I ordered this 8 x 10 shed from Wes at the Leonard's in Alcoa. Wes was awesome in helping me decide which shed to get. He sent photos to me and answered all my questions. We were able to do this over the phone. He said it would be up to 3 weeks but I got a call a little over a week and it had been delivered to the lot. He sent me a picture of it and sent my info to Brandon Bruce so that he could setup a delivery time. Within 3 days my shed was delivered and setup. Brandon was very professional. Overall my experience was great. I looked at several shed places and Leonard's is by far the best. Thank you, Wes for helping me with this and Thank You Leonard's for making a quality shed.

The sales representatives, Wes Hope and Wayne Phillips were very helpful. I was able to get the product that I wanted and it was delivered very quickly. Wes and Wayne were also very helpful in helping me load my product when it arrived.

Mike and the crew at Leonard from the office manager to the installer were first rate. Punctual, professional, exceeded expectations. I would definitely utilize their services again and I have used other services in other trucks and Leonard in Alcoa is by far the best.

Very happy so far with my camper shell and experience overall. This is my second Leer but first time using Lenoards. Ken did a great job answering all my questions and they were right on time with it being 4-6 weeks for delivery. One thing I would highly encourage you consider doing is taking the time to vacuum the mess left after the job is done. The first thing I noticed when I opened my tailgate was the shards of white fiberglass all in my bed and on the carpet pad of my new camper shell. My truck was clean, not like this when I left it with you. Would have only taken 5-10 minutes max to clean this all up. I would have appreciated it and sure other customers will also as that was now a chore I had to take care of once I got home.

Picked up my GT-610 Dump from the Alcoa store. Didn't buy it there, but did pick it up there. Did Mike or Ken act weird about it since I didn't actually buy it from their store? Nope - walked me thru the paper transfer, helped me hook, went over all the stuff about the trailer. Then during light check, Ken noticed that the parking lights on the trailer were not working. Not only did he point it out for me, but he immediately jumped on the internet and determined which fuse was likely the cause. Was he done? Nope, he crawled under my truck dashboard, located the blown fuse and showed me where it was so I could pick one up and replace it!!! Now that may not seem like much, but it would probably have taken me all day to figure that out - instead I found a parts store, bought a fuse and had it fixed just a few minutes after leaving their store. Thanks guys!!! This is my first trailer purchase from Leonard (two different stores)...If the product is as good as the folks running the stores it won't be my last.

Called Mike about a spray in bed liner. He answered all my questions and took care of it right away. Less than 24hrs from our initial conversation and it was done. The liner looks great! I would recommend Mike and this company.

I ve bought a few items for my trailer and truck there, will keep going back to them, if they don t have it they can order it. Always answer all my questions about the products and give great customer service.
