finish in about 2 hours. I will definitely start with them when it s time to get a new one!

We had an amazing experience here. Aaron did a fantastic job helping us find our dream car and he went above and beyond to serve us. I highly recommend Aaron as well as the dealership as a whole. We looked at several other dealerships, but this one was, by far, the dealership with the best customer service and they provided us with very detailed information about the car we purchased.

Took our car in for inspection and oil change. Turns out our brake lines burst. They brought us back and showed us exactly what went wrong and what their concerns were.This car was older and in rough shape to begin with. We decided to trade it in and purchase a new 2024 Camry. The process was so smooth. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Shout out to Tami and Jennie!

So far so good. We have only had the car for several days. The purchasing process was as good as I could have expected from trade in to final deal. The car we purchased was for my wife as primary driver. Jeremy Williams was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions from the onset of this purchase, beginning with just driving on the lot and leaving; to the purchase of the vehicle, explaining all of the advanced technological features on the car. All, is not accurate, at least the first session of explanations was presented in a very understanding way to my lovely 76 year wife. Again, no question went unanswered. So far a commendable place to do business.Hopefully, the service department and follow up training appointments will be just as admirable.

I am disappointed that the on the Jeep I bought there the power lock on the front right passenger door does not work and I feel they should have pointed that out to us. We realize they had us sign a paper saying we agreed to buy the Jeep "As Is." Before we agreed to buy the Jeep, the Sales Manager pointed out work that had been done to make the Jeep safe. I even ask if they were aware of any known problems with it. Just as soon as we got home, we noticed that door would not lock as it should. I immediately called our salesman and told him about it. I expected that if they didn't realize the door lock was broken, the dealership would offer to repair it. Especially since it appears the part that might fix it is not that expensive. Seems to me, that would show you appreciate our business. Instead, I was told by more than one person there that they are sorry we feel this way! Therefore, we cannot recommend this dealership and will tell our story to friends and family. Please let us know if someone up the line with this company decide they want to make this right.

Since 2015, Rick McGill Toyota's service has been invaluable to me. Throughout multiple car leases over the past eight years, I initially chose them, and I'm so grateful that I did. I was able to lease a car to be ready for my mom when she moved to the area in 2015, and we handled everything over the phone. Her perfect car awaited her at the dealership when we arrived. For years after, I happily interacted with Doug, a true professional who has since retired (congratulations, Doug!) and currently with the amiable and very helpful Jeremy. Both have provided consistently comfortable, caring, and professional customer service. The whole sales team ensures satisfaction with your buying or leasing experience. The individuals at the dealership are a pleasure to interact with, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them for their great service and great people.

Audrey Hopkins is the best sales woman ever! We have bought 4 cars from her and we always leave with a smile on our faces. Audrey is very welcoming and helpful with all the questions and concerns we may have. She is very knowledgeable in the area of cars. Ben in finance is also great and is very patient with us. The business is always open on our schedule and they have always answered any questions we may have no matter if it s a phone call or in person. We have always done business with Rick McGill Toyota and have always had a pleasant customer experience no matter if it is buying, trading, upgrading, or service. Thanks Audrey and the other crew!

This is my third RAV4 and my first purchase from Rick McGill's Toyota. Overall it was a great experience. This place has a much better family feel than large dealerships. You are more than just a sales number here. Everyone was polite/professional/friendly and thoroughly answered all questions. I look forward to doing business with them again. Jennie was our sales rep and is amazing.

Nick is a great asset to Airport Toyota. We weren t intending to buy a truck when we visited the dealership, only to see availability. When we inquired, Nick had exactly the vehicle that we had in mind and he made us an offer that we liked. Drove off the same day. We re now part of the Taco Club (Tacoma). And we love it.

By far the best vehicle purchase experience we've ever encountered from start to finish! Audrey was personable, polite, patient, and professional. We never felt pressured, the entire staff (sales, leadership, financing, and detailing/prep) was willing to answer any and all questions, and the transaction went smoothly.
