*** I SUGGEST READING THIS REVIEW ***Ask them to replace my steering components on front end and cv axles after waiting in the cold waiting room for hours on some used old couch with little to no customer service leaving my ride waiting for probably an hour I finally was able to speak with someone the repair took days and cost me more than $1000 (I have the receipt and will add it later) I also supplied my own brake rotors and had an alignment but $1000 for steering components I found as a kit on eBay for my truck that they sold individually is ridiculous besides once I came back to the shop they told me this total I felt uncomfortable nobody walked me out to my vehicle ****THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT GREASE THE PARTS**** they don t do it prior to installing or after and I would have to do so myself or find another shop after inspecting it myself I saw multiple scratches on my BRAND NEW parts they provided I was overwhelmed I was upset and some of the parts we discussed were not replaced Hays alignment disappoint me and I haven t reached out to to them and it has Been awhile since I got these repairs but I have been so frustrated and focused on other things I do think they did a good job doing the alignment but my weights are missing from my rim and when replacing parts they didn t put things back in place properly that s pure lazyI would also like to specify I specifically had the front end Steering components replaced along with my provided rotors and pads and my front shocks I am also 20 years old that s my money I worked extremely hard for and my truck I worked extremely hard for I am not a particular person or a professional mechanic but I do work in the garage and have fair knowledge and I am highly disappointed listening in the time I spent in the waiting room regulars receive good treatment on small jobs but I would have to say for myself my trust has been brokenUpdate feb 21 2024 Brakes started leaking from where parts have been replaced and I have not had work except for exhaust done since the have done this

This company patched my friend's tire, AND offered to switch the patched tire to the back (just in case some thing happens and the tire blows) all for free! Super nice people, great company.

Terrible with big wheels. The shop was supposed to change my tires and do an alignment but, Their machine wasn t big enough to take two of my tires off. So, they charged me for taking two tires off and they managed to mess up two four hundred dollar wheels.

My car was leaking radiator fluid Bad and I found the leak but wasn't sure how to fix it, I called Hayes and they worked me in the next morning and had me fixed in 1.5 hours, I was shocked! Furthermore.... they did it at a honest price, cheaper than an oil change at most places. Really great people work here, consider them for your engine repairs and tire needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Brought my 65 mustang for front end suspension work. Bought the car in June and the car was all over the road and honestly scared me to drive it. The moment I walked through the door i was greeted from a extremely nice man and for me that speaks highly of Hayes Alignment. Ive been at mechanic shops who act like you've ruined their day when you walk through the front door. I couldn't have had nicer experience. I also had several to do items I had hoped they could look at and fix and they did. I can't say enough if you are needing front end alignment, shocks or brakes looked at then this place is for you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I want the first start off by saying no one there was rude to me at any time. I was just not informed fully of the stated cost and what it entailed there was a miscommunication and I feel that the business itself should communicate better to the customer if they want something done they need to be specific on what it is and how much it covers and what it doesn't cover.

Grandson took his car in and they quoted one price, but after they got his car back there, they said he needed a bolt and charged $30 for a bolt and $40 just to put it on, unbelievable, it was supposed to be $99 but when they got finished they charged him $173 we won't be using them again

The guys at Hayes Alignment are great people, they do honest and quality work. I take both of my vehicles to Hayes and only Hayes.

I dropped my truck off on Thursday afternoon to get the tires balanced and informed them I was flying out of town and would be back Sunday and this was my only mode of transportation in the area, they told me no problem it would be done and they would leave the keys in the gas cap, fast forward to Sunday night when my plane lands I uber to the shop to get my truck, keys were not in the gas cap and I was forced to get a hotel. I headed to the shop at 8am when they opened just to find out they hadn't started on my truck yet, I then reminded them of our agreement of what was supposed to happen and how I needed my vehicle they guy then gets upset and states "sorry buddy" we had 50 cars in here Friday. To which I responded I don't care if you had 500 cars there you made a commitment saying mine would be complete and ready to go for me on Sunday, and the fact they can't even make a phone call to let someone know is really sad needless to say I won't use these people again

My breaks went out and went to Hayes they took care of it was done with in a few hours and I am glad they checked my transmission fluid it was down and they fix that I am glad we found hayes they got me as a consumer for a long time

These folks have taken good care of my car. They have been generous to tell me when I did not need certain work done. (This was after I had another business tell me that I needed a long list of repairs and maintenance.) Their prices are also good compared to other places. They did a good job and saved me money. I brought my car in for a clutch issue, they found it was only the clutch cylinders and not the actual clutch. They told me it would be ready by Thursday, and I had it back on Wednesday. Great work, reasonable price, and timely service. I recommend this place and will use them next time I need auto repairs or services.

In 1996 Neil Sandler Ford recommend I go to Hayes Alignment when they couldn't fix an alignment issue I had on my Ford Probe. They fixed the problem and I have been going there ever since, almost 20 years. I'll go no where else. Thank you guys.

We recently traveled through Maryville, TN on our way back to Texas and picked up a bolt in a tire somewhere on South Hall Road. We immediately pulled up Google Maps to locate tire repair places, but before we could get to one, the bolt was thrown from the tire, which started losing air quickly. By the grace of God, that happened near Hayes Alignment & Tire Service and we were able to get into their parking lot as the tire went flat. They had lots of cars there being worked on, but we didn t have to wait too long before they were able to check our tire and determined that it could be repaired. They were able to repair it quickly and charged a very fair price for that work. They also alerted us to the fact that the new directional tread tires we had recently purchased in Texas were installed backwards. They said they didn t have time to fix that specific problem, but we are glad they told us about it so we could get the problem corrected after we got home.We enjoyed our visit to the Smoky Mountains and, although the first day of our return trip started off with a flat tire, we are really grateful that it happened so close to where we could easily get help. The folks at Hayes took good care of us.Service: Tires

They worked through a challenging job and got me all straightened out. It took a couple of visits and a few days delay waiting for parts but they came through when others couldn't. The shop and lobby are old and tired but the results were great. I would recommend them.

Kenny and Mike always take care of you... As well as the rest of the guys back there, honestly and as efficiently as they can. If they say you need it, then you need it, and they'll give you a fair price! I've been going there 20 years, and I will continue for as many as I've got left, when I need something iffy taken care of, and need some expertise I can trust! They've never steered me wrong! Integrity is a rare commodity these days, sadly, but it can be found here! If you guys happen to read this... thanks, many times over, in case I'd forgotten to in the past.

My sister has been going there over 20 years. She went in to get windows fixed. Had them check the car over it seems the car had brakes recall. She said that she had the recall for that, and they told her they could do it and Ford would reimburse. Finally, a part came in and she asked how much he said he didn't know what it would cost he would get back with her. He never called her back about a price and a week later he calls and said the car is ready and he did the brakes. I never received a call about the price. Also, Ford does not reimburse unless at a Ford dealership. So, they took the parts off and replaced with original and told her to get her car. They were not nice or helpful. If you go, there make sure to talk with Kenny he is the only one who knows his business and you will be done right. I will still use them for certain things but make sure you talk to Kenny.Service: Brakes

Very frustrated with my experience at this auto shop. After specifically requesting (multiple times during multiple calls with several people) that I be provided with a quotes for a single tire replacement, all four tires, and all four tires + alignment, they decided to NOT inform me of any pricing and simply did all four tires and an alignment for over $500. I was NEVER contacted to approve this work, or given a choice of tires (which I would have upgraded to the best possible, again had I been given any choice in the matter). I wasn't even contacted when the work was done! I had to call and ask why I hadn't received the quote yet and that's when I discovered that work had been done without my permission. Unfortunately, I was forced to use this shop because of its proximity to my car's breakdown, but I will not be back and will not be recommending this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed that I was not contacted at all and that work was done without consent/approval.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I've been here twice, i have them aligned my car 2 years ago, then recently i went there again to have my car align again, theyre the best. they got me in fast, and 2 hours later they called me that my car is ready to be picked up. The best part is, theyre super affordable. their price is reasonable. i will use them again next time i need alignment.Service: Wheel alignment

Hayes replaced the air conditioning system on our granddaughter's 2005 Honda. It is working great and cooling to a chill level. They were prompt, honest, reasonably priced, and the work is guaranteed for a year. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service!! There aren t many place that will treat you as well as this guys did me. They are also equipped to handle oversized 4x4 s. It s been difficult finding someone to to alignment and pinion checks on my lifted Jeep on 37 s. It drove like new when I got it back!

Great job fixing the fan issues my cherokee was having. Harper misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to charge me 1200 to fix it. Took it to Hayes. They found the problem and it was 183 fix.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Hayes Alignment has very fair pricing. They are kind gentlemen and work hard to get your vehicle repaired quickly even when they have a ton of vehicles to work on. Thanks alot Hayes for helping me out with my major repair job!!!
